[redacted] *** alerted us to the issues that she was having with her product NeoFill promptly alerted the merchant The merchant explained that they received a number of samples from their supplier to make sure that they were authentic and worked correctlyThey checked the product, packaging, manuals, etc and everything checked out They initially did a small order with us of units, and there were no issues at that timeWhen they expanded the order to a larger volume, that is when they started to have issues Since the products were vacuum sealed when they received them from the supplier, they did not check each and every box and unit before shipping them out The merchant advised us that they will give any customer a full refund as well as pay for the return of the productIf a customer contacts NeoFill or the merchant with product issues, they are provided the merchant's contact information and advised to email the merchant so that the merchant can get them a return label the same day We provided MsScott with that information She contacted the merchant They sent her a return label for her product She is returning the product to the merchant Once the merchant receives the product, they will notify NeoFill NeoFill will then issue a refund to the customer She will receive an automatic notification that the refund has been processed Once that is completed, this issue is resolved

I will break down the complaint filed and answer all concerns below1) When I clicked on Submit, instead of getting a confirmation of my purchase, I got a notice telling me that the "Deal had been sold out." All orders are processed electronically on a first come first serve basis When a deal sells out while you are typing your information, our system does not interrupt your process Instead, when you are finished, the "Deal has been sold out" message pops up Your information wasn't submitted to our credit card gateway that authorizes transactions because the order was not processed.2) This company took my credit card information, knowing that the deal would not available! The deal was available when you began your order; however, it sold out while you were still completing your order Again, our system does not interrupt that process, but no information is obtained3) I went back to the Offer page, and acted as if I was going to purchase of the same certificatesThe Neofill website opened and once again asked for my personal informationNo mention that the deal was no longer availableIf you simply go back to the page, you will repeat the same steps and so will the system If you had refreshed the page, or had just logged in as if you were purchasing for the first time, the "Deal has been sold out" message would've popped up, alerting you, and not allowing you to attempt a purchase 4) There was no honest error, just an unethical company who basically stole my credit card informationI want to make sure that this doesn't happen to someone elseI'm going to have to cancel my card, and wait a week for my new card, which leaves me having to use checksI will be sending a copy of this complaint to [redacted] There was no need to cancel your credit card and be issued a new one Our system does not store credit card information for unprocessed orders Your information was null and void when you didn't successfully process your order due to the deal selling out first

Not a fair way of selling limited vouchersTried to buy a voucher that was one of being offeredWas online at exactly 9am when vouchers went live, Clicked buy and entered my information within the minutes that the countdown clock gave me before the voucher was given awayClicked finish and was informed the vouchers were sold outCalled to see if there was a mistake and was told by (rude) customer service that the countdown clock means nothing and the fastest typist winsIf you're unhappy don't bother calling customer serviceKind of relieved I didn't get it, if there was a problem with the voucher and they had my money I'd be far more upset! Won't try to do business with them again just in case I actually "win" a voucher

The station has agreed to exchange the customer's current certificates for one's that they have on hand The customer has agreed to the exchange and has selected certificates to [redacted] The station will be sending these directly to the customer The matter is resolved.Thank you!

I provided our media partner with the facts of this issue:1) The customer purchased this deal on 11-28-2011.2) The deal expired in September of 2012.3) The customer did not inform us of not having received the certificate for this deal until 12-24-- three
months after the deal expired.4) We explained to him on 12-24-that he had to notify us BEFORE it expired, for us to be able to do anything about it.5) The customer called on 03-17-2015, and we reiterated what was said on 12-24-2012.6) The media partner has decided that they will approve a refund for the total price that was paid - $13.75.7) The customer will need to contact us and provide us with updated credit card information, since we no longer have his information on file from He must do so within days of this date to receive the refund. 8) Once the refund has been processed, we will consider this issue resolved

Hello,
The Advertising Agency resolved this issue by providing the customer with a $gift card as a courtesy on Wednesday, November 23rd. The customer acknowledged receiving the gift card as well as being pleased with the compensation that was offered. This was resolved to
the customer's satisfaction and this issue is considered closed

This is the THIRD time I have responded to a "sale" within FIFTEEN SECONDS of the offering and was denied because they were all sold outIf you don't have more than ONE item to sell, stop trying to sucker folks!!!
