I am rejecting this response because:I eventually (after much resistance and repeated refusal from this company) got a refundJust a few hours after I ordered, I tried to cancel the orderThey said it was already shippedSince I canceled late at night and they are only three hours ahead of me (in the east coast) this was untruthfulI said as much in an emailFor weeks (literally several weeks) I requested a refund and for shipping to be paid: the package was unopened: sealedIt was the wrong size for my ipadThey told me to keep it anywayThe only way I was able to avoid paying $return shipping for a $ipad cover was after contacting the Revdex.comWow From now on my online buying is from a reputable company or one with ratings on a site like Amazon

I am rejecting this response because:
I have contacted them several times and have the transcripts to prove it. The external cd drive they sent is a fake. It doesn't even allow CDs to be inserted. I've already told them MANY times what type of computer I have. I wanted a refund which they have not allowed me to do.
