Review: I ordered their product to treat my [redacted]. After the product arrived I followed directions regarding the amount and frequency. After trying half of one bottle out of three bottles, I realized that the product was not working for me. Since this product came with a money back Guarantee, I was notified to mail the unused portion back to the company. I mailed the 2 and half bottles back to Nitroxin Products via the US Post Office and I made sure to utilize the Proof-of-Delivery receipt with a tracking number. [redacted] which showed that Nitroxin had received my package on 5/**/2013 at 12:46 p.m. Thirty days later and for every thirty days after the company received my package I kept calling their Customer Service at ###-###-#### to find out when they would be mailing me a check for my purchase of $89.95. I have been put off every time I called in June, mid July and today Sept. *, 2013, When I called today to their customer service, I was told that they have 120 days before they would Refund my money, possibly about Oct. *,2013. By now I am feeling that this company is just leading me in circles, and on and on, hoping I would give up and stop contacting them. I sincerely believe that this Nitroxin Products has no intention of refunding me the $89.95 that I had paid by personal check #[redacted] back on March **, 2013. I am now hoping that the Revdex.com will be able to help me receive my money back, soon.Desired Settlement: I think Nitroxin will probably try to keep some of my refund towards their shipping costs. My costs for shipping and proof of delivery came to $3.14. They can deduct that amount, I just want my refund and Honor their Guarantee like their offer stated in their mail advertisement. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

This business was claiming in their letter to Revdex.com that they never received any merchandise back from me, in

order to issue me my refund. I had anticipated this, which is why I had originally paid the USPS for PROOF of

DELIVERY and Tracking. I have the USPS proof of delivery that shows, without any doubt, that my package did

in effect, arrive at its destination, and was delivered to Nitroxin at 12:46 pm in [redacted] on May

**, 2013.

In the meantime I have received a Refund check from Nitroxin, on the same day, September **, 2013, that

Revdex.com sent me their email along with Nitroxin's statement, which clearly stated they had not received their

merchandise back from me. Well, I have the hardcopy and recorded proof of delivery. Their refund to me

arrived, 4 months to the day, after they received their merchandise back for a refund. It was only with Revdex.com's

prompt assistance that my complaint was resolved, and a Refund Check was issued to me, over the excuse

made in Nitroxin's statement in their letter to Revdex.com. Thank you very much, Revdex.com.

Review: I ordered a [redacted] supplement for my [redacted]. It didn't work at all. It was guaranteed to work or I would receive a full refund guaranteed, no questions asked. I called the company and they told me what to do to return the product to them. I did everything they instructed me to do. I didn't receive a refund . I called the company several times and they said be patient the check could be in the mail. The last time I called, my wife got on the phone and talked to them, and the man on the phone told her that they received the product on March **,2013 at 12:17 PM, and that I had done everything they required me to do and they had emailed the owner's every time I had called in, but unfortunately the owner's decided not to refund the purchase price or any money for the returned product. They said the company's policy is that after 4 months they will not give me a refund. Each time I called them they gave me a different time it takes for the processing. EX: 30 days, 60 days, etc..Desired Settlement: I will get my 47.90 back.

Review: I was told that if I pay $2.95 for a trial size of Nitroxin, so they sent me 15 pills that by the way did not work or even try to work the way the advertisement claimed it would.

So I called the automated cancellation service and cancelled all the recurring charges to my bank account which was charged $89.95 on 6/**/2014 and when I called about this charge

[redacted] (would not give last name), Employee # [redacted], told me that the $89.95 charge was for the the trial product, I did not see any where in there advertisement that I would be charged

$ 89.95 for the product beyond the trial payment of $2.95.

[redacted] also refused to let me talk to a supervisor or manager in charge, nor would he give me a name or email to get ahold of so I could resolve this matter.

So I am righting you to you to complain.

I will also file a complain with the Attorneys General in my state and yours.

I am also filing a complaint to the FCC. For false advertising.Desired Settlement: I only got 15 pills and I feel I was cheated out of my money for a product that did not work. Along with the fact that it was not clear that I was going to have to pay more than the original introductory price of $2.95.

Review: I ordered 2 products from Naproxin. I ordered the Naproxin & the Duralube. A years worth of both at the price of $569.98. That was on March [redacted] 2014. I sent it back May [redacted]. 2014 as I received it, in one box. So supposedly because of this, they refunded $299.99 for only the Naproxin. I have contacted them repeatedly for the second refund, but their excuse {among many} is since the products were sent back in the same box they "assumed" it was only the Naproxin that was sent back, so that's why they only refunded the Naproxin. Again I have informed them that the Duralube was sent back also- multiple times and was told that they have sent several emails to their supervisor, yet nothing has happened concerning said refund. Their other excuse was that since both products were sent in the same box, they would need to weigh the box to see if it would weigh out to the weight for both products but again that didn't happen. I still have the receite from the post office and according to the receipt the box with both products weighs 3 pounds & 1.20 ounces, I have told them this & still no action has been taken. Review: I ordered a product from Nitroxin under the terms of their "Money Back Guarantee." I returned the unused portion of the product and requested a refund. I provided the tracking number and it was verified by a company’s representative that the product was received. I was informed that it would 30-60 days to process my refund. That was back in September 2013. In December I called and spoke with a customer service representative (CRS) and was told that my refund was being processed. In January I called and spoke with another CSR who apologized and told me that my refund request would be “escalated.” I called again around the beginning of February and spoke to another CSR, who also apologized and informed me that he was in charge of escalating refunds and that he would take care of it. I called two days ago and was told by yet another CSR that it was “pending” but she wasn’t sure why. She took my contact information and told me that someone would call. No one called.

After several phone calls attempting to resolve this, I have not been able to get the refund that was guaranteed.Desired Settlement: Refund requested

Review: I ordered the Nitroxin product for $89.95 and received it on 2/**/13 under their 90 day refund satisfaction guarantee. The order number is [redacted]. However it did not work for me and I returned the product per their customer service directions and sent it UPS Insured per receipt [redacted] on April ** to Nitroxin [redacted] and they received the product on May *, 2013 at 3:46 pm per UPS records. I called their customer service number ###-###-#### on May [redacted] when I noticed that my credit card did not receive a credit of $89.95 and was told to wait until the end of the month. I called again on May ** and was told to wait two more weeks. I called again on 6/** and was told that it would take 2 more weeks. On July [redacted] I was told they were so busy it would take 90 days from the time they received the product back and to wait until 8/*. On 8/* I was told the manager [redacted] was taking care of this and to expect a call back and receive the refund within 30 days. He never called. On 8/** I was told the same story. I asked to speak to the manager. I was told he was on the phone. I said I would wait. They said to call back later. I called in10 minutes. same story. I called again in 10 minutes. I was finally told that they were a third party and worked for several companies and would refund my money if they could but it was up to Nitroxin and they could not understand why I did not get a refund back. They apologized. I then sent a personal letter to Nitroxin on September [redacted] requesting a refund. To date I have not received a response or refund. I noticed that their office does not have a phone number. Perhaps you have a way of contacting them. They seem to be within walking distance from you office. Please help. Thank you. Although I would like a credit card credit, a check is also acceptable.Desired Settlement: Full refund as soon as possible. This has gone on way too long.
