*** *** had placed all three of her accounts in our office then at some point they did a recal on the accounts that you are speaking on when we talked to you about weeks ago that all was explained to if it would make you feel any better and can contact them and they can also explain
that to you as well when we speak then we as explained to you that balance was for all three accounts here in the office the balance we have here in our office for *** account is as far as to your card information being used that has nothing to do with our office no one has access to your card information that is all in secured locked place
She ask for the demand letter with proof of the account number and the amount I'm going to go ahead and forward over this account back to the client she will be receiving no more calls from my office

The only reason I agreed to make payments on the loan is because I was told I would be arrested if I refused to make voluntary restitution. I could not risk going to jail because my elderly father needs me. I could not afford to pay the debt. Many days my poor father and I have no money to buy food and some bills had to go unpaid because I was stuck paying $161.03 every two weeks trying to pay off this debt. I would not have paid if I would have known I could not be arrested. Now Niagara Restitution is either denying or is totally unaware that their collectors are threatening debtors with criminal charges. I sure would like to hear the recording of the call from the collector.
