Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint The response from TM does not make any sense, the driveway is part of the $600K house, why is there nonwarranty on the driveway? The issue has existed even before I closed the house (8/20/2014), I was pushed by TM to close it without fixing all items, I was told there is one year warranty on everything on the house, I have plenty of time to fix all items But after closing, it became difficult to ask them to fix anything, and for this case, TM just simply deny the warranty and the issue come with the houseIn my point, the driveway is defect, and can be fixedPlease honor TM's warranty, and keep your promise.Attached is the inspection report done on 7/20/2015, it is clearly pointed out the drive way issue, the drive way like this also has safety concern, please read it and fix it Regards, [redacted] ***

Taylor Morrison would like to offer the following facts: No warranty claim was sent to Taylor Morrison prior to the Revdex.com No contact was made to Taylor Morrison regarding this issue prior to Revdex.com Upon inspection of floor, it was determined that the manufacturer will need to inspect for remedies to this problem Homeowner agreed to this

Taylor Morrison has made contact with MrD*** Unfortunately, the delay in addressing MrD [redacted] roof was that he did not follow the warranty notification process and e-mailed an employee directly instead of going through our website MrD [redacted] has had a third party roofer inspect his roof and Taylor Morrison has asked the trade who installed the roof to inspect and advise repairs Taylor Morrison has also hired a third party inspector to relay their findings so that a fair and equitable solution can be made for his roof With regard to the brick fence, that has been turned over to the HOA for repairs

A Taylor Morrison representative will call the homeowner and schedule an appointment to inspect her itemsThank you

The Warranty Representative has made an appointment for Wednesday at 2:pm to review

Builder sent an email to Mr [redacted] Sunday morning and called Monday morningGreg ***, Warranty Manager also attempted to reach out to Mr [redacted] but was not able to even leave a message due to his voicemail box being fullIn builder's initial conversation with Mr [redacted] , he did not want to discuss outstanding items over the phoneBuilder met with Mr [redacted] Monday during the day to make sure we had a list of all oustanding items to be addressed This morning Builder spoke with Mr [redacted] again to coordinate a day and time frame to complete all outstanding issuesHe had committed to having someone at his home Friday, 8-from 8- Tomorrow, Builder and Assistant Builder will be confirming appointments with all of the necessary tradesOnce this had been completed, Builder will be sending Mr [redacted] an email to confirm Friday's appointments per their conversation today On Friday, Builder, Assistant and Community Manager will be checking in throughout the morning to make sure trades are showing on time and competing all necessary repairs Friday afternoon, a follow up to close the Corporate complaint, Revdex.com complaint and Division complaint will conducted

Good Morning: I spoke with Mr [redacted] on Friday, May 5, prior to receiving this complaint The outcome of the call is that we would agree to paint repaint the trim once they selected a new color, however the exterior body paint would remain their responsibility after closing Since discussing with Mr [redacted] and after receiving this complaint, Mr [redacted] has replied with the colors he wishes us the paint the exterior trim color Ultimately our customers select the exterior paint colors Mr [redacted] has excepted the offer of repainting the trim, garage doors and corbel via email and chose to repaint the body of the home at his own expense post closing This complaint should be closed as we fulfilled the original request by Mr [redacted] at the time of contract and painted the home based on his selections We are extending as a courtesy to repaint the trim as we do want Mr [redacted] to be happy with his home

The door was not re-installedInstead Taylor Morrison wanted me to take responsibility if they break the cabinet graniteI don't understand why I should be responsible for a flaw they made in their blueprint in spite of me being proactively sending them these issues months in advance (7/15/2015)For them to ignore my complaints and install the door the wrong way and also install the granite was their choiceIf they don't want to resolve this issue that is fineI just want this incident to be a permanent part of the Revdex.com records as unresolved for public view

and product. This is similar to the recent A/C Manufacturer change which was viewed as favorable The balcony is in the place that was set by the rendering

The bottom panel of garage door was just replaced on May
29,2015. Warranty Rep. informed the homeowner that he would schedule the painters for
Tuesday June 2,The painters did not complete the task yesterdayHowever,
the painters are currently (6/3) at the residence
to complete their workThere was
no need for *** *** to miss any workThe work can be completed from
the exterior of the home. He can then report through the Revdex.com whether the work has been done satisfactorily or not. Thank you

In any other profession or industry, if you book an
appointment or someone’s time and don’t show up (especially three times in a
row) you would still be charged for their time.
By scheduling three repair appointments and not showing up
on all three as well as not even a curtsy call, Taylor Morrison is
showing a complete lack of respect of its recent customers.
Potential home buyers reading though the Revdex.com website; please
be very cautious with selecting Taylor Morrison as a builder. It’s completely unacceptable to NOT to show
up for repair appointments… Not once, or twice, but three times in a row. Ask yourself, is this someone you want to be
working with
