to called this resolved but we are still waiting for the holes to be repaired. On a positive note Taylor Morrison did have someone come and fix our monitors.  I'm very happy about this and would like to get the other repairs fixed ASAP. I hope that the builder will call soon to have this resolved. Regards,Mr. and Mrs. [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made ** the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  I've attempted to work with [redacted] on several occasions and when he replaced Don with [redacted], it got even worst.  [redacted] came out to my house on two ocassions to write down the same issues twice, but failed to properly document the issues on a work order when the contractors came out to my house.  I informed [redacted] that when he took over that I would personally take off a week to make sure all repairs are done that week.  This was done, so that my wife and I could finally have our "house warming party."  He later lied and said I never told him that.  I have that portion of our conversation recorded and can produce if needed.  He also told me that he would come out with the contractors on two occasions, which he never did.  I attempted to contact him to tell him all work wasn't performed as promised, but got no call back or response from him.  I called and texted [redacted] and asked him to call me back, which he never did.  He then had workers show up to my house on Saturday, September 5, 2015, without informing my wife or me that they would be coming.  No one contacted my wife or me to do a follow up regarding the work that was done on Saturday, September 12, 2015, which showed us that Taylor Morrison could care less about us or our house.  [redacted] mentions giving us some tile in  our upstairs bedroom, which he did; however, any home builder should know that you don't place carpet on one of side of a Jack and Jill bathroom and tile on the other side.  That was an over sight ** my wife and me before purchasing the home.  However, I spoke with [redacted] about putting wood in the master bedroom and the other bedroom downstairs in exchange for all the lost wages from work and constantly being inconvenienced and he informed me that he would discuss that after all repairs have been completed.  After speaking with him about this possible arrangement, I took off another week and all repairs were still not completed [redacted].  [redacted] would not answer my calls and would let his phone roll over to voicemail and text me back.  It appears that after being in our home 11 months and [redacted] being the head supervisor noticing that the repairs had not been fully completed correctly as of this date, that he would have made it his number 1 priority.  In my opinion, [redacted] makes excuses for his employees, instead of accepting responsibility for their actions and taking care of the customer.   In regards to him stating the bathroom repairs had been made, he is partially correct.  I informed [redacted] that they didn't replace the wood and sheet rock in the bathroom that contained mold on it and he said they sprayed some type of unknown solution on it and it would be fine. If [redacted] would have been on location as he promised us when the contractors completed the bathroom, this entire matter could have been avoided with the bathroom. However, I have been experiencing coughing, watery eyes and nasal dripping, which causes me to believe that the mold is still alive behind the bathroom cabinet and bathtub.  I did go to the doctor on Tuesday, September 15, 2015 to get check to see if I had been exposed to any mold.  As soon as I know the results, I will pass them on.  I would like to state for the record that my wife and I are not people who want something for nothing.  We paid $361,635 for a house we thought would bring us extreme happiness, but we have experienced nothing but problems since purchasing this home.  [redacted] states that they don't offer extended warranties; however, considering the circumstances, that should be the least they could do.  His response in regards to our experience is unacceptable.  However, I would agree to the wood flooring in both bedrooms and closets being done as a means to an informal resolution in response to our lost wages and several lost weekends, because of this night mare, the remaining issues being completed correctly and they offer at least a 6 month extension to our warranty agreement.  I believe this is a reasonable resolution to this problem considering everything that my wife and I have experienced as a result of doing business with Taylor Morrison.  I would like for any agreement ** Taylor Morrison to be in writing.

Warranty Manager inspected the garage door at this home. The
bottom panel has a very small dent slightly above the rubber door sweep. [redacted] was informed that cosmetic repairs are warranted for only  30 days

Builder sent an email to Mr. [redacted] Sunday morning and called Monday morning. Greg [redacted], Warranty Manager also attempted to reach out to Mr. [redacted] but was not able to even leave a message due to his voicemail box being full. In builder's initial conversation with Mr. [redacted], he did not want to...

discuss outstanding items over the phone. Builder met with Mr. [redacted] Monday during the day to make sure we had a list of all oustanding items to be addressed.
This morning Builder spoke with Mr [redacted] again to coordinate a day and time frame to complete all outstanding issues. He had committed to having someone at his home Friday, 8-7 from 8-12.
Tomorrow, Builder and Assistant Builder will be confirming appointments with all of the necessary trades. Once this had been completed, Builder will be sending Mr. [redacted] an email to confirm Friday's appointments per their conversation today.
On Friday, Builder, Assistant and Community Manager will be checking in throughout the morning to make sure trades are showing on time and competing all necessary repairs.
Friday afternoon, a follow up to close the Corporate complaint, Revdex.com complaint and Division complaint will conducted.
