Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: it's a blatant lie. I have (correction, had) only one account. it was in full compliance with TOS. the cancellation notice came as a quick reply to my email that was informing them that I left negative feedback for them on Revdex.com and one other site, and I can forward that email to anyone.
Sincerely,
Anatoly [redacted]

I have pasted this paragraph (4.G) below: "Termination of Program CouponCabin reserves the right to terminate Cash Back in whole or in part at any time with notice to the email address used to register your MyCabin account. In the event Cash Back is terminated, payment of your remaining Cash Back will be made to you approximately ninety (90) days following the date notice is transmitted by CouponCabin to the email address on file with us in your account. CouponCabin will not be responsible for failing to notify you of termination of the Cash Back program where such failure is caused by your not receiving email from CouponCabin for any reason, including but not limited to your failure to check the email address on file with us, your failure to change or update your email address in your MyCabin account, or due to your email service provider (or ISP) sending our emails to your bulk, junk or spam email folder or blocking our emails." In regards to termination of memberships, I have pasted the applicable paragraph (4.J.III) from our terms and conditions: Termination of Your Membership In addition to any other provisions of this Agreement, CouponCabin reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time with or without notice due to your violation of anything in these Terms or as otherwise provided for or in accordance with these Terms. If your membership is terminated by CouponCabin, CouponCabin may refuse to pay some or all of the amounts credited to your account if such amounts appear or are suspected (as determined in the sole and exclusive discretion of CouponCabin) to have been earned in violation, or after violation, of these Terms or to have been otherwise unlawfully obtained. In the event your membership is terminated and payment of some or all of the amounts in your account is made to you, any such payment made in an amount less than the account minimum will be subject to a $3.00 payment fee as specified in Section 4.C.III. above. Should your account be terminated by CouponCabin, you are prohibited from rejoining under or registering a new account, unless expressly invited to do so by CouponCabin.

CouponCabin has an affiliate marketing partnership with our stores in which we work directly with their marketing department and not their customer support team. After the initial missing transaction inquiry that we sent to the store, we subsequently followed up six times to seek a resolution, and to this date, the store has not paid us commission for your order. Our ability to provide members with cash back is contingent on us being compensated by the store at which you shop. In this instance, because your purchase has not been approved by the store, we are not able to provide you with cash back.

(www.couponcabin.com/troops), and have shipped more than 20 tons of grocery coupons to overseas bases in the five years we’ve been at it. As for this [redacted] offer, cash back is calculated using your pre-tax, pre-shipping, post-coupons/discounts and post-gift card purchase amount. This is called out in the CouponCabin terms and conditions that you agreed to on August 12, 2017, 11:57 a.m. CT when you created your CouponCabin account. I’ve included the section below but you may see our complete terms and conditions by visiting www.couponcabin.com/terms. "Cash Back on Qualifying Purchases is calculated based on the net purchase amount reported and credited by the Participating Merchant and excludes (among other things) taxes, fees, shipping, delivery, tips, gift-wrapping, installation fees, discounts (including promo codes) or credits (including gift card usage), bundled offers, returns or cancellations, r[redacted], gift card purchases, bulk orders, orders for resale, finance charges, labor costs for home or auto services, prescriptions, lottery tickets, phone cards, money orders, extended warranties and any other exclusions or special terms applied by the particular Participating Merchant." This is also called out twice on the "See Rules" popup that was associated to this $40 offer for [redacted].com. I’ve included both of the rules below: "Subtotal amount is the amount after applying any discount(s) and gift card redemption and not including tax, delivery or other fees." "Cash back is excluded on the purchase and use of gift cards and on any bulk or resale orders." Please know that it’s rare for us to hear from someone that their order did not qualify for one of our great offers. Hundreds of people each day, thousands a week, successfully redeem these offers without an issue. That said, if you could ask your five friends to contact us at [email protected], we’d be happy to investigate why their cash back was not applied.

