I was told by Manager on the original complaint. I went to Russ Darrow on August 19,2015. According to the service advisor [redacted] found the car pull to the left as in the complaint. He stated that he would need to do an alignment rotation the tires and find what tire that causing the Waller. He stated the cost would be $150. When [redacted] call to speak to the original manager on the complaint he was out with another cus[redacted]er, he spoke with Manager [redacted] and he refused to pay for the work I then ask to speak with [redacted] he stated the dealer are in to making money. I told [redacted] that I was instructed to take my car into Russ Darrow by his manager. He told me that I would need to take the diagnosis to Firestone. I then made an appointment with Firestone on Brown Deer Road for Tuesday 25,2015. I am here to get the car repair. I will be in contact after work is done. ThanksHi Just got through talking to the service adviser [redacted]  at Firestone he stated the problem is Pulsation brake Pedal due to wrapped rotors. [redacted] stated his boss was on the phone talking to Enterprise Manager about the problem. I will continue to keep you informed. Thanks

Mr. [redacted] rented a 2015 Hyundai Sonata from our Milwaukee
International Airport location on May 20, 2015and returned it on May 21, 2016. At
return damage was noted to the rear spoiler. 
The Milwaukee team tried to reach Mr. [redacted] on May 21, 2016
to discuss the damage; leaving Mr. [redacted] a voicemail message. Our office
performed a vehicle history search and our investigation did not find this
damage as being noted prior to Mr. [redacted]’s rental. Our office as well as our
local office advised Mr. [redacted] that we would continue to pursue him for this
damage.  
  
Mr. [redacted] continued to deny
responsibility for this damage and as such we placed his claim with our
collection agency on October 1, 2015. Mr. [redacted] contacted our office on
February 18, 2016 asking for claim documents to be sent to his insurance
company State Farm. We received payment for this claim form State Farm on March
9, 2016 and our claim has been closed since.

This is in response to complaint #[redacted].  We will be taking care of the remaining balance of $81.48 for the customer.  Our Area Manager cannot reach the customer, as she is not answering her phone and the voicemail is full and won’t accept messages.  We are removing the balance and...

I would feel much more comfortable having my own remote that is programed to my home. has been resolved.  There is no rental under Mr. [redacted] name. 
Once we determined who the...

actual renter was we were able to rectify the
situation.  The phone numbers on file go to the renter, so we've emailed
Mr. [redacted] to let him know it has been taken care of.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car at its 310 W...

the time of rental, a vehicle inspection was completed in the presence of Ms.
[redacted] and it was determined to be rented without existing damage. This was
confirmed by Ms. [redacted] by her initialing on the face of the rental agreement
as acknowledgement of the vehicle condition. The vehicle was returned with
damage to the location noted above. Pursuant to the rental agreement signed by
Ms. [redacted], she is responsible for any damage to the rental vehicle which
occurs during her rental period. After reviewing the concerns
presented by Ms. [redacted], and notwithstanding the foregoing contractual
obligation, we have closed our file with the payment amount of $218.10 that we
have already obtained from Ms., [redacted] and her insurance company, Geico.  At Enterprise Rent-A-Car, we strive to satisfy
all our customers by providing excellent customer service. We hope that our
diligent efforts to resolve and address this matter have demonstrated our

Our Area Manager attempted to email this customer last week and the message he received was "mailbox is full and not accepting messages at this time." We will continue to reach out to this customer to get this matter resolved.

This concern has been forwarded to our area manager and we will provide you with an update once customer contact has been made.

We have contacted the customer and reached a resolution that the customer indicated he was happy with.
