I have not called and ordered their services. They have solicited our business and offered to send for free some labels without any obligation if we didn't use. We have mailed bck ( refused their mail) and they keep sending us bills.

The whole call was not recorded. What was recorded was the customer saying Ok to the price and terms of the order. We also sent a written confirmation of the telephone orders as well to eliminate this type of misunderstanding. We will however write this balance off as a misunderstanding.

We have been in business over 30 years. We serve thousands of customers across the country, including some who have used used our services for decades. We do extend credit to customers but sometimes have difficulty collecting our money. We do have a recording of this order.

We would be happy to play the recording of the order to the person complaining or the person who actually placed the order.

This customer placed an order 11/14/16. We called and verified the order on 11/15/16. on 11/30/16 the customer received the first month's package and called saying he did not remember placing the order. After being reminded he clearly agreed to continue his subscription. On 1/3/17 he returned a...

custom printed list saying he did not order it. We cancelled the rest of his subscription. When we tried to collect for what he had already received in February he told us his phone had been hacked and it was not him. It was clearly his voice on the recordings.

We are sorry the customer does not understand she placed an order. In addition to the initial call there was also a second call to verify the order. There was also as a written confirmation mailed. However we will write this off as a misunderstanding and credit the customer's balance in full.

I appreciate the quick reply and resolution to this issue. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

We were totally confused on this one. Oregon is not in our service area. We called the Dallas location (even on this complaint the customer gives a Dallas contact number) and reached this customer initially. The order (as recorded) was for Dallas area information but the address the customer gave us...

was wrong (but was in Dallas.) The information was resent. We did not receive anything else back from the customer. We left multiple messages for this customer over several months and did not speak to him until 3/6/17. In hindsight we should not have corrected the address and resent the order without talking to the customer again so we will write this entire balance off.

I would first like to apologize to this customer. This is not how NewPros does business and hopefully this customer remembers that from working with us once before a few years ago. I also appreciate the detail she has given, as that allows us to prevent this type of situation from happening again....

Of course this order is immediately cancelled and no more packages will be shipped. I will also go one step further and credit the remaining balance for the two packages she has already received.

We have agreed to stop all future shipments and invoicing, but the customer did order our services.

We did mention order multiple times. We did wait for the customer to say yes. We did confirm in writing. At this point we have agreed to write off the balance. I do not know what else we can do for this customer.

We apologize for not handling this customer better, and have credited her account in full.
