Review: 10 month ago I bought a used doge journey 2009 and 2 weeks after purchasing the car it started making noise I took it back to the dealer where I was told nothing was wrong with the car I then left 2 weeks pass again noise still there I take the car back to the dealer where im told its the a motor mount they change that and also breake my head light where now I have to come back to fix as I leave the noise starts up again they now tell me to return in a few days for the head light and to recheck the noise problem few days go by I go and they fix my head light where I now tell them its noise and starter problems where they now tell me its a battery issue and and a loss akle they pop in new battery and tighten up the akle and tell me im all set to go on my way home there gose the noise again I get on my phone and call the dealer they now tell me to come back again to put it on the lifte this has now gone on for months I go and they tell me its my transmission as they tell me they throw out my revers gear and tell me not to worry who really needs that and laugh they tell me im covered and ask me to leave them the car for 10 days so they can get it all dun they tell me I have a warranty thats will cover so I ask before I just leave my car can I call the warranty they give me a copy of it and I call only to be told that im not at all covered and would have to come out of pocket my self so now im mad I tell the [redacted] and he tells me theres nothing he can do for me I taked to the other gm frank to be told the same thing when I call they leave me on hold hang up on my and laugh in me and my wifes faces every where I go to try and get out of this tell me this dealership put me in a hole till this day I [redacted] my vin numbers to find my car still on another dealerships site how is this I have no clue they have dun nothing to get me out of this car or to fix it they tell me they wont take the car back and if I want it fixed to pay for it never been so upset in my life please I need help getting out of this [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like them to honor there words to me when they told me to come back in 6 months for the car I really want and they will change me out or to make repairs on it like I was told would happen under my so called full warranty

On October **, 2015 I visited New Rochelle Hyundai Dealership based on an the advertising of the Audi 2012. The ad listed the Audi 2012 with 62,365 miles (VIN WAUBFAFL4CA120104) for $7998, “sale by owner. ” Enclosed, please find a copy of the ad. When I called the listed number it routed to an agent at New Rochelle Hyundai who informed me the auto was for sale and I should go to the dealership and speak with Israel, the Manager. After over an hour drive, I met with Mr. Israel who confirmed the listing price at $7998. However, there were additional fees for dealer fee of $698 and $250 for registration and plate. I agreed and asked to prepare the documents for the cash purchase. Upon my arrival I was informed the vehicle can only be purchased if financed. Which is odd because if you have cash you can purchase anything without being harassed to financed. I inquired about why would the purchase need to be financed and he informed me the bank pays the dealership $2,000 for every financed vehicle. I requested the number to the bank to confirm and clarification on such policy and in the interim another manager, Carlos proceeded to run my credit. He also informed me the title was “branded.” meaning the mileage was falsely advertised and also included an accident which would result in the vehicle not being able to be financed.

I negotiated with the difference in the mileage and would purchase the vehicle a the advertised price and additional fees total $8,946. However, they were willing to sell the vehicle at $13,126 with a final price at $11,519 which is not initial price advertised. After speaking with the owner, Frank and Mike were shocked I intended on purchasing the vehicle in cash without the financing and refused to sell the vehicle due to yet another excuse the title being in Albany and that the vehicle was a salvage and those vehicles couldn’t be sold. These tactics are clearly unethical, a manipulation and con in attracting customers to their dealership with no intention of selling the vehicle at the advertised price because they would not profit from $2,000 from the bank. Is this a common practice for reputable business? New Rochelle Hyundai is clearly involved in such practices and discriminating against anyone who doesn’t finance vehicle cushioning their sales and commission. I expect NEW ROCHELLE Hyundai to honor the advertised vehicle and buy the vehicle the offered at the advertised price. If such is not met I will be contacting the news media, Revdex.com and NYS Department of Vehicles and report their practices and Court Claim by an attorney (and her/his fees)

