Review: I signed up for the service last year as a one time payment of 49.99, and today I found charges dating back to September of 24.99 for the service which I didn't not authorize or even use their service. I called and politely asked to have the money refunded and cancel any further charges and the guy I spoke with was very rude and denied any refund and refused me to talk to a [redacted] and gave me his email. I emailed him with my issue and informed them I'd be contacting the proper authority to handle the issue further.Desired Settlement: I'd like the money refunded from all the charges that have come out of my account since September for the service that I do not use.. 24.99 a month since september

Review: I had orderd the service the past hockey season. I didnt get the games I wanted to watch due to the nhl always blocking the stanley Cup Champion Chicago Blackhawk games. I call and told them I didnt need the service as the games were blacked out.

Now I see this yr they are charging me for service I have never used this hockey season, I called and asked about the charges and was told sorry you ordered it pay for it, and there is no information on their end that said I called last hockey season and canceled, some how I think a thief after your money would say that.

again I didnt want or use the service and even if I did the game most likly would have been blocked out anyway.Desired Settlement: just a refund of unsued service charges for this hockey season.

Review: I signed up on [redacted] for the ICC Cricket World Cup package on [redacted] of February. On the website it stated that there is a 7 day grace period. After realizing that I didn't get soccer channels the next day I then emailed their support on [redacted] of February indicating that I wanted to cancel my subscription. At which point they responded back an email saying:

I responded back to say that I was canceling the package within the 7 day grace period as per their website. They responded back with:

It has been 3 weeks since the last response, when I contacted the bank they said they have not received any refunds to my credit card. The website has no telephone number and they do not respond to emails.Desired Settlement: I expect a refund of the full amount $203.39 charged to my credit card, since I canceled within the 7 day grace period.

Hi,Prior to being made aware that this complaint had been filed, we had been working with this customer via email to address his complaint. A refund had been initiated as promised, but failed due to a processing issue. We reprocessed the refund on March **, 2015 (and let the customer know same), so the customer should have received his refund by now. If not, we ask that he contact us immediately. Review: I subscribed to NHL Game Center last season (2012) and recently became aware that I was being charged ($24.99) again monthly for a new subscription starting on September **, 2013. After thorough online research, I discovered that many other subscribers were faced with this very issue. I called Game Center support (###-###-####) and the first representative would not cooperate, telling me it was too late in the season to cancel my subscription. He refused to transfer me to another representative and rudely ended our call. I called back and spoke to another representative ([redacted]) who canceled the 'automatically re-subscribe' option which he said was in the terms of service, and issued a refund for only the most previous charge of $24.99, leaving my credit card still wrongfully charged for over $50. I asked to speak to a [redacted] and he informed me that "[redacted]s do not take calls" and gave me an email address to contact about the issue [redacted].Desired Settlement: First, and most importantly, I want a full refund for the other two months I was charged for. Secondly, it would be to everyone's benefit if Game Center changed its user agreement so that it does not automatically renew a user's subscription. Other services of this nature do not auto renew, but include an e-mail or text alert informing the customer that they have the option to renew their subscription. Before this incident, I considered it likely that I would utilize this service again in the future, but after having such a bad customer support experience and having $50 wasted, I will never be re-subscribing.

This customer subscribed to NHL GameCenter Live. The subscription’s automatic renewal feature was clearly set forth in the Terms and Conditions, and the customer clicked a box indicating that he had read and accepted the terms of use. To resolve this complaint, on December *, 2013 we cancelled the account, refunded the customer $48.98 and notified him at the email address we have on file of the cancellation and refund.

Please note that per the attached, I did try to respond through the Revdex.com website and received the following message: “You do not have access to the complaint ID entered.”
