Enterprise
will not be refunding the deposit as it was used towards the cost of the
rental. Ms*** did not receive the deposit back because she kept the
car longer than she initially told us and did not put down money for
the extension. If she would have returned when she stated, she would have
received her deposit. We gave her a discount on her rental of $134.94(which
was discussed with Ms***) for an initial problem she
experienced with the first rental car, as well as took care of the remaining
$that was still owed at the end of the rental, which totaled
$216.42.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]People at Enterprise, please refer back to my timeline and lack of response from EnterpriseYes, I did rent a car on 5/20/15, yes I did return a car on 5/21/15, but NO, there was no damage when it was returnedWhen it was returned and inspected there was NO damagehour later I get a phone call stating there is damageI asked for proof and on 8/21/15, YES three whole months later after asking numerous times for proof I get pictures emailed to meThree months later! My complaint and why the Revdex.com and Attorney General’s Office in Wisconsin have been notified is that I want to make others aware of thisI had my insurance company pay the claim because it was sent to collections PRIOR to them showing me proof! I don’t want my personal credit hurt because of poor response time and meager business skills of an employeeAs previously stated, this has not affected me monetarily but I do want to make others aware of how this business operatesCan someone please explain to me that in the hours from when I dropped the car off and it was inspected and okayed with no damage, to when there was “damage” found, is it NOT possible that an employee backed into something? Or another person backed into the car in the airport parking lot? this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
There has been no additional follow up on the part of the company. I've never filed one of these before so I don't know if I'm just supposed to keep rejecting the response to close this out. I would like to clarify that although they did short me 5 days from a previous contract I was in fact prorated correctly.Changing my rate without contacting me is what blindsided me. I've rented from enterprise long term previously & it has always been my understanding that if you extend your contract the rate will remain the same from when you started renting the vehicle. I personally feel like they were probably trying to squeeze a few extra dollars out of me.
