I have had a loan with new city funding for over 2 years and everyone there especially my loan manager Beverly are outstanding. any questions I have or concerns they answer it for me and get back to me right away. I have talked to Bruce M. on several occasions as to where he has always been respectful, helpful, and kind hearted. He does go above and beyond while doing his work which I greatly appreciate. You have an awesome team player!

I have to say, Bruce has been the friendliest person I've worked with. If something comes up he works with me in every way he can to both get the money owed and what works with me. I won't work with anyone else in the collection dept. Before I voluntarily repo'ed my car due to more to fix than owed I would call in payments on time, never late and the customer service reps that took my information had the tone that I was bothering them. Never with Bruce have I felt that way. He is always chipper even if he's having a bad day! Again he's definitely the one to deal with at this company. Overall I haven't had any other issues with them.

Great company! Staff is very friendly and always very helpful - Especially My account manager Beverly. She's worked with me and allowed me to get caught up with payments over the past year which most companies don't do. I've never been harassed & it's always a pleasure to speak and work with her or any of the staff within the company. Best loan company I've ever dealt with.

Hello my is [redacted] and I have a loan there and and customer service there is very good and understanding. Especially Bruce who is very professional and helpful.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. This company is the most shady company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. This is my first vehicle loan and I am a mother of 5 kids and my husband and I own our own landscaping business. I fell on some hard times and tried working a deal out with them and they agreed to the deal and said they would put the account on hold so the repo truck did not come out and try to take it. I have a list of repairs needed to this vehicle that is almost $5000.And this truck is a 2006 so it is 11 years old. Well needless to say I got home from working yesterday and was waiting for my kids to get done at their after school church program so I could go get them and go make the payment and low and behold in pulls the repo truck. Being this is our only vehicle and is also our work vehicle we use to go to and from work and doctors appts for my kids I was extremely upset. So I told the repo man they were supposed to put it on hold and he said they never received a call or email. So I called new city funding and spoke with Bruce my loan advisor and he said he wasn't sure why they were there and put me on hold to go talk to his boss. Well when he came back on the phone he was advised by his boss to let the repo company take my truck!!!! So they renigged on a verbal agreement they gave me?!?!?! It is a week before Thanksgiving, less than a month before Christmas and I have 5 children, no vehicle to work, so that means no money and no way to get to store to get basic necessities or anything for my children and it is cold weather and without a vehicle no way to get heat for my pellet stove which keeps my kids warm at night. I have a child with learning disabilities and requires various doctors appts all the time. Heed my warning and NEVER EVER believe anything that comes out of the mouths of this company and don't even sign a loan with these guys.... They are extremely rude, heartless, and scam artists. The first advisor I had Bethann was down right nasty with any conversation had with her, she would call and send emails days before my payment was even due. They leave nasty harassing messages with you and your references. Personally owning a business and knowing how to handle business THIS IS NOT how u treat people. They work with shady car dealerships that sell vehicles that have numerous mechanical issues that they hide and then try to cobjob the problem. They prey on people with no credit or bad credit. They are worse then a buy here pay here company. I hope when you read this review it helps you steer away from this shady, nasty, rude, and deceiving place they call a company. It is like throwing yourself and family to a pack of rabid wolves. I will be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com too. So please take this as a fair and honest warning and I will be sharing this on every social media site out there to warn as many innocent people as I can.

I will say that the professionalism that I have experienced with Newcity funding has nothing but outstanding. The representative 'Beverly F' has been great in handling my business. Courteous, Thourough, accurate cause of this kinda of customer service returning for repeat business would not be a second though.

They now want more money and the car will be shut down as of midnight. They want us to pay $295+ and $40 more later.For what??? We were never late!!!!!

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST! Can't Complain about the 24% interest rate because I knew what I was getting myself in to but other than that this place is a joke. The customer service was horrible. horrible enough for me to never want to call this place again. Every time I call this place I get the same rude [redacted] Female who says anything to get you off the phone. I can't think of her name but she isn't helpful at all. If you hate your life and your job that much than do us all a huge favor and quit please. If you desperately need a loan than this place is for you but don't expect bells and whistles when you call them on the phone. I ended up refinancing my loan through my fcu for 8% interest rate once my score improved.

Everyone, especially Beverly, at New City Funding is so helpful and understanding when dealing with people that have loans with them. I am very pleased to be a customer of theirs.
