The repairman Chris was very pleasant and Professional, he called and said he would be at our house at 3 o'clock and he was right on time. Our windows are 2 years old one sliding door needed to be adjusted and a small window need to have a spring I think replaced. When my husband came home he introduced himself and explained what he had fix and how he did it. My husband was very happy with Chris's skills and workmanship. Thank You New South Windows. One of the best purchases we have made and the life long warranty is the Best.

New south windows and their staff was courtesy helpful and thorough. The windows were delayed at the factory but well made and installed. I recommend them to anyone looking to go windows.

This was my first time having to deal with getting all my windows replaced and I wasn't sure how it would go or what would be involved. New South was not the first estimate I got but they were the ones I went with and I sure am glad I did. From the very start to the very end, the process was painless. The sales/estimating team was easy to work with and the installers were also great to deal with and actually cared about what it was they were installing. I had one small issue but they quickly took care of it via a 2nd/final home visit.

It was a pleasure being able to show off my new windows to the family for Thanksgiving day! I highly recommend New South to anyone looking for the best double pane vinyl windows!

The process took longer than expected, well worth the wait. 12 impact windows 1 impact sliding glass door all installed in one day, great workers, polite, helpful, left no mess for me to clean up. Waiting for measurement of slider for roll out screen, and final inspection. FYI we have gotten a few complements about the work and the look and quality of the products.

They got here on time and worked nonstop till all seven windows were completed. Looks great! And we are satisfied we will now ask for a quote to do the rest of the windows. They cleaned up really good outside and inside. Got some dust in the garage but I needed to clean the garage up anyway!

Company has not completed installation.
The window installation team notified me that one of the windows was broken during transportation to my home. There were 2 other windows issues, the small bathroom window did not have the obscure glass installed; the master bath window was a fixed panel window and should have had a sash that opened. The three screens for the sliding glass doors do not operate at all, and the are several trim and finish parts that have not been installed. The company fails to keep me informed and when I contact them I rarely get a response.

Desired Outcome

Replace the broken window and replace the 2 windows that were incorrect. Repair/replace sliding glass door screens so they operate and install missing trim.

Thank you very much for being a NewSouth Customer. We have contacted the customer and have a few service products ordered from the day the install and received the service parts within three weeks. The service is scheduled for November 14th.

Our procedure is we always follow up with our customers during and the day after install, We did notify the customer that service would be ordered, and take 2-3 weeks to be manufactured, the day of and day after the installation. All of our customers have a Lifetime Warranty, direct from the NewSouth factory and enjoy the benefits of energy efficient products made in Florida, for Florida homes.

We appreciate the high remarks on the survey in regards to the installer. We value every single customer and discuss feedback in anyway we can improve.

New South Windows are everything that they say they are. Excellent construction and a great product. The installation team was very professional, and completed the job in just two days for 18 windows and 3 doors. The follow up person after the inspection gave great attention to detail, and was able to correct a measurement error that the factory made by using parts from his truck. The only down side was it took from March to October to get the windows done. This apparently the result of moving the factory from the Orlando area to the Tampa area. We will look forward to seeing if our electric bill is now lower.

Windows appear to be high quality (time will tell), price was high but reasonable. Installation team was great--got all the stuff moved out of way and back again, created minimum disruption to household functions and did a great job on final clean-up. They never stopped working!

Delivery was quoted as August/Sept an made it by the first week of Oct. NOT BAD.

Overall very satisfied with product/price/workmanship. The people were a pleasure to work with!

Contract for windows signed 5/12/2018 with EST install date of 14 weeks. No windows as of 10/8/2018.
We scheduled an appointment and saw sales rep within 72 hours. Signed contract for replacement windows 5/12/18 with EST date of 14-16 weeks for install. Gave $6640 deposit to start work 5/12/18. Windows measured 6/4/2018, no additional contact from company until permit in mail aprox 8/1/2018. Phone call to find status on order on/about 8/15/2018...Christina told me permit takes 8 weeks, and there were several large commercial orders processed prior to ours. When I asked if commercial orders were more important than residential, I was told there was a "materials shortage" so windows not in production yet. Subsequent phone call on or about the following day from Tim N (President) informed me they were addressing communication issues, someone would follow up with me. 8/31/18 received call that windows were in production. 9/10/2018 Mirandi let me know she was calling facility to ask for ETA. Mirandi called back two days later to let me know windows were still in production. 9/29/18 Mirandi left message windows still in production. Factory anticipates arrival this week and will need to go through inspection. Fred will call to schedule install asap. 10/5/2018 Mirandi let me know windows still not received, will call me Monday or Tuesday to update me.

Desired Outcome

We felt like we did our due diligence, looking into Revdex.com rating before deciding to use NSW. Initial appointment and window measurement went as scheduled. We feel like NSW was very quick to take our order and our deposit, and then not follow through to make sure order was placed timely. Sales person did a good job of setting expectation of 14-16 week time, but no contact/follow up from NSW after measure until initiated by us. We feel that we have been given excuse after excuse and delaying tactics. When we first learned of delay, NSW should have let us know the order wasn't processed timely we should have been given the option to wait longer (letting us make the decision) or receive a refund for our deposit and find another provider. We have lost all confidence that the job can be completed to our satisfaction. We can see by some other comments on the website that we are not the only customers with this complaint, leaving us to wonder how many don't know how to process a complaint outside the organization. We are open to suggestions from the organization about how to resolve this complaint that do not include more excuses or stonewalling.

