Worst company ever. Took my car and I was only one payment behind. With all that's going on they would squeeze a dollar out of a dead man.

Great company! Staff is very friendly and always very helpful - Especially My account manager BeverlyShe's worked with me and allowed me to get caught up with payments over the past year which most companies don't doI've never been harassed & it's always a pleasure to speak and work with her or any of the staff within the companyBest loan company I've ever dealt with

I have to say, Bruce has been the friendliest person I've worked withIf something comes up he works with me in every way he can to both get the money owed and what works with meI won't work with anyone else in the collection deptBefore I voluntarily repo'ed my car due to more to fix than owed I would call in payments on time, never late and the customer service reps that took my information had the tone that I was bothering themNever with Bruce have I felt that wayHe is always chipper even if he's having a bad day! Again he's definitely the one to deal with at this companyOverall I haven't had any other issues with them

If I could give this company stars I wouldThis company is the most shady company I have ever dealt with in my entire lifeThis is my first vehicle loan and I am a mother of kids and my husband and I own our own landscaping businessI fell on some hard times and tried working a deal out with them and they agreed to the deal and said they would put the account on hold so the repo truck did not come out and try to take itI have a list of repairs needed to this vehicle that is almost $5000.And this truck is a so it is years oldWell needless to say I got home from working yesterday and was waiting for my kids to get done at their after school church program so I could go get them and go make the payment and low and behold in pulls the repo truckBeing this is our only vehicle and is also our work vehicle we use to go to and from work and doctors appts for my kids I was extremely upsetSo I told the repo man they were supposed to put it on hold and he said they never received a call or emailSo I called new city funding and spoke with Bruce my loan advisor and he said he wasn't sure why they were there and put me on hold to go talk to his bossWell when he came back on the phone he was advised by his boss to let the repo company take my truck!!!! So they renigged on a verbal agreement they gave me?!?!?! It is a week before Thanksgiving, less than a month before Christmas and I have children, no vehicle to work, so that means no money and no way to get to store to get basic necessities or anything for my children and it is cold weather and without a vehicle no way to get heat for my pellet stove which keeps my kids warm at night I have a child with learning disabilities and requires various doctors appts all the timeHeed my warning and NEVER EVER believe anything that comes out of the mouths of this company and don't even sign a loan with these guysThey are extremely rude, heartless, and scam artistsThe first advisor I had Bethann was down right nasty with any conversation had with her, she would call and send emails days before my payment was even dueThey leave nasty harassing messages with you and your referencesPersonally owning a business and knowing how to handle business THIS IS NOT how u treat people They work with shady car dealerships that sell vehicles that have numerous mechanical issues that they hide and then try to cobjob the problemThey prey on people with no credit or bad creditThey are worse then a buy here pay here companyI hope when you read this review it helps you steer away from this shady, nasty, rude, and deceiving place they call a companyIt is like throwing yourself and family to a pack of rabid wolvesI will be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com tooSo please take this as a fair and honest warning and I will be sharing this on every social media site out there to warn as many innocent people as I can

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST! Can't Complain about the 24% interest rate because I knew what I was getting myself in to but other than that this place is a jokeThe customer service was horriblehorrible enough for me to never want to call this place againEvery time I call this place I get the same rude [redacted] Female who says anything to get you off the phoneI can't think of her name but she isn't helpful at allIf you hate your life and your job that much than do us all a huge favor and quit pleaseIf you desperately need a loan than this place is for you but don't expect bells and whistles when you call them on the phoneI ended up refinancing my loan through my fcu for 8% interest rate once my score improved

My daughter has a car loan with New City Funding. I am her mother the co signer an i've had the pleasure to speaking to her Representative that handles her account Amanda B. When I tell you the most pleasant at all time, Her Customer Service skills are at a high rate considering I have over 35 years of experience in that field I know. I just want to say to New city Funding you have a great employee working for your company. I want to say dealing with Amanda B I would highly recommend your company to anyone an feel comfortable.
