Amal in the office made planning the move an easy and pleasant experience Manny, China and Jameson – who did the actual moving – were hardworking, courteous and took the utmost care with our belongings From start to finish, everyone at New Horizon acted in a friendly and professional manner The cost was also very reasonable I would definitely move with them again!

[redacted] Chalfont , PA [redacted] Daytime Phone: ###-###-#### E-mail: [redacted] @***.com Response to Revdex.com Claim # [redacted] New Horizon Movers prides itself on providing our clients a professional & courteous moving experience Our goal to make sure that the client is 100% completely satisfied with their move New Horizon Movers has agreed in good faith to settle the client's claim New Horizon Movers estimate which was emailed to the client on 6/7/prior to the July 6, scheduled move clearly ?states ?under section,” Understanding your estimate”, What is not covered, “Loss or damage consisting of breakage of china, glassware, bottles, statuary, bric-a-brac, or items of a brittle nature unless the items have been packed by the carrier and are listed on the inventoryThe ?carrier is not responsible for the contents of boxes packed by the owner?"?.? ??All items that need to be moved must be properly boxedThe day before the scheduled move, the client stated she was packedThe day the client reserved her move with us she said she lived in a very small mobile homeWhen our movers arrived on the day of the scheduled move to her mobile home, the client then told us that she also had a shed that was full of items that needed to be moved as wellAlso when our movers arrived all her belongings were in small plastic grocery shopping bags and they were on the floor in a back roomOur movers explained they could not take the items because they were not boxedWe had some boxes and packing material in the truckWe used the boxes we had but it was not enoughHad we known we were doing packing we would have been better preparedShe then sent her son to get boxesWe told her at that moment we would help her put the bags in the boxes, but we are not responsible for damage since they were not properly wrappedShe was anxious to complete the move since it would take quite a bit longer than the estimate due to the fact she was not prepared and she had a full shed she never mentionedOur movers did not recall removing any curtains, which may have been in a bag New Horizon Movers estimate clearly states?: ? “Claims must be ?presented ?? within days of move.” ??We returned the clients items that were stored in our storage facility on Thursday, August 6, On October 10, the client called with a list of broken itemsThe client stated that she did not get a chance to unpackWhere were her items for months? The stained curtains she is claiming could have been neglect of unpacking them or where they were stored at her home? ?New Horizon Movers estimate also clearly states: **Our Storage Facility is not accessible hours, nor self-storage Appointments must be made hours in advance to pick up Handling charges will apply** Hours Monday thru Friday 9am-5pm (Saturday & Sunday CLOSED)**?? ?The client came to the New Horizon facility without an appointment a few days later with bags to put in?to?storageWhich, ?as a courtesy? we didThe client claims the refrigerator was returned with food insideThe refrigerator was wrapped when it was put on the truck and stayed wrapped until we delivered it to her at her new residence As previously stated, New Horizon Movers has agreed to settle this claim to the clients satisfaction New Horizon Movers www.newhorizonmovers.com Office: ###-###-#### Toll Free: ###-###-####

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: New horizen fails to satisfy a returning customers for their employee's negligence The gentleman told me I had to sign the form just to acknowledge the property was broken for which I have a witness that was present I was crying an so upset I just signed it to get them out of my house I then got an estimate and it was way more than the company advised me it would beI emailed New horizen the quote and they called the company to confirm my quoteNew horizon wants me to use a company that never came out to see my unit so how can they provide a quote I paid Ewing Glass to come out to see my unit and provide a quote Right now I am getting the unit fixed on my own and since they refuse to help this complaint will just be useful to any other customers that read reviews or chose to use this company I want new customers to know how new horizon movers treat there returning customers I would hate for this to happen to anther person This unit was the only reason I hired movers to ensure it was moved with care and they dropped it outside my door This unit has been in my family for years and has sentimental value which means nothing to this company I will also be contacting my attorney to handle this matter Regards, [redacted]

I recently (June 2016) used New Horizon Movers to move my family from one four-bedroom house to another in Doylestown, PA They were very professional and thorough throughout the entire moving processThe office staff was very informative and helpful when I was considering their company (one of the main reason I chose them)During the move itself, the movers were very careful with all of our boxes and furniture, including our piano They made sure that we were satisfied with each room while we were moving out and moving in The whole crew worked quickly and efficiently, and was very considerate of my family, which includes several young childrenTheir rates were competitive, and the final price matched their estimate very closelyOverall, I highly recommend New Horizon Movers They made the moving process much easier for my family

Excellent jobThey moved our office in January of and completed the job within a single dayThey were respectful and polite which is definitely something to be said when they are moving heavy desks and filing cabinets from 9am to 9pm

I have moved via New Horizon twice now in years and both moves have been professional and courteous Sonny the foreman was there for both moves and made the transitions smooth He cut off the time I paid for promptly and was able to assist in a tough move that another company failed with for my family member I definitely recommend them and will use them in any future moves

I would like to commend them on fitting me in last minute, I had been delaying them as my moving date was unsure and then turned out to be short notice and they worked to fit me in The guys were very pleasant and very helpful, they were very careful with my belongings but yet worked at a fast pace They even went above and beyond on a few things I asked them to help me with There was organization by the foreman, and the guys just worked very hardWhen we got to the new place they were very attentive in putting the boxes and crates as close to where needed to be (mostly was my fault as the boxes were not labeled as organized as I should have) they were great in putting the beds up and the furniture where it needed to go and what need putting together I can't say enough about this company and the guys I would highly recommend and I just found them by receiving mailings and googled their ratings Well done guysThank you for making my transition smooth

I can't say enough about New Horizon Movers!! I moved from Kennett Square to West Chester on Friday 2-10-17, a short move - guys showed up What I loved is that they didn't waste time wrapping up the furniture before moving it They moved it to the truck and the guy on the truck wrapped the furniture with blanketsI have moved over times in years, these guys were the best by far!! The price could not be beaten by any of the other movers I received estimates from Don't waste time calling others, call New Horizon today!

When we called New Horizon, we had never used movers before and were afraid of trying to coordinate all the logistics and really concerned about end costs Amal was helpful, quick and made sure I understood everything before committed to using them!
