The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and asked questions to ensure they did the right things. They actually wanted to show up a day early. The move was about 550 miles and they arrived 2 days after loading. They unloaded and placed the items where ever they were told. and even offered to set up some items. They were courteous and polite. Only one small item did not make it. A mirror that I did not wrap in a box. I obviously did not work with the entire company, but the sales rep, and moving crew that I used were excellent. I would hire this crew again.

As everyone who has moved long distance, it can be a very stressful experience. I wasn't keen on hiring a moving company, but decided to give Nationwide Van Lines a try. I am so very glad I did. The two gentlemen who moved us were very professional, polite and took pride in their work. They moved our things in a very timely manner and everything arrived 6 days later. Our belongings were placed where we wanted and they even set up the beds or whatever we needed done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for highly professional movers. Nationwide was great from the first contact to the final delivery. [redacted] set the move up and did a great job. All through the process I was kept informed of when the movers were coming, delays due to bad weather, etc. The guys who came to pack things up were really professional. They were pleasant and efficient. They pointed out any existing issues with furniture and were very accommodating with a few pieces we had forgotten about. [redacted] and his helper are simply the best. They also unpacked everything and were again very good at communicating when they would deliver and pointed out any issues they aw as they unpacked. I would highly recommend Nationwide for any move.

Best company ever, no hassles, no hidden fees, right on time , my furniture was packed professionally picked up right on time from Rhode Island and was delivered in Florida 4 days after .. The crew was very pleasant and they all smiled the whole time. I would definitely call nationwide for my next move and would recommend this to a family member or a friend.. Don't look around , this is the best deal...

Your crew were professional while being very friendly and approciable. They didn't hesitate to tackle any problem presented and kept a positive attitude throughout the entire move. I would highly recommend your company to anyone! Their energy was great.

After living in the same home for over 40 years, this was my first time using a moving company. I was a little apprehensive about how long it would take to receive my items and about the possibility of lost or broken items. After getting several quotes and reading reviews on many moving companies I decided to use Nationwide Van lines. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My driver [redacted] was courteous and professional. He took his time explaining each charge and answered my MANY questions. He and his crew packed my items well and everything arrived in perfect condition and IN ONLY 3 DAYS without so much as a broken wine glass! I highly recommend Nationwide Van Lines. If you're lucky you will have Uzi as your driver.

We were misled by our sales representative and received poor customer service. The following incidents occurred:

We booked our move with [redacted] on March 5that which time she advised that our belongings would be delivered within 3-14 days. [redacted] also advised us that we can call 24-48 hours after our items have been picked up to get a delivery date.

Our decision to use Nationwide Van Lines was based on this information [redacted] gave us. Even though the cost was more than other moving companies, we decided to book with Nationwide because we needed our belongings at our new home ASAP and the time frame [redacted] told us was sooner than others.

[redacted] and [redacted] came on March 11th to pack up and move our belongings and they did a great job. 48 hours after pick up we called to get a delivery date but no information was available. We continued to call numerous times throughout the next several weeks and [redacted] from customer service continued to tell us that there was no update without an explanation.

On March 25th (15 days after our belongings were loaded onto the truck) I called and spoke to [redacted] in customer service who informed me that our stuff was at a terminal in New Jersey and it was being loaded onto a truck and that [redacted] (delivery/driver) is picking up stuff from a few more homes and would be in route to Florida the following day (Thursday March 26th) and that we could expect to receive our items over the weekend, however he could not confirm that.

On Thursday March 26th I called again to see if someone could confirm a delivery date. I spoke to [redacted] whom I asked why on line # 4 on one of the documents/contracts I signed it states: to contact the office 1-3 days after pick up to confirm delivery. It has been going on 3 weeks with no confirmation of a delivery date. He was still unable to provide an explanation as to why Nationwide was still unable to confirm a delivery date and repeated what [redacted] told me the day before.

After getting off the phone with [redacted] I called the sales department as if I were shopping for a quote (or “secret shopper”) to see if our sales representative intentionally misled us just to make a sale. [redacted] happened to take my call. I explained to her that I was looking to move from MD to FL and asked her what the delivery time frame would be and again she said 3-14 days to receive our stuff from the time of pick up. I also asked her how long it would take after pick up to receive a delivery date and again she said 24-48 hours. I did not explain to [redacted] that I was already a customer waiting for our belongings.

After I got off the phone with [redacted] I called [redacted] again and explained to him what [redacted] told me. He said that this info was not correct. I told him that [redacted] who booked our move had been lying to us just to book the sale. He said [redacted] was very good at what she does and that he would go back and listen to our recorded conversation and he would get back to me.

Friday March 26th I called [redacted] for an update; he listened to the recorded phone conversation and confirmed that [redacted] gave us bad information. He apologized and explained that everyone makes mistakes and he would discuss this with her. [redacted] also confirmed that we would be receiving our items on Sunday.

Our items arrived Sunday (18 days after pick up) however some of the furniture and box spring had been damaged during the move. In addition to this there are a few boxes that did not show. There were 111 items that were documented however a couple of boxes that arrived did not have stickers on them. [redacted] who was in charge of the delivery was in contact with my husband later that day looking for the box(es) , however we have not heard from him since Sunday.

The moving experience with Nationwide Van Lines has been exhausting. From the beginning our sales representative [redacted] lied to us to book the sale, no one could confirm a delivery date until 16 days after our furniture had been picked up and this was after calling almost every day requesting an update, once the furniture arrived there was damages and some boxes never appeared.

My move from sc to fl with nationwide went extremely smooth from start to finish all my belongings were packed and delivered with care very punctual, all questions answered in a timely fashion no unexpected price increases on delivery follow up phone calls to see if I was satisfied I have moved a handful of times and this was my best experience will definitely use them again if needed

Nice, friendly staff. Movers arrived timely at the pickup site and were waiting for me when I arrived at the drop site.

This is the first time we have used a moving company and it was a great experience from beginning to end. After contacting several companies and reading about all the horrors and terrible experiences others have gone through in the process we were extremely nervous. After several conversations with [redacted] we decided to go with Nationwide. Her communication, thoroughness and patience sold us.
On the say of the move [redacted] and [redacted] showed up at out home and they proved us right in deciding to go with Nationwide. They were very helpful and willing to go above and beyond to make the move easy. They arrived at our new home with the same easygoing demeanor and left us extremely happy with their services. All in all it was a great experience. They kept their promise in pricing and delivered great overall customer service. We will definitely be recommending your services .

This was the best moving experience I ever had. Will recommend to any one moving. [redacted] and his crew were great.

Very professional, courteous on time deliveries, all items were received in good condition and I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for local or cross country moves
