Review: My husband called within the specified time frame to cancel this product order. The company charged it to his crdit card anyway. When I called them to ask them to refund this, they claimed they had no record of the call or cancellation and they refused to refund the charge. They also said we cannot return the product for a refund when we receive it in the mail (it has not arrived to date). Very poor customer service! This is not a reputable company to deal with.Desired Settlement: I expect a full refund.

Review: Ordered a 3 month supply at a cost of $89.95 of nitroxin over the phone @####-###-####. Recieved product and credit card billed ay $89.95 on 08-**-2013. After trail of product seen it wasnt living up to claims made and wanted the 100% refund as advertised by Nitroxin, called to see how to return product spoke with Nick and returned said product as instructed. Sent back on 10-[redacted]2013 tracking #[redacted] they recieved it on 10-**-2013 at 3:21 pm signed by [redacted]. Contacted nitroxins customer servive at ###-###-#### on 10-**-2013 spoke with [redacted] id #[redacted] 11:35 am and again on 11-**-2013 spoke with [redacted] id #[redacted] at 12:24pm. both times was told couldnt find my order but did agree that the recieved product in return. Ive been told it could take up to 4 months for possible refund. I feel I have done my part of the deal, that they should do theres and refund the money to credit card account. I believe that I am getting the run around and being told to wait 4 months in hopes that I will just forget about it, well Im sorry Nitroxin I wont forget about it.Desired Settlement: I would like to see a company live up to the guarantee that the advertised.

Review: This company is offering a "free" sample, and all they ask is that you pay shipping and handling, which is only about $6.00, from the website, then you are required to agree to their " terms of service" which has hidden in it, a recurring billing clause, that, if you are not really looking for it, will allow them to take money from your account. This practice is very dishonest, and deceitful. Also, they are charging $79.95 and $89.95 for a quantity of only 30 pills, that is ridiculous.

Review: Hello..I have ordered "NITROXIN SUPPLEMENTS"... they said I'll have a period of Time before they Billed me,I haven't gone to my P.O Box...to retrieve it ...so ok they Billed me.The next day I went to pick it up,as I recieved it I turned around ask the post office worker what do I have to do to resend it...mind you I never opened it,right there and there I returned it,the worker didn't ask me to put a tracking number and myself didn't think of it...it was resend,I believe that was Oktober the [redacted]....I have been calling them after a week or so later since to get my Refund of $89 everytime they give confirmation numbers telling me I'll recieve my refund within 3 to 5 business days.This has been going to the Present today is December **2013,I just called a few hours ago and again the Guy said ohhh they are busy but I should be able to get my return it will take time...How much Longer will I have to wait for my refund(already 3 months pass) New Years is around the bend,they charged soo Fast,but you have to battle them for refund,all I want is My REFUND,MONEY Back for Especially I never opened the product,I have seen some other complaints based on the same issue...exmpl:[redacted] I made an order for nitroxin on November **, 2013 while I was in the US but for some unkown reason the order wasn't delivered. Review: I ordered the product they sold on 1/**/2013, I was charged $81.84. After receiving the product I immediately placed it to be returned to sender. I kept photo copies of the package and confirmed it was received by the retailer. The company sent out a second batch on 2/**/2013 to my home and was charged $39.95. Once again I sent the package back to the company and confirmed it was received. I called the company on 3/*/2013, 4/*/2013, 5/**/2013, 5/**/2013, 7/**/2013, and 9/*/2013. On all occasions I spoke with [redacted], ID[redacted], of which he instructed me to keep waiting for a refund. I have received one refund of $39.95, but never received a refund for $81.84. Even though I followed [redacted]'s advice to keep waiting, he finally told me on 9/*/2013 that I had waited to long to contact them!!! I stated to him that I had record of every time that I had called, and that I had written his id number every time. Every time I called [redacted] stated that he had no manager on site, that he would not provide number to him, and that they have no communication with their warehouse.Desired Settlement: I am only seeking my refund of $81.84 owed to me. The company was provided with the same tracking numbers that I had which confirm the items were received.

