Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] While I understand that you might consider it fair not to refund the $shipping charge, I do not I do not have the pajamas that my wife wanted, but I am out $for a shipping charge, for a product that I do not have This would never have been a problem if you had a better sizing chart I never for a moment thought that my wife, an average size woman, would need your smallest size, and neither did she, so we ordered the medium I am 6'1, lbs and the pajamas we got were too big for even me I don't understand why I should forfeit my $16.99, and have nothing to show for it, simply because you have an inept system I do not want another pair of pajamas We will never order from your company again, if this is how customers are treated Regards, [redacted]

About weeks ago, I but in a complaint that I have tried several time to be taken off of this catalog mailing list without successI got an email back from the company via Revdex.com that my name and address would be remove immediately and I would not receive anymore advertisement from this company, not a week later I receive another flyerI called and even the message that say press to be removed from the mailing stated that after being removed from the mailing, you should only receive one or two more catalog/flyerWell, I've been trying to get off this list for almost monthsI expect businesses to keep their word when they said they promise to do somethingI so regret buying anything from this companyI don't even care for the jeans and have only wore them twice All I want is to never be contact by this company againPlease remove from me mailing list once and for all ASAP!!
