Today Mike S arrived to perform the annual 24pt safety inspection and cleaning. Mike is very professional, taking the time to explain to me what he was doing and why. The cleaning he performed was the best since I have owned the fire place. Mike disassembled the entire system cleaned and reassembled correctly. (past technicians did not know how to correctly construct the "Campfire" system. When he was done the fireplace looked better than the day it was installed four years ago. I will insist with Cyprus Air that Mike is the only one who I will allow to work on my system in the fuyture.
Cyprus Air installed 2 new systems in our home and words can't express how great our tech Orlando was from beginning to end. A true professional! Cyprus Air should be proud to have an employee like him.

When he learned I had company coming, he speeded up the process to accommodate me. Good experience al around.

I want to commend the work of technician, Mike S., on my gas fireplace maintenance service call. He arrived promptly, was professional throughout, and very neat. He answered some questions I had about operating the unit and its remote. He solved a problem with a simple tightening of a screw thereby avoiding one of my pet peeves which is trying to "up sell"for additional work. I was very pleased with his service under my maintenance contract with Cyprus.
I had a great experience with Cyprus Air. Sadhula was my technician and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He did a thorough job and did a lot of extras to make the fireplace look even better than it did before!
I was a customer for two years and have nothing but problems. They fail to show up on time as scheduled. Their phone system is horrendous. They put you on hold and then you get cut off. This happens regularly and even the operator of the company admitted to this problem. They arrange to meet at my house from 3-7pm and show up at 7:10 pm even after they stated they would arrive between 5 and 6 pm. The products they use for replacing parts are not trustworthy. The part that was replaced lasted over 14 years in my gas fireplace and the item they replaced it with lasted less than two years and they do not back up their products they sell to the customers.
We had our annual fireplace insert preventative maintenance and cleaning today. Levi C., the technician, was excellent! He was knowledgable, professional, thorough and polite. The fireplace is working beautifully. The extent of work done on this service agreement visit demonstrated to us that Cyprus Air is committed to safety and performance with their products.

We initially responded to this complaint on January 6, 2014 and offered the customer a year free maintenance and a refund of $26.00 for manufacturer shipping charges. (Part was under warranty and manufacturer replaced the part but shipping was charged to customer). Notes from February 2014 indicate we were issuing a check for $26.00 to customer. Spoke to customer today and she indicated she had not received the check. I spoke to the accounting department again today. They are looking into the matter and will issue a check as soon as possible.
Again, I apologize for the delay. My entire email account and contact information was lost over a month ago and I did not receive this second notice.

Karman did an excellent job cleaning my gas fireplace and explaining to me what the problem was that was causing the soot accumulating inside the unit. I am very pleased with his service and would recommend him to anyone in need of a gas fireplace cleaning or maintenance.
Appointment was made without difficulty to service my gas insert. Technician arrived on time and took care to put on shoe covers and cover the working area around the hearth. Went right to work and finished the annual inspection with no problems. Left the space clean and provided a debrief on the inspection. Very professional.
I was very pleased with the service I received on 10/15/15 from Cyprus Air's Technician Derrick D. He arrived on time, was very efficient and considerate. Cyprus Air is fortunate to have him as an employee. He is a fine representative of that company.
The tech conducted himself in a very professional manner. Very
polite. He explained what was performed on our unit and made sure I saw
that everything was in working order. Very efficient, prompt, and
professional.
We were very impressed with the staff in the store and with the technician, Kamran K. Kamran quickly diagnosed the problem with our gas logs and repaired it--something that two other companies had not accomplished.
I have been with Cyprus Air for a while now and each year they exceed my expectation. They remind you of when free maintenance needs to be done. Their team is very knowledgeable and courteous They explain what they did and recommend when something needs to be done. They complete the job at a timely manner and leave the work area spotless.
