[Your Answer Here]The response here in made by Neulion clearly states they do not give refundsThis should be posted on the Bill Pay form where they offer their service to begin with and it is not.I signed up for an annual subscription of which after three weeks I determined was totally inferior coverage of what was promised in contentAll I asked for was a partial,adjusted refund which excluded the time I usedFor neulion to refuse the partial refund I request appears as a "bait and not provide useful service" to me with no recourse for the customer I do not request a full refund ,only an adjusted refund for the portion of the time not to be usedIt is no where to be easily located in the TERMS OF USE addendum either .

Each subscriber to our customer Tennis Channel's service affirmatively agrees to the Terms of Service, which are accessible from the registration page and which provide in Section that "All payments for Subscription Services are non-refundable." Also, a list of the tournaments that can be watched is accessible to all on the website. Hi,This subscriber's subscription has been cancelled, and the subscriber was refunded on October *, 2014 for a September **, 2014 charge of $39.95.  Potential subscribers see the package description multiple times during the online purchasing process, including the renewal...

terms, but there is no email sent before or after any billings other than the initial one.  A subscriber should be able to cancel his or her subscription online at any time via the "Manage Packages" link when logged into his or her account, so if this subscriber re-subscribes and then wishes to cancel online but cannot, we invite him to let us know directly or through the Revdex.com.  Thanks.Best regards.[redacted]lNeuLion, Inc.

To Whom It May Concern:
 
This customer purchased an NHL GameCenter Live subscription for the 2012-13 NHL season for $49.99.  As was disclosed and agreed to at the time of purchase, this subscription would and did auto-renew for the 2013-14 NHL season if and as it was not...

cancelled in advance.   The auto-renewal terms provided for a six-month payment period, with an installment of $24.99 due each month.  On March *, 2013, NeuLion issued six refunds to the customer of $24.99 each, for an aggregate return of $149.94.  
 
Please let us know if there is any further action NeuLion can take to satisfy this customer's complaint.

Hello,
[redacted]'s customer service department corresponded with this customer on April *, 2014 and addressed the customer's complaint by cancelling the customer's subscription and issuing a refund for the last charge.  While the account had previously been cancelled,...

when the customer lost the billing dispute with the credit card company, the subscription was reactivated and the customer was charged again.
We trust that our actions in addressing this complaint have been satisfactory; please let us know if anything further is required.  Thanks.

Per my response on September **, 2014, when this NFL customer originally subscribed...

to the service, he agreed that his subscription would be automatically renewed on an annual basis, and it was in fact renewed on August *, 2014.  This NFL subscription allows 30 days for refunds on renewal, but the customer did not contact us until September **, 2014, that is, after the refund period had expired.  Customer satisfaction is very important to us, however, and we have therefore cancelled this subscription effective September **, 2014.
We trust that this resolves the complaint.  If not, please do not hesitate to contact me again.

Neulion is involved in wholesale fraud by renewing annual subscriptions without documented customer approval. They charged my credit card without approval. They do not have a listed phone number to call, and they do not respond to emails.
