The business will not provide a replacement for an item they damaged while cleaning my home
While Natural Zen Cleaning was cleaning my home on June 30, 2017, they broke a decorative bowl that had been given to me as a gift I understand that accidents happen, and requested that fair value for the bowl be refunded to allow me to purchase a replacement, in accordance with the damages policy on their website (http://naturalzencleaning.com/policies/) I was told that the reimbursement would be credited to my account and applied to a future appointment, which was acceptable to me at the time since I had a future appointment scheduled When the day of my next appointment arrived, the cleaners did not show up at their scheduled time I understood there were some scheduling confusions, but after two sub-par experiences, I decided to cancel any future services and requested to receive the damage reimbursement directly The owner subsequently informed me that reimbursement could only be a

I strongly recommend against this company I saw the company had great reviews so, I decided to give them a try I needed the extra hand given a busy year with moving and my mother passing away Unfortunately, I was so busy I had to reschedule twice The first time the owner "***" was very nice and understanding The second time I had to cancel my email did not go through to them and I was charged $penalty fee I explained to the owner what happened and he told that "any desent (sic) person would have canceled with them" and to "never contact the office again." I was pretty shocked given the change in personalty from our initial contact Initially the *** I encountered was oh-so-friendly and then suddenly he was unprofessional and angryMy emails were courteous so I was confused as to what prompted this reaction I decided to let it go, however, I just received a call from their "creditor" department threatening to take me to court over a measly $ I would actually like to go to court so that justice could be brought against this horrible company, however, the time and effort spent on this is not available to me now So, I just paid $to this company to basically leave me alone and stop harassing me
So, use this company at your own risk Just beware of the owner and his sneaky policies Not a good business here

Nothing stress free about this experience which I bought from *** as a packageIt turned out to be very stressful from the scheduling issues, communication issues, and the worst customer service I have ever had from a cleaning serviceThey rescheduled last minute on business day prior then showed up over an hour early before the new time they had chosenThey had an issue at my home but had poor communication on their end which led to them leaving without finishingI came home early to check and found unclean floors and a half used bottle of my own dish detergent covered in white residueThey promise a satisfaction guarantee policy to come back within hours to address issues which they do not honorOwner flat out told me too booked to send someone back out and offered a discount on a future clean that he could not even tell me when he could book due to how busy they wereOwner did not provide prompt response and when he did take call on the business number, it was with a crying child which ended when he hung up on me after I told him I was not satisfiedWhat they promote is not what they provide and they appear to be understaffed which contributed to my lousy and un-Zen like customer service experience

This was our first time having professional cleaning done at home and I must say that the team completely blew us away with their service and professionalismThe whole process of booking the service, having the service done and making the payment was simple and hassle-freeI would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs an efficient house cleaning service in the area

Good company, easy to deal with, hard workers

We live in a 2-BD apartment We tried them due to the description (using all natural products) and a ***, but must say the quality lived up to what they promised We only asked for the Simplicity cleaning, but both cleaners worked hard to make our place spotless, as well as aromatic with the aromatherapy The workers were courteous, too I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to you With the different levels of cleaning they offer, how little or how much they clean depends on your package choice

I've been using Natural Zen Cleaning for almost years and they are excellentI originally hired them to do a "Harmony" cleaning and they did an incredible job, so I hired them to do a monthly "Clarity" cleaningI have used other house cleaning services before and they normally do a great job the first few times and then go downhill fastThat didn't happen with this team, they continue to do a great job every timeI look forward to their visits because my house looks great when they are finished!

The team of four showed up on time and initially was scheduled for hours at the discounted priceThe deep cleaning actually took a total of hours and minutesI was contacted and asked to approve each additional hour that was needed to complete this taskWhile I did suffer a bit of sticker shock at the total, all was well when I returned home from work to see the fabulous job that was done by ***,*** and ***Inside windows, blinds, ceiling fans, baseboards, surfaces and floors were cleaned and the bathrooms scrubbed to a shineWe could see evidence that they moved furniture to vacuum under and behind instead of just aroundThe house was immaculate and smelled heavenly
I am so pleased that I will find the funds to schedule more cleanings on a regular basisThis is a classic case of "you get what you pay for" - in a positive wayIf the subsequent jobs are done as well as this first one, Natural Zen has found a life-long customer in me

I have used Natural Zen Cleaning to clean my home on two occasions Both times, they did a nice job and were very professional Once of the big differences between them and other services I have tried is how quiet and respectful the cleaning team is when they are in my home Also, I have not found any areas that they did not clean properly I did have to guide them in cleaning my stainless steel stovetop, so as not to scratch it However, that is and was part of them learning my home's cleaning needs They are the best service that I have found for home cleaning and I am comfortable having them in my home

I contacted *** last week about scheduling a Harmony mocleaning, and he was able to fit me inThey came today and cleaned my new apartment top-to-bottomThe property management supposedly cleaned the apartment prior to my move in, but Natural Zen Cleaning took it to a totally different levelIt felt like a completely different place when they were doneThank you so much ***!
