This makes the third time that this person claims to have shipped me the correct harnessIf I had received any of these three harnesses by now, we wouldn't be going through this processLet him show us the tracking for these three separate harnesses that he claims to have shippedI have a GInfinity, so I ordered the item listed as being for a GInfinityHe claims that I received the correct module, so let him ACTUALLY send me the proper harness and I will authorize the credit transaction to go through.

Placed order for a Jaguar FX unit Sept still no unit as of Aug Got ripped offIt was on back order called almost monthly and was told it was coming after six months asked for a refund was told they would send it still no moneyAlways get someone named Gregory always said he would take care of sending a unit or refund moneyThe unit has been on back order since day oneSo as it stand I see it as a scam and ripoffMake sure you receive a unit while you are able to cancel payment and don't let them give you the runaround

The statement made by the business, Navtool, is in correctI was told initially that the processing time is business days then upon repeated emails to them and online chats, they said it takes 5-business daysIn addition, everytime I called them, the customer service repwould say that the order is being shipped the same day which never happenedIn fact, on June ***, I received and email saying the ordered has shipped already which of course was not correctBy the way, and only after I placed my complaint with the Revdex.com, I received few an email few minutes ago indicating that the ordered has just shippedI don't want to pursue this complaint further given that they shipped my order but my experience with them was horrible to say the least and I regret ordering from them

Best company with made in USA products and great supoort. Products are all shipped very fast with a reliable support all US-based I would highly recommend getting Apple CarPlay in the android auto tune one. All support as he has Benicio talking to knowledgeable specialist they can actually give you help versus just give you BS to get you off the phone sound very healthy for

Navtool customer service is non existent! I now am going to be spending more money to purchase a product from another company because I cant get straight simple answers to exchange my unit that is bad I'm only getting 2 to 3 word answers or email addresses no directions what to do. I plan to contact anyone and everyone to report this bad fraudulent company and will be finding every place to leave accurate negative reviews as well as bbb

NavTool provided great customer service with super fast shipping. Product works well in Acura MDX I have purucsed 2 in 1 Apple CarPlay and smartphone mirroing. O problems what’s so ever. Tech suport is thee to help 24/7. Product is made in USA. I love it all

This company ranks right up there with the worst customer service we have ever experienced, ANYWHERE. They are unhelpful, condescending, and un-prompt. They do not care about their customers or try to help you with selection, returns, or issues; NOR will they consider any solution or assistance if the product you purchase does not work for your vehicle in the end. I can not advise you enough to stay away from this place. Buy something at a yard sale before you buy here.

We are working on a solution

My experience with the company Nav Tool was disappointing. The company neglected and lacked with the service provided. I ordered an item and weeks have gone by and I didn’t receive the product. I contacted them and the spokes person said I will receive with in another week then called again to get an update and I was told the same story. I waited around for two months and kept getting excuses. The provided date was not met on the day I was told. I had to call many times because no one was keeping me updated on the item I’ve purchased which I also paid for expedite shipping. After the two months I finally cancelled because I never received anything. This item was for a client of mine and I had to sadly tell them how they will not be receiving the item. I couldn’t keep my client waiting. Overall I was disappointed because I never received an update, I had to constantly call, no one sent out an email informing me about the “Suppose” delays, and to get a full refund was a hassle. I’ve purchased from Nav Tool before and never had this issue and its a shame.

Super knowledgable tech support team, they were able to guide from start to finish. Even provided me support via video chat

That answer is nothing, but a big lie. Firs: there was the international shipping option on the website (i've attached a screenshot with this), second: I did'nt recieve any refund from that company and I can prove with documwnts from my bank, third: their support team always says about new reason why they could'nt send my order to me and promises like "shipping that week", "will ship today" and etc. for about 4 months already.
