They throw obvious recycling bags into the regular trash dumpster A blue bag indicates it is recyclingIt is semi clear as well so you can see I spend weeks cleaning out plastic items and gathering paper and cardboard products that I use and contain it into a designated recycling blue bag With my bum knee it is hard to take to the recycle bin by myself I pay for this valet trash service which states that they do take our recycling for us But I can see the recycle bin from my balcony very clearn because it is right across the creek from my apartment They just drive right by it, while I can see my blue recycle bag mixed right in there with all the other trash bags It is frustrating that they would ignore the designated recycle bin like that and toss it in with the regular trash Where is their sense of community? And all that time and effort of mine is wasted

Apartment complexes get suckered into this service, forcing residents to pay $25-$a month for their trash and recyclables to get picked up only half of the timeMy apartment, my floor, and my entire building has been skipped over for days at a timeComplaints to complex management does nothing because of whatever crappy contract they signed with this company They say piis at p.mand yet I've heard them coming by well after midnight and have even been woken up by their loud yelling and conversations to each other from different floors, stomping their way up three flights of stairs, dragging the bags across the pavement, literally THROWING the garbage bags over the ledges of the third and second floorsI'm convinced that they also just close their eyes and throw the bags off the back of a moving truck near the dumpsters on their way out because that's how awful that area looksTrash scattered in a foot radius of the dumpsters, garbage bags in the recycling bin, food on the groundAbsolutely disgusting Multiple times there's been garbage and food left in the stair well and walk ways, even shattered glass from throwing off balconiesOur building has both children and animals that could be harmed by the broken glass that they just left in the middle of the walk way, didn't even attempt to sweep off into the grass or out of the main walk way Absolutely the worst service, garbage company with garbage employeesBusinesses beware- nothing but problems for you and your residents

The apartment complex where I live [redacted] apts started charging me for this service even though I didn't sign anything and nothing was explained!! I'm perfectly capable of disposing of my own garbage so I'm not paying for a service I don't need and did not sign up for!

Photo Frame trashed By Mistake the people collecting the trash in my apartments trash large photo frame outside my apartment, I left it there while I came back to get somethingWhen I cam back they already took itI know they were them as the next day the Frame was in the recycle trash bin for the apartmentsI already filed a complain to get refunded for the cost as it was new and so far I only been told they will contact me and solve the issue but no one cared about itThe cost is 19.99+tax [redacted] I hope I can get refunded to cost of itI know that their job is to collect the trash but you could see that the frame was new as the plastic was still on Thanks for helping on resolving this issue

I want them to refund me the $25/month I pay for my trash services because they forget my trash almost weekly I spoke with the district manager on the phone last Monday, January 30th, to complain once again about my trash not being picked up the evening prior (Sunday)I advised him that I have to call and complain about my services at least once or twice/month and sometimes moreI want my $back because again, they left my trash in the trash bin last night, Sunday, February 5th, I opened my door this morning and lo and behold, my trash bin was still fullI am frustrated and want my money back! Valet Living consistently fails to fulfill their contractual obligations for service at my residence I am contractually obligated to utilize Valet Living at my apartment home for garbage disposal services I have had to contact Valet Living at least once for seven months about my trash at my residence not being picked upI am given excuses, and now I am being ignored with my complaintsI am being charged $a month and my trash is not being picked up on a consistent, monthly basisThis company is unprofessional, and it is unethical that I have to pay for a service I don't get and no longer wantI am here to file a formal complaint with this company as this is my last resolveThey have made my apartment experience horrible and I feel I am getting robbed every month by still being charged payment for services I end up doing myself!

Problems with trash pickup are occurring more frequently. We are forced to pay for this service, and are not receiving our money's worth. For the last month, I have contacted our apartment office at least four times regarding the problem with the garbage pickup. Last night (Thursday), was the second time this week our trash was not picked up. I called the Valet Waste office and was told someone would call me back, and our trash would be picked up. It did not happen. I am sick of paying for a service we are not getting. We are forced to pay for this service, and this company is falling down on the job every week. We keep one trash bag in the container and follow the rules. There is no excuse for this.

Hickory Chase chose to contract Valet Waste for resident waste removal Since that time, removal has NEVER been consistent and from what I inderstand, they were fired because of it They had not picked up my garbage in weeks and when they finally showed up, they refused to take one of the bags stating it was ripped The bag was NOT ripped The only thing that ripped was one of the tie handles They left a note with the rules and regulations for waste removal yet I am paying for a service that I may get 50% of the time at best

They leave your trash regardless of the fact that it's within standards for pick upThey also will not give out information that is asked of them
I have been having issues with this trash valet service ever since their services were basically forced on us at the apartment complex I reside inI have more than one video footage showing that they intentionally left trash that was well within weight limits and marked and bagged accordinglyEvery time I have complained I have only gotten insincere apologies and no real resolutionI have asked them on numerous occasions to provide me with the name and phone number of the person who is directly in charge of their services and they purposely avoid giving me that informationIn spite of the fact that I keep telling them that this is what I wantWhen I asked them for that information again today, they never respondedThey are an extremely shady and unprofessional businessTheir workers are individuals who show up and do the bare minimu
