Our apologies for the time it took to process, we were in the process of switching title clerks at the time of the transaction An unexpected change to our title department in turn caused the slight delayAs far as the title not being registered to the customer the vehicle purchased was pre-owned meaning there was a previous owner and it takes a process to get the title switched over in any caseSorry for your inconvenienceThank you, [redacted]

The transaction was completed by [redacted] , not [redacted] He was never present during this transaction She came in to purchase a vehicle ,wanting to be on her own loan by herself without a co-signerShe was extremely happy and excited to purchase her brand new car after we secured her financing by herselfThe loan is funded and we would be more than happy to trade her out of her vehicle if she is not satisfied

Do you think you can treat honest hard working Americans this way and get away with it? It feels as if this whole transaction was handled by hoodlums in tie's and suitsI am canceling this dialogue for you have not made this situation betterShame on the sales staff for selling cars that are not certified according to Nissan Corporation guidelines and the State of Texas Lemon LawShame on the sales staff for damaging customers credit file without their consentShame on management for not following through and making things right between the customer and this establishmentOverall worst sales experience in my life! After discussing with my GSM, I do remember this customer, the warranty did in fact cover all repairs needed at this time, we even took it to Dodge to have the proper work done by the Dodge certified mechanicsWe also put her in a loaner car at no charge while repairs were being done

I spoke with [redacted] who is the service advisor working on this. The vehicle is currently at our dealership, the scratches have been taken care of and the vehicle is in the process of having the smell removed.

*** *** *** *** *** contacted Ms*** in the AM of October 1, 2015. He told her to either bring her Ford in herself or have her son bring it in to our service department, and that we will take care of her concerns with the car. She said her son would
bring in the car today, October 1st. Mr*** apologized on behalf of t he company and let Ms*** know that the sales person Mr*** has already been reprimanded.?

I am rejecting this response because:I bought this car brand new , not usedThe car had roughly miles on it when I bought itI have never been to Nissan for an oil changeThe car currently has miles on it in which it is not even due for its first oil change yetThe car with the paint blemish issues was the 1st Nissan Altima I purchased in which I traded it in for the Nissan Altima I have now , this problem that I am having now is the 2nd brand new Nissan Altima that I purchased back in JanuaryI picked up the car from service yesterday and I returned the car back to service today because the toxic odor is still in the car and water is still leaking on the carpet from behind the radio where the cabin filter compartment isI returned the car to service because the toxic odor was making my year old daughter cough and sneeze while she was in the carThe front windshield would also fog up so bad in the morning you could barely see the oncoming trafficThe defrost would not make the fog go away. Perhaps this is getting confused with my first Altima with the paint blemsis that I had purchased in October This is in regards to the 2nd Altima I purchased brand new in January. The Altima this is about has *** as the last digits of the Vin numberThis car has never been in to Nissan for an oil change , only has miles on it.

I am rejecting this response because:The vehicle has not been fixed as of yetYes the vehicle is there for repair , but it was also there for repair for over weeks and it did not get fixedLet's hope it works out this time and everything is fixed with this brand new carHopefully I get it back with all issues fixed and no paint chips , scratches , or dings.

Our dealership got you out of the pre-owned vehicle, and you got a new vehicle with the color of your choice, you own a new vehicle now