As per the emails we have sent you, CouponCabin (a) does not offer phone support, (b) in no way tolerates profanity; and (c) will be processing a payment for your pending cash back first thing on July 5th.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I did take my vehicle back to new deal, and the issues are not minor, I was told by new deal the cost to fix the power steering issue was over $500, and that was from the mechanic at new deal. The replacement of all four rotors and brake pads and the rear calipers affect the driveability and safety of the vehicle that is not minor, and costs about $500 or more to fix. The air conditioner does not get cold, but it was never put on the buyers guide, the O2 sensors and thermostat are not a minor issue either, the rack and pinion is not minor, the rear defrost not working is not minor especially considering that it is becoming colder. None of the issues are covered under the warranty given with the vehicle at the time of purchase even though Dean and Chad both stated that the vehicle would be covered for ANY issues for the first 6 months following the purchase date. The moderate evap leak is not minor either. New Deal was notified about all of my issues when I called and spoke with Chad the day my vehicle was picked up from the auto repair shop that I was sent to by the warranty company. I'd be more than happy to take the vehicle back to new deal for them to do a complete and thorough check of ALL the issues the car is having but if they are not going to do anything about them then I have to ask whats the point? The vehicle was said to have no issues as stated by Chad, Dean, and the wisconsinbuyers guide, but as the the vehicle was looked at by David Hobbs, Sullivan Auto Repair, Boucher Nissan in Waukesha, and Monroe Auto where I have gotten my oil changes they all say otherwise. I am taking the vehicle to midas to have a complete and detailed report of everything documented and this will be dine by the end of the month as I want to make sure I have everything completed before the so called warranty ends because my other option is to take this to court if New Deal does not resolve this.In response to the email I receivedlisted below, I have not heard from the company. They have neither responded to any of the phone messages that I have left, nor have they attempted to contact me. I am not satisfied with this companies LACK of attempts to solve this matter, and I see this as their admission of guilt to selling a vehicle that they knew was not mechanically sound and misrepresented the vehicle as being sound. I truly feel this company needs to be investigated by not only the Revdex.com so they lose their accreditation, but also the Wisconsin department of transportation, the federal trades commission, and the state licensing board as I am pretty sure that I am not the only person who has run into the issues with vehicles either leased or purchased from New Deal auto sales. Thank you for your time with this matter,
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]

Please have [redacted] contact New Deal Auto Sales and we will make an appointment to look at her vehicle.  At which time we will give her a wholesale estimate for necessary repairs.
Thank You,

Warning: Do Not Buy a Car From New Deal Auto They Are Broke Down

My mother was sold a lemonfrom this place, it looked really nice Volvo, can't remember the year. She found out t was a car from the 2005 flood & they kept giving her the run around, took the car back to get the transmission fixed because it blew 3 days after purchase they took the car for a about a month told us it was fixed & it was doing the same. They kept giving her the run around and shortly after the head gasket blew! She tried to return the vehicle & try said they're was nothing they can do, basically told her to hit the road. She stopped payments for it because she felt she didn't have to pay for a broken car. He took the car back once she threaten to file a lawsuit & he gave her a PT Cruiser for the time being. It seems like a nice gesture. She drove that until they supposedly repair the car & about 3 weeks later she got the lemon back, they took the PT cruiser & my mother offered to buy that car instead of the Volvo & they basically laughed in her face. Saying it wasn't for sale. But it had a for sale sign on it & she was driving it with the price listed on it, now they filing a lawsuit against her, knowing that it's unfair! Her credit is ruined now, she's 70 years old & can barely even walk. & they had they're way with this elderly lady & I'm telling you this because I feel it is unfair!

