It seems I was premature in filing the business has resolved my issue on their own as of this date and I would like to withdraw my complaint if possible

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the troubles cancelling your order, KathyThe moment the order has gone in to processing for shipment, it is simply too late to pull it back, therefore we must wait for it to go in to transit before we can cancel and refund the orderThis order was placed
on Saturday, 3/and had started to process the very next day on Sunday, 3/FedEx does not pick up from our warehouse during the weekend, so the information was sent to FedEx on Monday the 12th and FedEx had scheduled to pick up the mattress from our warehouse on 3/We received notice on 3/at 11:am that you had wanted to cancel your order due to troubles reaching an agent and the reviews read onlineWe immediately put in the request with our person of contact for FedExWe do not have a confirmation number for that until our FedEx agent contacts FedEx and has it reroutedThere is only one Fedex contact to assist every customer requesting a cancellation after shipment , so this does take timeI do apologize for the troubles reaching an agent as wellWe are a very young company that had just started business in November of We are not even years old at this pointBusiness suddenly hit a large increase of sales and a high demand has made it very difficult for our small team to respond to every customer as quickly as possibleWe have just hired about new hires, we have more in training with starting within the next two weeks and plans to hire at least more to make sure this never happens againDreamCloud is not in any way receiving funding from Nectar salesAll sales for Nectar are used for Nectar such as all sales from DreamCloud are being used specifically for DreamCloudI can assure you we are no scamWe are a startup company that is struggling to keep up with a high demand for a good quality mattress for a reasonable price