I appreciate the conversation that I had with the president of the organization, and we have a better understanding of the delays in production. We believe the organization is working to improve communication with customers and has a plan in place that is being implemented and refined. It is our understanding, after talking with Mr. N that manufacturing of our windows should be finished by week ending 10/19. They will then need to go through inspection and be scheduled for installation. Although we selected "yes" and accepted the response from the organization, we don't think our concerns will truly be resolved until our new windows have been successfully installed.

On 3/22/2018 we signed a contract for 12 windows and 2 sliding doors.Windows and doors to be built in their factory and installed by their employees.
Build time was to be 12-16 weeks. Build time actually took 21 weeks.
2 man installation crew, installed all windows and doors. Lead man explained he had worked for NSW for over 5 years, and previously worked in general construction for 20 years. His helper was his son. They did a nice job, cleaned up work area, where very courteous.
Building inspector came in, failed in 10 seconds. Trim covers should have been left off so inspector could see screws.
Follow up installation person came, removed trim covers and installed 45 screws that had been missed by the original crew.
Failed inspection the 2nd time. 3 screws where missing in one of the sliding doors.
3rd inspection it passed. Thank god for building inspectors, with out them, would we have been safe in a storm.
I have concerns about the windows, did the manufacture follow all the steps required to make a good window, that will stand up to storm pressures. Time will tell

Mr. H, I would like to personally thank you for the feedback. I do not want to make any excuses. We certainly want our customers to have a wonderful experience and enjoy their windows. Chris, our installer, is very efficient, polite and does very good quality work. Inspections are certainly are 100% part of the process, and we apologize if more attachments/anchors were needed. The windows are pre-drilled per FPA requirements, come with a lifetime warranty and extremely energy efficient. I'm sure you will enjoy the for years. I'm glad this is resolved and you've been a wonderful customer. Also, on the time frame; We have moved into a brand new factory this year, which is a once in a lifetime event, so I'm sorry for any delays. The demand has been very high since Hurricane Irma and we will be back on schedule very shortly. We certainly realize the importance of quality and do not want to rush manufacturing or installation. Again, my sincerest apologies.

I had a great experience with New South Windows. Yes, it took awhile, but well worth it. The installers ran into issues with my condo, but worked it out and finished on a Sunday. Very happy with the quality and service. I recommend them.

New South Windows product is outstanding, their employees are courteous and professional. I had one minor problem with the front door and two other minor items that addressed promptly. I would recommend their product and service to anyone wanting windows that are good looking, heat transfer efficient (no heat through window), reduce noise and are hurricane rated.

I highly recommend purchasing doors/windows from this company. It's one stop shopping. NewSouth windows performs the measurements, manufactures the windows/doors and performs the installation (No sub-contractors!!!). Everyone that I had contact with at NewSouth was professional, courteous and geared toward customer satisfaction. Additionally, they were very proactive in keeping the dust/dirt down while performing the installation.

Great product. Great installation!

The process of replacing the windows was simple and seamless from the initial sales visit through installation. Every employee was courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. The installers arrived on time, were fast, efficient and cleaned up all the debris prior to leaving.

I am very happy with New South Windows, and recommend them to anyone looking for a great product and company.

Recently had NewSouth Windows of Orlando replace most windows in my home. I was very satisfied with everything from marketing, customer service, to the installation. The windows are very nice and the installers were very nice, very meticulous and did a great job. I recommend NewSouth to anyone looking for a well built window. I'm looking forward to seeing the change in my electric bill!

I have been trying to get an answer from new south window for my window install, they just keep putting me off, I try to get a direct answer as to when my install will be done, but they don't know. They told me on April 06 2018 when they sold me the windows and took a deposit of $4343.00 it would be done late July well that has come and gone. In August they told me late August or early September but when I call them now no one knows where my windows are or when they would be installed. It has been 5 months now and I still have no idea what is going on. they said the manager would call me on August 28 2018 in the AM but that never happened . when I called there I was told he did not come in to work he was sick. please if you could find out where my windows are and when they would be installed I would greatly appreciate it.

We sincerely apologize for any unexpected delays in manufacturing and installing your windows. We have focused on thorough procedures for all of our customers for improved communication, hired a communication representative, trained and coached on this improvement. We pride ourselves on our reputation and customer satisfaction, which remains very high. We as a company, and myself personally, care deeply for every single customer. I know many of them personally.

We are the manufacturer, and also install our exclusive products. We have a responsibility that others do not, and offering factory direct products we install. Sometimes in manufacturing there may be slight delays due to the demand and supply fluctuating, I believe when we moved and consolidated three locations into one new factory, this caused a gap in manufacturing that we needed to communicate more efficiently, and we are focused on making this our strength.

I know you have spoken to our staff, as we are a few weeks delayed from the original estimated installation time frame. Our staff did communicate in the last few days that your order is manufactured and ready for install. Im sorry I personally was not available to talk when you called, as I was not in the office that day, but I did call and spoke to *** I reiterated also, what our staff previously mentioned, that your products, and window order, are ready for installation. We look forward to a high quality installation with our experienced installers.

I just want to say, that this is one of the best company's I have ever dealt with, there response to my problem was handled by the president himself. He apologized for the delay. and now my windows have been installed, they are all we hoped for and the installers were outstanding, great job new south windows solutions I just can't stop telling everyone what a great company and windows you have. thank you *** homeowner.
