I hope the response below answers all questions in regards to this matterShould you need anything else, please let me know [redacted] did purchase her Rogue from us in March of Ms [redacted] had the Rogue towed into the service department 2/23/after the front passenger wheel fell offIt was discovered through a discussion at vehicle check in that Ms [redacted] had previously hit something and damaged the RogueAfter damaging the Rogue she filed a claim with her insurance company and had the vehicle repaired at a [redacted] facility At this point Fort Worth Nissan service department contacted [redacted] and found that the current issue was related to their previous repairFort Worth Nissan made arrangements with [redacted] to have the vehicle towed from our lot to theirs and repairedWe informed Ms [redacted] that [redacted] would be fixing the issue at no cost to her and they would come get the vehicle directly from us [redacted] picked up the vehicle on 2/28/ During this time Ms [redacted] purchased a Rogue on 2/25/The purchase of the Rogue was done with no trade in vehicleThere are several forms which show the purchase of the and no trade which she signed during the purchase processAt no time did Fort Worth Nissan ever say that we would trade for the vehicle or outright purchase it in any way Thanks, [redacted] Fort Worth Nissan

Ms [redacted] was never approved by the lenderThe used car management and finance team did everything possible to get her approved by a lender on a vehicleWe did in good faith put Ms [redacted] in a vehicle at her request, to get to and from workAfter exhausting all avenues to find financing it took an additional week for us to get our vehicle back from the customerWe fully refunded her down payment money and apologized that we were unable to find a lender to provide financing

Ms [redacted] declined the vehicle due to the extra cost and contaced [redacted] to purchase the exact same vehicle [redacted] did not know of these plans of added accesories and informed Ms [redacted] they could sell her the vehicle without themIn the meantime, we (Fort Worth Nissan) sent our service tech to locate the car and begin the workBy the time the sales manager from [redacted] called to facilitate bringing the truck to his inventory to sell it, the work was past the point where it could be stoppedFor all involved, especially Ms***, it was a very frustrating situationAs a direct result of this situation we have changed our process for installing equipment to in stock unitsTo ensure this situation is avoided in the future service will not begin a major job until the vehicle is cleared by the sales managers

After speaking to a representative Nissan Motor Acceptance received payment 8/to satisfy the remaining balance of the lease and there will be no late payments reported to the credit reporting agencies per our conversationThere is no open balance due at this time and no late payments reported We apologize for the delay and the inconveniences it caused

Ms [redacted] was issued and received a check for the remainder of payments on her leaseThere was never any written or verbal agreement to pay any mileage, wear and tear or any other fees for the termination of the leaseMs [redacted] has not yet processed the check sent to her, if another of the same amount needs to be resent we will be happy to do so

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I bought the car for around $13,and they only offered to give me $9,if I traded it in with themIn the business's response, they claimed to have offered a 'deeper discount' which is falseThey treated the potential traas any other transactionAlso, I never spoke to the GM as opposed to what Fort Worth Nissan's response said; he refused to speak to me on the topicThe manager in charge of used cars simply told us to get a new car Regards, *** [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I signed a contract so how was I not approved? A week to return the vehicle ? I returned it the next day after they asked for itSecond I am receiving letters from a Bob Whaler saying I am approved from thereI can provide proofTheir management is complete liars and have proven this a fact based on the proof I haveThey were supposed to be trying to help but this response is just a mere shot at a character assassination and irrevalent to the situation at hand Regards, [redacted] [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I was never made aware that my credit was being ranIn fact, I received notification from my own credit reporting app saying my credit was being ranI then called to ask who or why my credit was being ran againPrior to them running my credit I had no idea my credit report needed to be accessed again by this companyThis is fraudulentWhen I called and spoke to whomever they then explained why my credit had been checked again and said my APR was not changingThis was also information as my APR increased and I was put with a COMPLETELY different finance companyI signed the new paperwork yes because I had no other choice but the business practices of this companies employees were not ethicalThe gentleman helping me also tried to make me feel better by saying I was not the only one this has happened toIn fact, he told me he got a stack of files, including myself that he neglected to get to before my paperwork lapsed with capital one, the original financier I was underTo me this whole transaction was fraudulent and neglectful and when I complained I was told I can either sign the paperwork or leave the carSo pretty much sorry for our mess up but take it lying down and get out of our store Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:yes you have the signed contracts but that is not the price I agreed to pay.I have a document with the price I agreed to pay given to me by you but when you made out the contract you added two thousand dollars to the amount Regards, [redacted]

