I am rejecting this response because:
Hello. This is the second complaint I am filling because the first issue was not...

resolved. The new and record will not deliver my paper or if so they trow it in the ditch or the middle of the street. most times I don't even get a paper. After the first complaint the news and record called and said the were starting a new account and I would get a paper delivered on 9/13/17 that did not happen they lied. Then I called between 8.30 am and 9.00 am and was told they were running behind and assured me I would have a paper delivered again they lied no paper was delivered. This has been on going for over six months. I want this issue resolved once and for all. I will be forced to go public with this. they lied to the Revdex.com saying they resolved the issue buy have not. Please fix this issue asap. Thanks

On 9-24-15 a refund was issued to Ms. [redacted] in the amount of $20.00.

I have already since paid to bills for two subscriptions the eden daily news and Greensboro news and record since I reported to you about how they are doing my service. they said I would get a two week credit I never have. whats wrong with these people. They still keep doing the same old stuff. No Two Week Credit.
