For the past at least six months, my trash is neglected to be picked upI am paying for a service I am not receiving
In the past two weeks my trash is being left outside when I leave it outside, complying with the regulations the company has in order for the trash to be picked upManagement in our apartment complex are aware of the situationAt least neighbors that I know of are having the same issue(They have been posting it on the Community Site)I talked to [email protected] the local manager a few times and the problem is still on goingWe do not have an option of opting out of this contract when we sign our leaseI do not wish to have this service if I am going to have to take out my trash

Problems with trash pickup are occurring more frequentlyWe are forced to pay for this service, and are not receiving our money's worth
For the last month, I have contacted our apartment office at least four times regarding the problem with the garbage pickupLast night (Thursday), was the second time this week our trash was not picked upI called the Valet Waste office and was told someone would call me back, and our trash would be picked upIt did not happenI am sick of paying for a service we are not gettingWe are forced to pay for this service, and this company is falling down on the job every weekWe keep one trash bag in the container and follow the rulesThere is no excuse for this

Disappointment - Our Family has been using your doorstep services for almost half a year now at this complex that we are renting from until we find a home to purchase We are relocating from Connecticut, and we expected more from you as a "premium" service provider First of all your website states, "Eliminating the need for residents to transport their waste to the community's dumpster or compactor means they can spend more time with friends, family and enjoying their homes." How can we spend more time with friends and family when you do not provide services during the holidays?? Most, if not all, banks and federal buildings do not have Halloween off, yet this is one of Valet Living's holidays where you do not provide service?!? Even further, holidays are most often the times when we do celebrate with friends and family, and not having your services negates your claim that you allow us to spend more time with family Instead, it's us having to take out the trash on Christmas and New Year's, when we should be at home spending that time with family That's what a premium service should do You should change your policy and service us on those daysSecond, for a premium service, your trash cans should be premium, and not the inexpensive black plastic that you use We have a high-end Human Scale trash can that is made with stainless steel and hides those unsightly trash bag liners Your black plastic bin is not something that we want to show in our kitchen, and it is too big to fit in any of the cabinets underneath We should be allowed to use our premium trash can, but instead we are forced to use your black plastic bin
I hope you take these comments and try to truly be a "premium" service,,,Set the standard and rise above it

They throw obvious recycling bags into the regular trash dumpster
A blue bag indicates it is recyclingIt is semi clear as well so you can see
I spend weeks cleaning out plastic items and gathering paper and cardboard products that I use and contain it into a designated recycling blue bag With my bum knee it is hard to take to the recycle bin by myself I pay for this valet trash service which states that they do take our recycling for us But I can see the recycle bin from my balcony very clearn because it is right across the creek from my apartment They just drive right by it, while I can see my blue recycle bag mixed right in there with all the other trash bags It is frustrating that they would ignore the designated recycle bin like that and toss it in with the regular trash Where is their sense of community? And all that time and effort of mine is wasted

I have been living at *** *** apartments for a year, utilizing the valet trash system in placeUntil about months ago I never had any issues with all of my waste being collectedNow, they refuse to take the small double bagged waste basket bags that I use for my pet's litter box wasteIf these small bags are in the bin with other bags, they will take everything butThese bags contain organic matter and sit there in the heat

The apartment complex I live in in east Fort Worth TX uses Valet WasteWe are charged $a month for this serviceOur trash is to be placed in the garbage bin provided with the bag tied and placed outside our door between 6-8pm Sunday-ThursdayIn the last months that I've lived here, my trash has been picked up ONCE, yes just once!!! You won't take broken down boxes as you advertise, unless I put them in a regular trash bagYou won't take cat litter that is double/triple bagged unless it's in a regular trash bagIn those cases, you don't know what's in the trash bagYour service is not worth what I'm forcibly being charged every month
You employees are lazy and worthlessThey've apparently never had to ride on the back of a county garbage truck

Lack of service on such a consistent level that ANY reasonable person can only call it FRAUD They charge money and perform NO service They also raised their rates from $to over $with no warning or agreement They fail to do what they are contracted to do on a consistent basis This is a criminally fraudulent business!

one they only pickup like days a week and two the person actually doing the pick up is only getting paid dollars a night to do a whole complex in one hr and are very rushedso they dont care they miss some doors

I have had consistent issues with my trash being missed with the lastest being tonight When I confronted them and asked if they were going to pick up my trash they said it was too heavy (over their lbs rule) however I know it was not and neither one of us had a scale to weigh the trashI was then creamed at by another of their employeesFor the first year and a half I lived here my trash was missed atleast 1-months of total trash pick up daysI have talked to Sam who is a manager and was assured it wouldn't happen and yet it continued When I told him next time it's missed I would take this to someone over him my trash was picked up without problem for atleast a solid months In the past weeks my trash has begun to be missed atleast once a week and tonight would have been number I pay every month to have this service and yet they can't seem to make sure they follow their own rules but however

Multiple times there's been garbage and food left in the stair well and walk ways, even shattered glass from throwing off balconiesOur building has both children and animals that could be harmed by the broken glass that they just left in the middle of the walk way, didn't even attempt to sweep off into the grass or out of the main walk way

Problem with continuing to receive email communication after requesting to be removed multiple times
I am continuing to get emails from this company multiple times a day I've requested to be removed from the mailing list multiple times and it has yet to be honored and taken care of I have used the unsubscribe feature on emails to have myself removed and it isn't workingI sent an email with my request to their support email address from the website and have not received a response nor been removed from the mailing list

Breach of contract because services are not being provided and I'm being forced to pay for them
I would like to file a complaint for whoever has been working the past week through today at Valet Waste Through investigation with the property manager and whoever is the local manager here for valet waste, the employee has been picking and choosing which bags of trash to remove I understand that some of my bags were not in an acceptable condition, but the rest were and none of it was taken It shouldn't be an all or nothing scenario, when I'm paying for this service
It's been relayed to me that the trash wasn't picked up this week and last because it wasn't tied in a knot and there has been cases of bags leaking or being dumped in the valet waste container upside down That's unfortunate but I shouldn't be punished for what someone else has done that I have no control overAll of my bags that weren't tied would have closed when picked up due to gravity pulling the weight down
