Hello again,All service contracts, including yours, has a day period for cancellation; days is inaccurate and is not compluant to any texas lawsYour extended servise contract says clearly that if refunds are not received within days, a penalty is due, and I have wated too long and have accrued too much interest at 15% with ***, now I am demanding the penalty be paid to me or I will take further actionsYou should not say days to your customer since it is not compliant with texas laws. The issue I am having has still not been addressedThe salesman had *** *** under the impression that the contract was not valid until I , *** ***, signed the release forms on the contractWhen the salesman contacted me the next day after he drove an hour to my place of business, he also had me under the impression that if I did not sign the contract the vehicle being used as a trade would have to be given backThis was also confirmed in a text between *** and the salesman ***I was also told by your financial manager that I would be stuck with two vehicles if I did not signI was told this only after I made a call to Nissan to find out what was going on never receiving a call from Nissan to let me and *** know any different. She has only been approved for a loan, as there is no account in her name and the trade in vehicle has still not been paid for as of todayI was told the vehicle had already been paid off by your financial manager

Our apologies for the time it took to process, we were in the process of switching title clerks at the time of the transaction. An unexpected change to our title department in turn caused the slight delayAs far as the title not being registered to the customer the vehicle purchased was pre-owned meaning there was a previous owner and it takes a process to get the title switched over in any caseSorry for your inconvenience. After writing this review yesterday, I have spoken with *** *** and *** *** of San Marcos Nissan. They were both apologetic, understanding, and helpful. Mr*** told me to bring the car back in to them and he will correct whatever is wrong with the car and give us a loaner until it is fixed. He has restored my faith in this dealership, and I appreciate him stepping up and taking care of this issue so quickly. I change my rating to stars for customer service, and I would certainly recommend this dealership

*** *** Hello Revdex.com,Please review the documents I have attachedThe notes below will help clarify the how dishonest San Marcos Nissan is and how they rip off customers. -Deal ***On July 29th I was working with *** *** "***" and he sold me a Nissan Pathfinder S with Vin#*** I received a $credit for my trade inThis is the same vehicle that was presented to me as a certified pre-owned vehicleNever was the vehicle certified per Nissan Corporation guidelinesIt has outstanding recalls when I drove it of the lot on July 29, The transmission was also slipping and I took it to another dealer because Nissan of San Marcos was incompetent of helping me fix the lemon car they sold meAtthached is the copy of the invoice from Town North Nissan who diagnosed the vehicle and provided me with a rental. -Deal***After continuous time spent over the phone I spoke to *** in finance he assured me that I would get a fair deal on a new oneSo I was working with *** *** and as you can see they never credited me the $on the new vehicleShe also ran my credit without my consent I'm in the process of getting validation of this from CreditWise the company that monitors my credit fileI was very specific that she not run my creditMy credit union was going to take care of the financing so I still don't understand why Nissan of San Marcos ran my creditYou can also see how she priced the vehicle way over retail valueAgain I spent hours going back and forth with *** *** because she only wanted to offer me $13,on a lemon vehicle I paid $20,. -Deal***This deal was handled by general manager *** ***Again didn't want to credit me the $that was given on my trade inOnce again he valued the vehicle way over MSRP. Once again I spent hours there going back and forth with *** Below is the break down of what I am owed $4,for the trade in on the Nissan Murano VIN#***hours total spent including travel from my house to the dealer $days loss wages missed from work (hours X $an hour) = $1,Total $6,refund due to me for all the trouble and stress this dealership has put my family through I want to add that when we originally walked in on July 29th, my wife was weeks pregnant we found out yesterday she had a miscarriage due to stress over our purchase experience and doing business with San Marcos Nissan. *** ***

I can credit their account with a $good faith reimbursementI unfortunately cannot unwind the deal because it is funded and titledNissan of San Marcos would gladly credit their financed amount the $down paymentI can also trade her out of the vehicle, but Ms*** was not interested in that idea. we secured her financing by herself. The loan is funded and we would be more than happy to trade her out of her vehicle if she is not satisfied.

I am rejecting this response because: Nissan Of San Marcos,Again you have failed to take accountability for your actions. You all never gave me credit for trading in my 2007 Nissan Murano VIN#[redacted] in which I received $4,672.57 off the broken 2013 Nissan Pathfinder with VIN#[redacted]. What happened to the honesty, integrity and values in this business? Do you think you can treat honest hard working Americans this way and get away with it? It feels as if this whole transaction was handled by hoodlums in tie's and suits. I am canceling this dialogue for you have not made this situation better. Shame on the sales staff for selling cars that are not certified according to Nissan Corporation guidelines and the State of Texas Lemon Law. Shame on the sales staff for damaging customers credit file without their consent. Shame on management for not following through and making things right between the customer and this establishment. Overall worst sales experience in my life! Never have I been taken advantage of like Nissan Of San Marcos did to me and my family.
