Today Ed M., Technician, came and performed the yearly check-up on my gas fireplace. He was very courteous and respectful. In addition, Ed protected my floors and carpet. More importantly, he reviewed my fireplace performance with me and thoroughly cleaned the area. I am very pleased with his work and the explanations he provided. I highly recommend Cyprus, Inc.!

He did a thorough job with obvious skill and took time to answer questions we had which was most appreciated. We would definitely recommend him to others.
Julian spent extra time explaining the service that he was going to perform and took the time to point out all the safety inspections he was performing throughout the service. During the gas fireplace service, he explained how the gas fireplace works and how to make it work just in case the remote were to break. He explained all the switches and knobs and the proper procedure to light the pilot incase it ever goes out.
CJ WAS EXTREMELY COURTEOUS, THOROUGH IN TRYING TO DIAGNOSE PROBLEM WITH THE GAS FIRE PLACE, TOOK CARE OF PROBLEM MAKING SURE IN WON'T HAPPEN AGAIN KAI FINISHED JOB WELL AND QUICKLY. HE ALSO MADE SURE BEFORE HE LEFT THAT THE PLACE WAS CLEANED. I WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE WAY HE PERFORMED THE SERVICE.

C. J. was uncommonly courteous and friendly on both of his trips. He was efficient and kept us informed about what he was doing. He waited with us until he was sure that his job was successfully done. I would rate him at five stars only because I was informed that there could be six.
Technician was extremely polite and keep me informed of his comings and goings. He took care to cover his work boots with shoe covers and when he was out back checking on my outside unit . Very pleased with the service and care provided by Cyprus Air and their technician.