Review: On 9/**/2014 I signed up for a trial offer with the [redacted] company to try their product for 7 days. On 10/*/2014 I called their toll free number [redacted] and was connected to an automated system . I tried to cancel the trial offer and was not able to do so. I kept trying for two or three days and finally was able to cancel but only after I was billed $84.99 for a new shipment of their product which to this day I have never received. I called and finally talked to a customer repersenetive who at first offered me a 15% refund which I declined. I was put on hold for several minutes and when she returned was offered a 50% refund which I declined also. I then received an email stating that they had refunded the full amount of $84.99 which has not shown up in my bank account. I have a copy of said email. Review: I ordered a trial offer of their product. It did not work and I called and cancelled their auto-ship order. I talked to [redacted] #[redacted] at 9:57 am on 2/**/14 and he assured me that it would be cancelled and I would not be charged and future payments. To make sure, I called back on 2/**/14 and talked to [redacted] and he assured me that it was cancelled and I would not be charged any future payments on my card. On 3/**/14 I was charged 89.95 by these same people. I called back and talked to [redacted] and told him what had happened and he assured me that I would not be charged any more future payments and my order was cancelled. I asked if they would reverse the 89.95 charge because it was their mistake and not mine and they would not. Review: I had ordered the free trail and was charged $7.95. I had fourteen days to cancel and on the thirteenth day I cancelled, I was still charged $39.95 for another month's supply. When I had spoken with the customer service rep on the 13th day, he suggested I try another bottle for $7.95 with no commitments so I was charged another $7.95 on top of the $39.95. I have called several times to rectify this problem to no avail, the last call told me that I cancelled after the 14 days which was a complete and utter lie. This company is deceitful, customer service simply passes the buck, and you get no resolution. It is a complete scam on the customer.Desired Settlement: I want my $39.95 that I was unfairly charged returned to me. I followed their instructions and cancelled within the time frame, yet was still charged for a product that does not work.

Review: in january of 2013 ,I ordered a supply of a sex stimulent that works lik viagra except that it is quite a bit cheaper. It is called nitroxin. the company stated in its advertising that if the product did not meet the customers satisfaction,send the remaining product back to the company and they would refund 110 percent of your money back. I paid 89.95 for the product and I feel that it is a scam as the product did not work for me.on march **, 2013 I sent the product back to the company via certified mail with a tracking numberof [redacted]. since I sent it back, I have called the company 10 times and all they will say is to have patience. I have asked the persons who the phone to speak with the manager of the business but they will not let me speak to that individual.Desired Settlement: I do not care about the 110 percent refund. just send back the money that I have spent on the worthless product.

Review: I contacted Nitroxin on 3-**-2013 to inform them of my brother's death and to work out the return of their unused product. I spoke with a [redacted]. She was very solicitous of my loss and informed me that they would issue a refund without my need to return the product. She said a refund would be issued in the amount of $83.47 within 2 weeks. I contacted the company again on 4-**-13 and spoke with [redacted] because the refund did not show up in my late brother's account. He informed me that the refund had never been issued and that he would put it in. I should see it within 2 weeks. I contacted the co, again on 5-*-13 and spoke with [redacted] again. He did not know why it had not posted, but that it should be refunded within 1 week. I called back on 5-**-13 because it still did not post. I spoke with the manager by the name of [redacted]. he said the 4-**-13 refund would take up to a month and would not be posted until 5-**-13. I contact the co. on 5-**-13 and spoke with [redacted]. He told me the refund request went to the Approval Dept. on 5-**-13. It would take 5-7 business days to get to them and then another 2-3 weeks for refund to post. I called them back on 5-**-13 asking them to issue a check instead of a refund to the debit card because of another issue on the account which forced me to close the debit card. They informed me this would further delay the refund process, but I had no choice in the matter. I have since contacted my legal counsel. They informed me that all I needed to do was FAX them a copy of the Death Certificate and my Letters of Authority from Probate Court requesting a check be issued to the Estate of my brother. I contacted them again on 6-**-13 and spoke with [redacted]. I explained the situation and she gave me the FAX # ###-###-####. I Faxed the information with a cover letter explaining my request putting it to the attention of [redacted], which is what [redacted] told me to do. I also gave them a new mailing address because my brother's apartment has been closed and I now have a P O Box for his estate. I think I've done everything possible to settle this issue and I'm hoping you can help with a timely resolution.Desired Settlement: All I'm asking for is the 83.47 that was promised me in the first place back in March. When I spoke with [redacted] she did not tell me that this was only 25% of the value of the product. I was going on good faith that this co. was just trying to help me out during a very difficult situation. My brother died quite suddenly just 5 days prior to all of this and I felt like [redacted] had thrown me a life line by her kind words and offer. Now almost 3 months later this is the only company out of 10 that I had to deal with that has not followed through on their promise.
