I had negotiated with the sales repa fixed price of almost $12,to store and then deliver my household goods from Tampa to New York On the day of delivery in NY the driver first came to my apartment to tell me that there would be additional charges of $for 'long hauling ' my items from the truck to the building elevator Told him I had agreed on a flat rate and wouldn't pay the additional cost After some phone haggling time the driver said 'it wasn't on his copy' but it was on mine! Really didn't start the day off well Now I know why they are not Revdex.com accredited
In addition to destroying a vase, two lamp shades and damaging a new desk and wood cabinet they lost my son's Queen size mattress and all the legs to one of my couches It's on the inventory lists but they so far have refused to do anything about it He has been sleeping on a couch for the previous nights Calls to the sales rep and the insurer have failed to produce any results They even have not sent me a damage report form or missing items form So now I should be out $for a new mattress because of their ineptitude?
There should be tighter controls over these moving companies as they act with impunity and care nothing for the customer Before they took one stick of my furniture off the delivery truck the first words out of the driver's mouth was ' do you have the check with the remaining balance'? Shows you what their only concern is
Guess I will have to get myself a lawyer and sue their *** ***

Nationwide Van Lines, Incprovided outstanding service from the original phone contact to the delivery of my furniture There were no hidden fees or surprises and the moving crew did an awesome job They were on time both at the pick up (Georgia) and delivery (Florida) locations

I used the company to move from West Palm Beach, FL to Queens, NYThe service on both ends were excellentThere was not one damaged item, despite my products being in storage for more that monthsThe drivers were friendly, and also arrived at the time that they told me that they would arriveI would recommend using this company to anyone that has to move across states

I was very pleased with my delivery from Nationwide ***, the driver and *** his assistant did a magnificent job of bringing in my furniture and reassembling it The fact that they went out of their way to deliver to me on Sunday helped me immensely *** the dispatcher was also instrumental in keeping me informed of the timing of my delivery
If the need arises, I would choose Nationwide again for my moving needs

Our family had such a wonderful experience with Nationwide Van Lines Susana Swas our relocation consultant and was extremely helpful and very professional The delivery staff (Elvis and partner) as well as drop off staff (Uzi and partner) were fantastic!! There was an incident with my mom's coffee table The base of the table had cracked We were reassured that the company would fix the table and send it back to us within a couple weeks
We received follow up phone calls from Todd and Heather to see if we were satisfied with everything which we were I let Todd know in our phone conversation that the company was great! Thank you so much for helping with our mom's move

In my opinion, being a previous mover and driver/foreman myself, I was very pleased with the professional job and great service your two guys gave us! They were quick and very efficient to say the least, and so nice, I can't say enough about them! Thank you all for your patience with our settlement delay, everyone, including Elana and Rick who took my calls, courteously and with friendly understanding! All in all, a great job, guys!

Nationwide made for a very easy move overall *** was quick to get a quote out to me after doing a "walk through" on the phone Your prices were very reasonable compared to others in the industry, especially for a full service move, and I was able to get everything set up once I decided to go with Nationwide very easily over the phone
The dispatcher was very easy to deal with for scheduling and even had a few different dates and times available that could have made the move even faster, but for our convenience, we stuck with our original weekend date and time
When*** and his team showed up to pack up our stuff, they were very courteous and the packing process was relatively short Once they got everything packed up, they ran into a slight problem with some heavy rain, but eventually got everything onto the truck and on the way
On the move in end, the team showed up early (more convenient for me) with enough of a heads up for me to be ready The transit time was reasonable, and actually worked out very well for me showing up on Saturday Everything was brought into the house very quickly, and the check off process made it very easy to make sure everything arrived
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nationwide to anyone looking for a long distance move I was very stressed about the process when it came time to get things moved, but your team made the whole process stress-free from start to finish Thanks again!

Nationwide provided an outstanding service from my first phone contact to the delivery of my items The office did as great and the movers did an outstanding job They moved me right before the first snow storm in New York in January Even with all the bad weather they arrived right on time in Florida Nothing was damaged I can highly recommend this company ***

REASONS NOT TO USE NATIONWIDE VAN LINES FOR YOUR MOVE
We used Nationwide because of the price we were given over the phone However, they don't send anyone out to see exactly what you have They just send you forms which you fill out and go over with them over the phone PROBLEM # Work with a company that comes out to view exactly what you have
The head mover looked around at everything and said the price was on target He said that on the second day too all the way up to around 8:00PM and then began to say we might go over a little By 11:30PM we were up 25% more Of course we complained but it was too late to get anyone on the phone, we were exhausted as it was almost midnight and we were closing the next morning PROBLEM # We should have told them we wanted them to remove everything from the truck to decide what we weren't going to take But they got you when it's so late and they know you are closing the next morning
The movers arrived in Florida on time It was pouring out We had to ask for them to things down so not to walk through the house with all the water There was no respect for our home PROBLEM #
Since our boxes were not marked we had no idea what was in the boxes as they put kitchen stuff in with shoes PROBLEM #
We had them leave the boxes in the garage as we had no idea what was in each box They said they had another stop that same day However, they have you sign a paper that you received everything and was okay It is not feasible to go through every single box to make sure nothing is damaged and everything is therePROBLEM # I would recommend that you make the movers stay until you have gone through every single box Our movers told us they had another stop after us so there was no way we would have been able to go through everything before they left Later on when we filed a claim we were told since the items were not said to be missing or damaged at time of delivery we would not be compen

The Nationwide team, sales, customer support, through delivery were all extremely efficient and professionalThe entire process was well coordinated and seamless All my questions were answered promptly and completely My belongings were carefully packed, loaded, and unloaded and arrived with minor, repairable damage to one piece (anyone who has moved several times knows that it is almost impossible not to experience some sort of damage) The move took place as contracted and there were no surprise charges

Nationawide Van Lines did an outstanding job in moving my family from New Hampshire to Florida. They arrived when they said they would arrive, they preformed exactly as they promised they would, they delivered our goods exactly when they said they would, they provided telephone numbers to allow us to stay in touch with the movers at all times, and the total costs were exactly what they described them to be when we started. I can and will recommend Nationwide Van Lines to my family and friends without hesitation.
