Natural Zen Cleaning

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. We needed a deep cleaning for our entire house, so I took advantage of a discount coupon for the Harmony cleaning package. The owner,[redacted], has been very receptive to all of my inquiries.
The team of four showed up on time and initially was scheduled for 3 hours at the discounted price. The deep cleaning actually took a total of 6 hours and 40 minutes. I was contacted and asked to approve each additional hour that was needed to complete this task. While I did suffer a bit of sticker shock at the total, all was well when I returned home from work to see the fabulous job that was done by [redacted],[redacted] and [redacted]. Inside windows, blinds, ceiling fans, baseboards, surfaces and floors were cleaned and the bathrooms scrubbed to a shine. We could see evidence that they moved furniture to vacuum under and behind instead of just around. The house was immaculate and smelled heavenly.

I am so pleased that I will find the funds to schedule more cleanings on a regular basis. This is a classic case of "you get what you pay for" - in a positive way. If the subsequent jobs are done as well as this first one, Natural Zen has found a life-long customer in me.

The team at Natural Zen was very understanding about fitting in to my difficult schedule! The cleaning was amazing, and the aromatherapy smelled wonderful! Also, the chocolates they left behind weren't bad either. ;)

Crew was prompt, efficient, and competent. The house looked and smelled great great after they finished, and a visitor would not know that multiple, large dogs lived in the house(OK, the barking and lining up for pats might give them away). The initial service was good work at a fair price, and I plan to use Natural Zen Cleaning on a scheduled and recurring basis.

I am putting my house on the market and needed a good deep clean. I contacted Natural Zen and within 10 minutes I received an email with details and an estimated quote. As the quotes were comparative to others I had received, I quickly made my appointment with Natural Zen and I was able to get an appointment scheduled within a week.

The cleaning team arrived promptly and got right to work. They were very through, pulling all of the furniture the middle of the rooms to get into every nook and cranny. I pointed out things that I wanted a little more attention on, and those areas were spotless.

Overall, the customer service was excellent, quoting was quick and competitive, cleaning team was prompt and though, and my house looks and smells amazing.

The team of cleaners is excellent and personable.I have found Zen's owner [redacted] to be 100% responsive to emails when I have a question or comment. [redacted] also worked hard to fit me into their schedule - ours is crazy, so it took some work, but he did it, and we now have the team come twice a month. The entire family loves it.

Their office staff was very polite and professional, I received an email with all their pricing information, I scheduled the Purity treatment. Boy they proved to be the real deal! My experience since I began using them has been more than satisfying. They are professional, courteous and when the ladies clean they leave a fragrance that feels so refreshing. I particularly like they use all natural products and I have nothing but great things to say about them.

They came today and cleaned my new apartment top-to-bottom. The property management supposedly cleaned the apartment prior to my move in, but Natural Zen Cleaning took it to a totally different level. I have used Natural Zen Cleaning to clean my home on two occasions. Both times, they did a nice job and were very professional. Once of the big differences between them and other services I have tried is how quiet and respectful the cleaning team is when they are in my home. Also, I have not found any areas that they did not clean properly. I did have to guide them in cleaning my stainless steel stovetop, so as not to scratch it. However, that is normal and was part of them learning my home's cleaning needs. They are the best service that I have found for home cleaning and I am comfortable having them in my home.","pos-2
