Had a great experience with New South from sales through to the end.
Marandy was always there with answers and follow troughs.
Don,t get caught up in all the negativity on other review sites,
I would and will recommend New South.
Inital installers rated very poor.
Second man had to be sent out to clean the mess
final product very happy.

The entire staff at New South Windows were very professional.
Windows were installed on time as promised.
The installers did a great job and cleaned up well.
We also enjoy the quietness they bring plus energy efficient.

NSWS was suppose to install windows in 14-16 weeks. It is now 20 weeks and NO windows. Advertise to custom build. But that is untrue for me.
Contract with New South Window Solution signed Nov. 13, 2018 to install windows and exterior French Doors within 14-16 weeks. It is now 20 weeks and no windows or door. I gave them a third down with signing. The sales person and advertisements say that the do custom windows and doors. But apparently not for me. They have ongoing excuses as to why it takes so long for service. Of which I don't believe. I thought this was a reputable company. In my experience they are hustlers and liars.
Install the windows and door as it was sold to me. SOON!
Ms. it is never the intention of NewSouth Window to disappoint any of my customers. EVER! However, it is unfortunate that as a manufacturer we find ourselves having to wait an inordinate amount of time for the specialty glass, impact or otherwise, aluminum reinforcement etc. Please know that I cannot abide anyone who makes excuses, I just wanted to attempt to explain what goes wrong from time to time.
I both personally and professionally apologize to you for being tardy and behind schedule......there will be "no excuses" from me. It is a byproduct of how busy the market is and we have been operating behind schedule.
I trust that you will let me know how our windows and doors perform after a period of time.
Please also, let my Orlando Showroom know the name of your favorite local restaurant.

New South Window Solutions's has acted in bad faith. Their contract that they have customers sign is proof of that. They are still giving me excuses why they won't install the windows agree upon It is over 20 weeks since both parties signed the contract. They have more poor excuses every time I speak with them. When they are not dodging me phone calls. The contract is written to where they take your 1/3 down payment AND not install the windows via endless excuses.

I had a breaking in my home and had new south windows installed my sliding door, I was amazed by the professionalism of the service I got . and the good quality of work they did, that I had them replaced all the windows in the house. I am so happy and exited with my windows, price was affordable service is always great on time had problems with door handle no problem they came the next day and replaced it with a new one .
now I called them cause I'm also changing my front door, and I spoke with Marandy she was so great answering all questions and sent someone to measure the door for me, all I have to do is go pick my door :0)
don't know what else to get from their amazing service. all I can do is tell everyone out there to consider New South Windows company not only they have quality but their service crew the customer service they are all worth getting the services .. go check them out at Altamonte Spring you will see how Great they're.. :0) :0)
Very professional from start to finish. Always communicated with us regarding scheduling and follow ups. Installations were excellent and the crew was also very professional and careful inside and out. Took time to clean up, almost like they were never here.
The office staff was extremely courteous; they even submitted the required paper work to Duke Energy for us so we could receive the energy credit. The follow up was thorough.
We would not hesitate to recommend New South Window Solutions to anyone. Top notch company!

I had a problem with one of my windows that it would not stay open. The pin kept slipping out of the device that keeps it open. The tech was scheduled to come 2days after the call. He arrived earlier that scheduled and repaired the problem promptly. He was very courteous and explained what he was doing also showing me how to correct the problem if it ever occurs again. Your team is very professional and the service is fantastic. I have and continue to recommend your company for anyone who asks me about windows. Keep up the good work

The windows and new sliding glass door are top notch. The installation crew was incredibly skilled and professional and worked long and hard to make sure everything was perfect. Cleanup was done at the end of every work day and left nearly spotless at the end of the job. Excellent follow-up and customer service. Would definitely recommend New South.

Great people and good product. There was not sufficient communication for the 10 months it took for completion.
We had high impact windows and slider doors installed recently. The quality was top notch and the reps and installers were extremely efficient and professional. They repeatedly called to check on the progress and kept was informed on both the status of the manufacturing process and wanted to ensure we were completely satisfied. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone interested in new , QUALITY windows and doors.

Very happy with the quality of my 14 windows and sliding padio doors including some coustom size windows. I live near a busy road and the sound buffer has met my expectations. The installation team of four was very courteous and professional. They worked a 12-hour day to get everything installed in one day rather than pressing over two. Company stayed in touch throughout the process and delivered on their commitments. They still need to complete the county inspection process and some minor punch list items but my confidence level is high. I've been around the construction industry for over 40 years and these guys are good at what they do.
Completely satisfied with my new windows. Started seeing the difference immediately and lower energy costs are a nice bonus.
New South as advertised has superior product and Service and definitely stand behind their products.

NewSouth windows are amazing, they installed our windows 2 years ago and we only had one small problem with one window, which they repaired within a few days. The repair service was on time plus a call to let us know when the service would be the day before and a second call before they showed up. On a scale of 1-10 I give them a 20.