Review: On May 9th 2015 I purchased a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix from the New Deal location on 91st and Appleton and [redacted] was the sales person. I drove the vehicle and nothing was wrong with it that I noticed, I looked the car over and before signing any paperwork for the purchase I asked is there anything wrong with the car that is not listed on the sticker or paperwork, the reply I got was no, it just has high mileage. Within the first 90 of having the vehicle in my possession there were several service lights that came on including the check engine light, check gas cap, service traction control system, service ABS system, ABS failure, and the low fuel level light came on, the steering on the vehicle became very hard to turn, and the car started over heating and stalling. I contacted New Deal and spoke with [redacted] who apologized and stated that we could set up a time for me to bring the vehicle in to have the vehicle looked at or I could contact the warranty company because the vehicle came with a warranty for the first 6 months of having the car. I called Milwaukee Service after getting the phone number off of my paperwork from the sale, and was told to take the vehicle to Sullivan Service on Silver Spring drive, who is contracted with the warranty company. I take the vehicle into Sullivan on July 20th, and was told that they could do a diagnostic on the vehicle and completely check the car out, but that if the problems were not covered under the warranty then I would have to pay a diagnostic fee of $59.95. I agreed to have the vehicle looked over because I am under the impression that the vehicle is covered under the warranty. I receive a call from Sullivan's informing me that there are several codes that came up including P0455, P0300, P0036, P0128, and P0141. He stated that I had evap codes that needed to be serviced, my wheel bearings needed to be replaced, I needed a thermostat, and 2-O2 sensors, both of my power steering hoses had leaks, and it looked as if someone had tried to patch the hoses previously, the fuel level sensor had gone out but, that because that sensor cant be replaced I would have to replace the fuel pump which contains the sensor, the rear defrost did not work, and the air conditioner did not work, all of these problems but nothing is covered under the warranty. I called New Deal back and advised someone, I can't remember his name but he was the person who sold me the car, and his response was "so they're telling you about everything that's wrong with a car that's 11 years old?" My concern wasn't with the age of the car, my issue is with the fact that so many things went wrong with the car in such a short amount of time. I was then asked to bring the car into New Deal for their mechanic to look the car over. I set up the appointment for 7/23/15, and dropped my car off to the New Deal on 98th and Appleton. Later that day I received a phone call that stated what I had already known, which was that both of my power steering hoses were leaking really bad, and that the cost was around $500 to fix. I went to pick up my car from New Deal because I should not have to pay $500 already for a repair on this vehicle. Fast forward to August, the vehicle is continuing to stall, but also cutting off after driving out to Waukesha. I have contacted New Deal and spoke with another sales person who asked about the issues with the car, who again told me to contact the warranty company. I contacted the finance company every month, to find out what I can do because I don't want to pay for a vehicle that is basically liability for my safety as well as my finances. The car is not reliable, I spoke with Gus from Franklin Finance who has kept a record of every call, and told me to see if I can be put into another vehicle, something more reliable. I attempted to fix some of the issues with the vehicle according to the extra money that I had, such as the brakes being repaired, getting one of the hoses fixed on the vehicle, but as soon as that was done, another issue came. Today is 9/19/2015 and after driving out to Waukesha again because that is where the school is that I attend, the car stopped at the school, and would not start. Luckily, I had a 3 hour class so I was able to let the car sit, after class was done, I started the car and it made a high pitched squealing sound. I drove the car home with the car squealing all the way, and as I got off the exit on Silver Spring I noticed there was smoke coming from under the hood of the car. I again called Franklin Finance because calling New Deal would only have me contact the warranty company which was through franklin, and I was told I needed to contact them Monday when the person that takes care of the warranties would be in. As I drove the last mile from the exit to my house to get the car home, the check tire pressure light came on as well as the charging system failure warning. I got the car home and god thing I did because as I got the car to my driveway it shut off. Luckily my neighbor was home who helped push the car forward into my garage where the car is now parked.Desired Settlement: I would either like for New Deal to either fix the issues with this vehicle, put me in a different vehicle, OR we can cancel this deal, they can give me my down payment back, and I'll give them this headache of a vehicle.

Response:

It is unfortunate that this customer is having these issues with a vehicle she purchased from us. It sounds like the issues are minor or they would be covered by her powertrain warranty, that she got with the purchase of the vehicle. We are willing to help her but if it is not covered by the warranty she purchased at the time of sale, it is not covered by New Deal Auto Sales. If the vehicle is brought back to us for service we would get the work done at wholesale cost. We would be happy to help get her on the road again.

Thanks,

Response:

I CAME TO THE CAR LOT ON 91ST APPLETON, AND HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE CAR SALE MAN. HE DID NOT WANT TO HELP, AND WAS ALWAYS ON HIS PHONE EVERYTHING I PROCEED INTO THE OFFICE, AS IF I WAS NOT STANDING THERE LOOKING FOR AN AUTOMOBILE… I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO PURCHASE A CAR FROM THAT LOT.