I look forward to an immediate resolution on such matter.Desired Settlement: I expect NEW ROCHELLE Hyundai to honor the advertised vehicle (Audi 2012 A4 63235 miles with CLEAN TITLE) and buy the vehicle the offered at the advertised price $7998. Review: I purchased a vehicle February 2014, I then traded in such vehicle March 2015. Said vehicle was purchased with extended warranty coverage provided through AllState. I contacted Allstate for a refund of the remaining balance of the unused portion of the coverage and was informed they would be submitting refund payment to dealership and I should seek refund from dealership. I have attempted to speak to the person in charge of this refund at dealership by the name of [redacted] and i'm told he's not available every time I call. I have to this day not received confirmation that the refund is being sent out in any way, shape or form. I have asked to speak to James supervisor and was told that he doesn't have one. its been over a month since I first attempted to contact [redacted] and still have not received a single call back or anything from anyone from the dealership.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my refund ASAP without any further delay.

Review: Brought my 5 month old Hyundai Tucson in for service twice. Nothing was touched or fixed. Service person Hugo, kept telling me his "guy" can't find the clicking noise that I've explained comes through the vent numerous times. I continue to have the same noise problem so I called to speak to a manager. Was completely disrespected by Mr. Michael S[redacted]. I asked for a loaner when I bring the car in a 3rd time due to not being able to take off from work anymore. He told me a part was ordered and they'll call me. I explained this was never conveyed to me by Hugo. He stated that he's not required to give me a loaner. I explained the inconvenience and the frustration of the number of times I have to return for the same issue. He cut me off repeatedly, raised his voice and made an analogy between his service station and a hospital -the worst situations get the loaner. When I tried to speak, he threatened to cancel my part and told me that I should go elsewhere for service if I'm not happy with their service. He shouted on the phone and didn't let me speak as he told me "Better yet, take the car where you bought it so they can fix it (another Hyundai location further away from my home)." When I asked to speak to his boss, he said "I'm it, no higher than me." I proceeded to call their main number for the following 2 days at various times of day (11am, 1pm, 4pm) , asking for a general manager or contact information for a district manager. The receptionists repeatedly gave me excuses as to why the managers were not around. Bad communication and even worse attitudes made for a terrible experience and my car continues to make noise.Desired Settlement: Considering all managers and contact information for managers has been impossible for me to attain, I'd like to speak to a superior such as a District (DM) or Regional Service Manager (RM) that can address my complaint by contacting me -not a staff member or employee of New Rochelle Hyundai.

Review: At the time of our signing of our lease the dealership assured me & my husband that the last 3 payments of our former lease would be taken care of besides any other money due to US Bank. Around 2/**/2014 I received a letter about my former lease when I called US Bank they advised me that a $395.00 termination fee would be due. They asked me if the current dealsership told me this. I said no. We immediately bought that letter down to the dealership & showed it to our [redacted]. He assured my husband that it would be taken care of. I find out with another letter dated 3/**/2014 that $1313.18 was due. Contacted [redacted] & was told that $891.00 was paid to US Bank as the last 3 payments of the lease. I asked him what about the $395.00 (Termination Fee) & $29.13 (Sales Tax) he advised me that was due by me. I reminded him that the deal was they were going to pay any monies due to US Bank. This conversation occured on 4/**/2014 he started yelling & screaming at me that I should be aware of my termination fee. I told him that the deal was they would pay all monies due to US Bank. He said he would speak to General Manager & get back to me. On 4/**/2014 I texted [redacted] & he said it did not look favorable to me. He again advised me that the termination fee & sales tax is my responsibility. He was rude & told me "its not his fault & responsibility is mine IGNORANCE to my own lease contract is not an excuse to blame us". I told him your dealership went against what we had spoken about. Again he insulted me by saying "you said you were unaware of the termination fee" IS THAT NOT THE DEFINATION OF IGNORANCE". I told him when they called US Bank they must of gotten what was fully due to US Bank. He denied it & said he only got the payoff for the last 3 mos. that was due. When I called US Bank they said that they always tell the dealership the total due including the termination fee. [redacted] was the most insulting & rude person I have ever dealt with. New Rochelle Hyundai went back on their word just to get the deal done. Very disappointed dealership & a disgrace.Desired Settlement: I would like New Rochelle Hyundai to settle with me in the Amount of $422.18 which I have to pay in order to keep this from debt collection. They promised they would take care of everything due to US Bank & went against their word.
