I have had the Purity clean service a few times over the past year and have been very happy with the results and attention to detail in each of the roomsEverything always looks and feels so clean and freshThe service is very personal and I feel that my home has been well cared for I also appreciate the safe and eco-friendly products that are used as well as the essential oil aromatherapy I am also extremely pleased with their responsiveness and communication before and during the cleaningI highly recommend Natural Zen CleaningI will be using them again!

Crew was prompt, efficient, and competentThe house looked and smelled great great after they finished, and a visitor would not know that multiple, large dogs lived in the house(OK, the barking and lining up for pats might give them away)The initial service was good work at a fair price, and I plan to use Natural Zen Cleaning on a scheduled and recurring basis

We live in a 2-BD apartment We tried them due to the description (using all natural products) and a [redacted] , but must say the quality lived up to what they promised We only asked for the Simplicity cleaning, but both cleaners worked hard to make our place spotless, as well as aromatic with the aromatherapy The workers were courteous, too I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to you With the different levels of cleaning they offer, how little or how much they clean depends on your package choice

After asking if they could come minutes early, they were minutes late, and then over-charged me based on pictures that misrepresented my home I re-arranged my day twice to accommodate a move-out cleaning for an empty sqft apartment that I was told would take people, hoursBecause the apartment was empty and didn't have a lot of fixtures, it didn't require most of the items listed on the package I boughtThe people didn't speak English and were unable to understand the in-person instructions I gave, and did not speak to me about the condition of my homeSomeone from the business called in the middle of the cleaning to say it would take longer and I would have to pay more, even though most of the services weren't required for my homeIt ended up taking more minutes and they charged me extra citing pictures that misrepresented my homeWhen I spoke with a receptionist over the phone, who hasn't herself seen the home and suggested that the pictures were a misrepr

Did good work, even with my multiple dogs present, at a fair price. Crew was prompt and competent, and owner(***) willing to discuss and mutually resolve questions, e.g. appointment times; materials to be used; vacuum cleaner availability, etc. To date, I am pleased with using Natural Zen Cleaning.

Nothing stress free about this experience which I bought from [redacted] as a packageIt turned out to be very stressful from the scheduling issues, communication issues, and the worst customer service I have ever had from a cleaning serviceThey rescheduled last minute on business day prior then showed up over an hour early before the new time they had chosenThey had an issue at my home but had poor communication on their end which led to them leaving without finishingI came home early to check and found unclean floors and a half used bottle of my own dish detergent covered in white residueThey promise a satisfaction guarantee policy to come back within hours to address issues which they do not honorOwner flat out told me too booked to send someone back out and offered a discount on a future clean that he could not even tell me when he could book due to how busy they wereOwner did not provide prompt response and when he did take call on the business number, it was with a crying child which ended when he hung up on me after I told him I was not satisfiedWhat they promote is not what they provide and they appear to be understaffed which contributed to my lousy and un-Zen like customer service experience

I can't say enough about Natural Zen Cleaning! I contacted [redacted] last week about scheduling a Harmony mocleaning, and he was able to fit me inThey came today and cleaned my new apartment top-to-bottomThe property management supposedly cleaned the apartment prior to my move in, but Natural Zen Cleaning took it to a totally different levelIt felt like a completely different place when they were doneThank you so much ***! The team of cleaners is excellent and personable.I have found Zen's owner [redacted] to be 100% responsive to emails when I have a question or comment [redacted] also worked hard to fit me into their schedule - ours is crazy, so it took some work, but he did it, and we now have the team come twice a monthThe entire family loves it

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this companyWe needed a deep cleaning for our entire house, so I took advantage of a discount coupon for the Harmony cleaning packageThe owner,***, has been very receptive to all of my inquiries The team of four showed up on time and initially was scheduled for hours at the discounted priceThe deep cleaning actually took a total of hours and minutesI was contacted and asked to approve each additional hour that was needed to complete this taskWhile I did suffer a bit of sticker shock at the total, all was well when I returned home from work to see the fabulous job that was done by [redacted] , [redacted] and [redacted] Inside windows, blinds, ceiling fans, baseboards, surfaces and floors were cleaned and the bathrooms scrubbed to a shineWe could see evidence that they moved furniture to vacuum under and behind instead of just aroundThe house was immaculate and smelled heavenly I am so pleased that I will find the funds to schedule more cleanings on a regular basisThis is a classic case of "you get what you pay for" - in a positive wayIf the subsequent jobs are done as well as this first one, Natural Zen has found a life-long customer in me

Natural Zen cleaning scheduled my appointment for 4:I am in a secured building, so someone has to be present to let them inI took off work to be there and the cleaners did not show upI called multiple times and did not get a response until hour after the scheduled timeWhen the cleaning was rescheduled a large scuff/indentation was left in my flooring at the entrywayThe floors are black, so any marks are immediately visibleThe owner denied that his team could have left the mark, saying that it was there previous to the cleaning(it was NOT)After asking for an email acknowleding that they would pay for the flooring to be repaired, the response only stated that he knew we wanted him to pay for it - not that he wouldArgumentative - Defensive - Poor customer service

Wow wow wow! My house has never been this clean Not the cheapest cleaning service, but so worth my ***!
Hard workers: Their attention to detail was amazing: blinds cleaned, top of the fridge, all my cabinets wiped down, they even cleaned up where the kids had spilled *heaven knows what* on the stair railing The aromatherapy is a warm touch
I've had cleaning services that were good, but didn't go the extra mile -- or provide the extra little touches of serviceI am 100% impressed and will use them in the future

Natural Zen is consistently thorough in beautifully cleaning my home! The little touches they do in things as simple as arranging pillows to leaving a sample of tea and yummy chocolate make it s joy to come home to such a fresh smelling clean home!
