Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:The aforementioned creditor had not stated anything regarding the faor credit reporting act but instead was punitive regarding their response concerning my requestI am not a criminal in any way and their comments and response concerning the situation were both erroneous and unjustifiedMaking statements such as payment for deletion was not something that I was attempting to accomplishIf atrempting to correct past mistakes and improve my credit is an attempt to "defraud" their company as they stated then it is very real news to me! Again, their need to be harsh, punatice and out right rude towards customers is unacceptable. Regardless of my or anyone's previous or current credit history their treatment is intolerable and they should be put out of businessIt is not their job to reprimand in any way, a consumer periodI'm glad that I will not have to deal with them after the close of this current monthI have not one issue paying what I owe! I do have a problem with being treated with such disdain and degradation!
Sincerely,