Sadly- again , we do not have the capability of producing a Hyundai key , remote etc from our dealership. The salesperson and Manager involved both said that they " would look " for another key hoping that the original customer who traded the Hyundai may have provided extra itemsAfter follow up , no extra keys , remotes were provided

Regretfully - as mentioned we supply two keys and remotes to new Nissan vehicles and Nissan Certified Pre Owned vehicles. Other makes we supply what the vehicle was traded in with. We make no promises either verbally or in writing to indicate that we can supply additional Hyundai OEM
parts We do appreciate the feedback so that we may work harder to achieve even greater clarity in the future

Mr*** agreed to a price on the vehicle, which is exactly what he was chargedAttached are documents all signed at the same price clearly breaking down the cost of the vehicleThe Buyers Order and the finance agreement clearly show the sales price of the vehicle and all other charges,
including taxes, fees and optional additional coveragesThere is also a paper signed by Mr*** showing the optional coverages purchased, the cost of those items and the impact on his monthly payment, including his initials next to the cost of the items. With everything being disclosed, explained and agreed upon; we see no reason to refund $2,to Mr***

Our used car director and GM have spoken to Mr*** and we are unable to reach an agreement with the customer. We have offered over fair trade in value for his previous vehicle combined with a deeper discount on a vehicle he was wanting to purchaseMr*** want the entire balance of
what he originally paid for his previous vehicle (including taxes charged at time of purchase), which is just not possibleWe have made several attempts to come to another agreement, but have been unsuccessful

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: the story isn't correctWhy would I get a new car when the was less than a year old with or less miles on itAlso I am on a fixed income and disabled there is no way I can afford car paymentsI was told by *** *** this was a trade in and that is the only reason I got the I told Ron after the second incident that I did not feel comfortable driving the even if it was repaired a 3rd time which is when we decided to do the trade inAnd if I planned on keeping the why did Nissan of fort worth transfer my registration and plates to the What they are saying is not true and doesn't make senseIt took them a whole week to give me my paperwork and now I see why.Regards,*** ***

If you not have the second key to the vehicle I purchased, the key which your sales staff implied I would receive, you do have the capability to reimburse me the cost of having a second key made. That is the only satisfactory resolution to this problem that I foresee

Fort Worth Nissan did agree to allow the vehicle to be returnedThe customer has at this point received his check as promisedWe apologize for any inconvenience caused by miscommunication in regards to the delivery of the check to the customerThe vehicle was inspected by a technician and found
to have wear consistent with a 100,mile vehicleThe technician also performed a state inspection on the Charger, which it passedThe Texas Vehicle Inspection Report is attachedThere were no check engine lights on at any time during the inspection of the vehicle(A vehicle cannot pass state with any check engine lights on.) We do not under any circumstances "clear codes" to sell a vehicle

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
Regards,

Their salesman mentioned keys. That sounds like an oral promise to me. We received one. Additionally, I have never bought a car from a dealership with only one key. Two keys is a reasonable expectation

Like we stated in our initial complaint, our lender has specified that this issue is the
dealer mistake due to submitting the loan with the wrong information and the dealer must be the one to resubmit the loan correctlyI believe that if it did not matter to the dealer whom guaranteed the loan than it was blatant incompetence on their behalf because again we clearly instructed the employee in clear English how to structure the loan and with what lender to obtain it fromWe need this resolved as soon as possible and we request compensation due to its consequences

In regards to the Revdex.com complaint from *** ***, we have spoken to the Ms*** directly Ms*** had a cabinet in her garage fall on her vehicle , creasing the front fenderShe was expecting that the scratch and dent policy we sold her would cover the incidentWe informed
her that this is more severe than the scratch and dent policy will cover and she would need to use her car insurance policy or her home owners policy to cover the damageWe provided her with all copies of her paperwork and she left satisfied Let me know if you need anything else Thanks, *** ***
