My 2016 accord was sold without navigation system, everyone including dealer said it's impossible to add navigation. Navtool was able to sell me perfect add-on navigation system for my accord. thank you

because:

 I have attached proof to show that I never had tha product for 30 days period. I order the product on september [redacted] and it was shipped 7 days later on the [redacted] which means I didn't receive the product until the weeks of october [redacted]. I also attached proof showing that the Navtool company received their product back in their hands on october [redacted] which is exactly 30 days from the "order date" not the date is was shipped out or not the day that I the customer received it so thats proof that the product was returned within 30 days plain and simple.
I ordered the product september **, they shipped it to me september **, I didn't receive it tip october, and I returned the product october **

The way to quickly resolve this complaint has been clear to all parties from the very beginning: send the correct wiring harness, and I will release the credit hold.
I have supplied more than enough evidence to substantiate my complaint to the Revdex.com, and they are already very familiar with this person's business practices, yet nothing has been accomplished. This whole process has been nothing but a farce.
I will not waste any more time responding to  continual lies and ** from this "merchant".

We have offered customer to return new model and exchange for previous version, customer refuses to return product. We can't help if product isn't returned to us for exchange

I did not damage the item. The item did not work as advertised when I I received it. Since NAVTOOL refuses to honor my return, I will be making this a legal matter.

Placed 1500 pound order,13 weeks on no order, no response to emails until week 13 when I contacted [redacted] to claim, Do not deal with Navtool
There is some thing odd about the company, the way emails are written, when you get one that is .
Helpful until you pay then the emails stop.
I'm sure it's one man in a bedroom or some thing.

Absolutely horrific & waste of time with this Company. I should have dealt with Coastal Tech.
Exchanged a CANBOX3.0-HDMI+SYNC-CAM12 for CANBOX3.0-HDMI+SYNC-CAM10. Waited 2 months as they explained “we are waiting for a part”
When the item did finally arrive after begging for ETA & status…The exact same box & item was send back. What the heck?
Looks like decent product, unfortunately the Company is run like a Garage co.
Obviously, some folks have been lucky, I am not one of them.
Assume because you can only get your unique 32 digit transaction number by contacting them directly vs seeing it for yourself on the order history, will get the standard could not verify customer BS.
But will they make this right quickly?...its a gamble :(

Yup, that’s exactly what happened. Now when I try contacting for that secret 32 digit number, Larry from Fraud prevention replies with this
” hello at this time, there is an issue with your account we can only help via physical mail” Chat is active & unresponsive.
Then I mention to Larry that I will report to my Visa under my buyer protection….The response was “here is another proof that you are fraudster”
Despite providing Order # & RMA #.

-Update 1 week later, attempting to get full refund. I’m told we are past the return date & that I used incorrect CCV code on my credit card.
Then was threatened they would contact my company & tell them how unprofessional I am & several other threats that are impossible.
Too bad I own the subsidiary in this country, so the fake complaints would come to me.

Do yourself a favor & go elsewhere or take the gamble.

Review: placed an order (#[redacted]) product was never shipped, when I followed up got a bogus tracking number [redacted], then I was told order got lost, they said they'll look into it and contact me, which they never did, so asked for a refund, followed up they said it was being processed and waited and nothing
