NCM requested information to be deleted from credit bureaus.

I am rejecting this response because:
First of all, telling me to dispute this information through the credit bureaus is absolutely useless as the credit bureaus will contact NCS regarding these accounts. Second, in your response you claim that [redacted] sent me notice of the delinquency, which I clearly indicated they did not. If you are going to continue to report this negatively on my credit report you will need to provide documentation, in writing, of the addresses notification of this delinquency was sent to, recordings of any phone calls or messages left and any other attempts to contact me before reporting this on my credit. As I have already stated, I received NOTHING until it showed up on my credit report, at which time I immediately paid it in full. Under the FCRA the creditor is required to advise me of a delinquency BEFORE it is reported on my credit. The FCRA also has a clause regarding the reporting of accurate information. You, as an organization, are claiming it is accurate simply on the basis that the account was turned over to you and is being reported by you. My assertion is that it never should have been reported because I should have been notified prior to that. I want this removed immediately or I will pursue NCS and [redacted] for damages for not complying with the FCRA.

Consumer's account has been delinquent with [redacted] since 9/5/2014. Placed with NCM for collections on 7/5/16. Validation Information mailed to consumers last known address. Consumer is to notify University if address changes. Consumer requested a settlement on a...

account and was suppose to pay with guaranteed funds but paid with a personal check in the amount of $4576.62. Consumer paid settlement amount on 6/12/17. Sent letter to consumer address: [redacted]. Explained to consumer that Credit Report will be updated to reflect payment on 8/5/17 due to the fact account was paid by a personal check and not guaranteed funds thus the delay in notifying credit bureau. .

Consumer delinquent account assigned to NCM from [redacted] ON 7/5/16 for receiving Federal Funds and not attending class and failed to officially withdrawal from University. Consumer called NCM on 5/17/17 and wanted to pay a settlement amount and have account removed from Credit Bureau. Was told...

that per Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) NCM cannot accept payment for delete. Account will be sent back to [redacted].

Consumers delinquent account from [redacted] was assigned to National Credit Management on 4/7/17. Has been delinquent since 8/31/12. Validation information was sent to consumer. Also, it is the responsibility of the student to report any change of address to [redacted]...

[redacted] so that if a balance remains they would be able to contact the student. Information was reported to credit bureau per the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Consumer mailed a letter of dispute but she wanted to pay balance and have it removed from bureau. As a data furnisher NCM does not and will not engage in "Pay For Delete". NCM has since closed consumer's account back to [redacted] and updated credit bureau as disputed.

NCM was assigned on 11/3/15 a delinquent Perkins Loan owed to The [redacted] of [redacted] since 7/1/14.

on 11/04/15 by NCM informing consumer the status of Student Loan.
NCM spoke to The [redacted] of [redacted] to verify correct information. University stated that consumer had two (2) accounts with the University and may have been told that one account had been paid. However the consumer still had another loan that remained delinquent.
NCM has since received information from The [redacted] that school has received consolidation information from consumer on 11/18/15 to pay outstanding student loan balance .
NCM has ceased any communication efforts with consumer since she has made arrangements with The [redacted] of [redacted]
