I am rejecting this response because:
Regards,
Armando Ramos  Dear Nissan of San Marcos,You all as a dealership lied to me and my family. The 2013 Nissan Pathfinder you sold me was not certified as presented to me. This is your last opportunity to make it right and pay me for what I'm owed, if not I will file a lawsuit against this establishment. My wife is a witness that on July 29, 2016 [redacted]" presented the 2013 Pathfinder as a certified pre-owned vehicle that was false because after taking it to another dealership they confirmed that it was never certified and had 12 outstanding recalls. This is how you conduct business? By lying  and taking advantage of honest hard working Americans? You don't know how you have impacted me and my families finances. I wonder what [redacted] would have to say about how you all are conducting business on his behalf and giving people horrible customer service. I have all the paperwork necessary to file suit even Nissan Corporate has offered to help in my defense. So do the right thing and pay me what is owed. This is America not a third world country their is rules and regulations business must follow and clearly Nissan of San Marcos isn't following them. I can do simple math and you all never reimbursed me for my trade in you bought back the 2013 Nissan Pathfinder at $17,904.00 when I paid $20,798.00 . Not to mention all the taxes I was billed through three transactions well over three thousand dollars. All because you choose to not conduct business in a honest matter I am forced to pay the consequences, but you all choose to pull this stunt on the wrong person. I have over a decade experience in sales and never have a deceived a customer like you all did me. I guess I was naïve and trusted Mr [redacted] and gave him the benefit of the dought but he took advantage off my situation to better his. So do the right thing and pay me what is owed if not you will be held accouintable to the full extent of the law.

Regards,
[redacted] I been trying to call you, but there is no answer..... I do want the yellow copies ( from the originals ) I been asking for ever..... I'm entitled to get my ,money back. Besides those two thousand dollars that we are talking about they never were deducted from the Loan. What happened.... Have you check as you promised you do?I can even read the numbers from the small letters of the photocopies of the contract that Jason your financial clerk  gave me instead for the customer in lending copy. ( legal requirements )Why is in the papers stated that the Juke is Silver and the one I purchased is blue????I'm paying a loan for a car that  WE DONT WANT  You promised to call me yesterday with info. and you didn't.

Customer purchased vehicle on 1/30/2016. It was noted that there were blemishes in the hood, roof and trunk, no comments on the smell at that time. Mr. [redacted] had been in a couple of times for an oil change and still no comment on the smell at this time.  On 8/25/16 the customer had a...

complaint about an odor smell, 7 months later after his purchase he is asking for a replacement vehicle for purchasing a pre-owned car.  I do not see a justification on this matter, attached I have the records showing the transactions. Thank you.

Customer came into our dealership about a month ago to buy a 2013 pre-owned vehicle. Customer came in because he was not satisfied with the pre-owned vehicle so we traded him out and sold the customer a New 2016 SV Pathfinder, so we contracted him on the vehicle.  Customer came back to see the...

General Manager [redacted] to let him know that his wife was not happy with the exterior and interior color.  [redacted] then negotiated and basically switched his contract for another one that made him happy with the color of his choice.  We lost money on this transaction which totaled up to be $1500.00.  We did everything we could to help the customer out.

Here is the check stub of the cancellation. [redacted]

acceptance Corp. and it has already been reported a late payment. Also I cannot pay for August until July is paid. I can't afford 1,100 dollars for two months. Nissan did contact me on the 8th around ten in morning and said they would overnight that July payment I made at dealership to Nissan acceptance Corp. I called today the 9th and it hasn't been posted yet. I am just wanting to be current without fear of having no vehicle because I am two months behind. And I want my credit issue fixed by San Marcos Nissan through a letter or proof. I shouldn't have to fix mistakes that they made this is why I wanted a refund on every investment I have put into my 2013 Chevy Malibu and this Nissan because I got screwed and tricked over my trade in. They need to make it right in every mistake wrong. From agreement to contract. I must say that papers were signed so all I can do is pay my end but if neither party is letting me how do I go about feeling secure with my vehicle and credit.

After discussing with my GSM, I do remember this customer, the warranty did in fact cover all repairs needed at this time, we even took it to Dodge to have the proper work done by the Dodge certified mechanics. We also put her in a loaner car at no charge while repairs were being done.

I am rejecting this response because: firstly for being remembered as stated I would like to say that I am a man and not a "her" secondly while they did make repairs/ get us a loaner car it was after constant arguments over the vehicle in question along with a slew of misleading information and also the lack of general information in regards to the vehicle and its whereabouts.  The warranty may have covered the expense of the initial problems with the transmission however the fact remains that the vehicle only ran 2 weeks before needing extensive repairs.  As for the loaner, they requested it back after some time and only after speaking the owner and used sales manager did we manage to get it for renaming time the vehicle was in the shop.  This is not a matter of what little was done and tied with a pretty bow to seem it was in favor of us but rather the lack of common customer service and courtesy.  The fact that even still we sre paying out of pocket for a vehicle that we were told was in working condition and had gone through "inspection" .  We are holding up our end by making payments however why am I still having issues with a vehicle that was stated to be in working condition and why are they allowed to sell these vehicles without any consequence.

Customer came in to our store (Nissan of San Marcos) on Friday 8/13/16 to get an oil change. After the oil change was done, my technician started to take the passenger back tire off and realized that this type of car does not get a rotation, so he stopped his process and tightened the bolts on...

the tire. On Monday 8/15/16, the customer came in to our store, spoke with the Parts Manager and the Service Advisor insisting that we dented his rim which was on the drivers side, that was never touched by our technician. The customer came in and spoke with me about this matter showing me the pictures of the technician tighten up the bolts on his passenger side back tire.  I then got the paperwork from the Advisor and saw that when the vehicle was brought in for service it was notated that the rim was damaged before it was brought into the shop.  I politely told him that we never touched the drivers side and he became hostile and said that he would see me in court, I was about to show him the paperwork of the rim and how it was already damaged when he brought it in to our dealership but before I could explain he grabbed it out of my hand and proceeded to the service exit door.  Customer was not charged for his oil change.

The contract of the pre-owned vehicle was exchanged for a new vehicle contract with the trim level and color selection of his choice.  Mr [redacted] is now in a new car not the pre-owned one any longer.
