Cyprus' technician Mike S. visited us on 9/28 to service our fireplace, getting it ready for winter. He was pleasant, did a very nice job with the fireplace, and explained everything to me.
Excellent service. CJ and Stephen completed full service on 2 different gas fireplaces. They explained what they had done and what they found and made sound recommendation for extending the life of certain elements. They presented themselves and their company well personally and professionally. They left the areas clean and handled furniture and appointments carefully. All much appreciated.
Kamran was the Cyprus Air technician who completed my annual fireplace maintenance earlier this week. I found him to be thoroughly professional in appearance and demeanor, and very personable. He did a thorough inspection of my gas fireplace unit, to include an electrical inspection and thorough cleaning. I was very pleased with him and the service he performed.
Mike S arrived before we arrived home & waited for us. He was courteous and efficient. In ~ an hour he inspected our HVAC system & cleaned our gas fire place. Well Done Mike!
Cyprus Air had failed to provide service during my scheduled morning appointment. They made good on it by sending Mike in the late afternoon.
To thank our technician, CJ, who did the yearly maintenance on our gas fireplace logs. CJ pointed out several things we could do to take better care of our logs that I hadn't know before, i.e., clean the gas jets and turn off the gas after the last use in the spring. He was very efficient, professional and made no mess - would not even have known he was here if I hadn't seen him.
Mr. Orlando L with Cyprus Air installed the HVAC at my grandfathers house and did a wonderful job. He explained everything that was needed and how long the install she take. The price was reasonable and he made great recommendations for future services.

I was very hard on Cyprus earlier, because of a faulty thermocouple in my fireplace. However, I have to say that Eugene took care of the problem and left me happy with the service.
