Nitroxin Products

Review: I ordered the Nitroxin product August *, 2013 for $149.99 I was told to try the product for 90 days to see if it worked for me. I was told that there was a 365 Day guarantee on the product. After using the product a couple of months, I returned the product on Oct. *, 2014. I contacted the company prior to returning the product to let them know that I was returning the product. They assured me that I would receive the promised refund after they received the unused portion of the product. After sending the product, I called the customer service department for the company and gave them the USPS parcel tracking number so that they could track the product's return. After the USPS reported the timely delivery of the product, I contacted the company again to let them know that I was aware of the time and date of the Nitroxin return. I contacted the Customer Service Department for Nitroxin once each month for the last 7 months. Each time they apologized that I had not received my refund and promised that the refund request would be processed soon.

Last week I called the company. The service representative claimed this month that she did not have any record on her computer that I had even purchased the product from them last August. I expressed my frustration to the representative, but she said she couldn't help me.Desired Settlement: I feel this company should be held responsible for honoring its claim that they will refund the cost of the product if it fails do what it is advertised to do. I would like my purchase price refunded as they promised in the literature and on the telephone.

Review: I ordered the Free Sample and I was told I could cancel, which according to my records would be 4/**/2014. When I called, they mysteriously couldn't find my name, phone number or and credit card information.-therefore I was unable to stop my auto ship. It's I'm UNHAPPY with this product as well as their customer service (or lack there of ) [redacted] (two numbers...###-###-####) or ###-###-####. I placed order for sample on 3/**/2014. I contacted them on 4/**/2014.Desired Settlement: STOP subscription and auto pay. UNHAPPY WITH PRODUCT SAMPLE
