for that order on 7/3/? I refute the allegation that we bury any guarantee information on our website? We have thousands of satisfied customers we honor requests for refund so long as they fall within the simple guidelines clearly visible on our site and order page?

This is quite a strange complaint.  We do guarantee the most recent order for all customers and there would be no reason to ask a customer for proof of purchase when and if she called.  Normally we would, look the customer up in the system and give them the steps required for refund....

 It is not a complicated procedure.  I looked up the customer information in our system and immediately found the account with a $75.97 charge on it.  Our system also tracks the phone calls and emails that come in for a particular customer.  We never received one email or phone call for the past six months.  Conclusion:  she somehow was contacting the wrong company for a refund..Now that we are aware the customer would like a refund we will issue a check today.  Normally we do not guarantee shipping as stated on our order form but given this customers situation we will make an exception in this case.  Kindly,Wes j[redacted]NTGPS:  Check # [redacted] $75.97 sent 4/7/17
