Review: I ordered three items from Tmart.com on December 3, 2013 and immediately received an email stating that my payment was received. The website disclosed that items would be shipped in 24 hours so I continu to check the website to ensure that my items would be received before Christmas. On December 6, 2013, I noticed that my order is still in “held status” so I contact them through their online live support. I was told that one of the items was out of stock. Fine (it would have been nice if they had notified me), so I ask them to replace the item with another in stock. I also expressed my desire for these items to be received before Christmas and was told I could change my shipping method in order for that to happen. Okay I said, and paid an additional $10.92 and was told the items would be shipped THAT day (I saved the chat transcript). I check the website on December 9, 2013 and notice that nothing has changed with my order. The website doesn’t reflect the changes I made and the order is still in “held status”. I contact them again and was told that the items will now be shipped in 12 hours, absent any explanation.

I start researching the company online and notice several complaints regarding items not being shipped as promised/disclosed on their website. At this point I submit a cancelation ticket and have yet to hear back. This company is a fraud!Desired Settlement: They need to refund my money and stop scamming customers.

Review: Recently my apartment was broken into, with my tv stolen and some personal items. The police said it was an inside job. On April 2nd I purchased a smoke detector with video capabilities. Upon receiving the item, the directions were very basic and vague even for me not at all what was claimed. I emailed the company and was offered no info on how to use the product. I was told to take the item to a "professional" who might help me??? I emailed them back and said that would not be possible because of my work schedule, plus I would be uncomfortable doing that. I was told just keep the item I might need it later. I rec'd another email stating they'd give me $5 off the price($39.99)if I would keep the item. I have been saying over and over I want to return the item. I never been had anyone attempt to force me to keep a purchase or refusing to refund an item. I have asked a total of 3 times to return the item and even offered to pay to return it since they are refusing to give me a shipping label it they would just refund me my money. I'll admit I panicked and wanted a quick fit but realized quickly I need a surveillance system with online support/customer service number, or a product that offers step-by-step instructions. This is not fair to consumers can purchase items but can return them. I have been at this since April 9th due to the return policy. It states they will not accept the return even if I mail it back. It also says they are not responsible if the time runs out! So I feel they're stalling to prevent me from getting a return .Who does business this way? These are deceptive business practices.Desired Settlement: I want my refund of $39.99 credited to my account. This company needs to understand it isn't personal. I even told them it was a fine product but I'm 58 years old and technically challenged.

Review: I am reporting that this company sent me a damaged item and refuses to replace it . I dont want a refund just a replacement. The sent me a tablet and it came in a smashed box, it was loose in the box and has scratches all over the screen. it is a USED item and they sent me it with the charger in NO wrapped packaging just all loose items thrown in a smashed damaged box. Also the tablet itself works poorly as I tried to still make the best of what had happened. But to no avail it still does not respond to touch when used as it should. Customer service can only be contacted through email or live chat. the representative named [redacted], did not help me at all, and spoke very poor english. When she couldnt understand me she chose to just ignore me instead. She asked me 5 times what was wrong with my item and all five times I answered her . she wasnt getting it. I am angry and feel ive been swindled as they took my money but will not fix the damages and reship me a NEW tablet without damages. I have already made it quite clear their is nothing to take a PICTURE of. the item DOES NOT WORK...what part of that is hard to comprehend. Taking a picture does not determine if the item works. I also explained how the item was shipped to me in a damaged box . These ppl clearly cannot even speak english to resolve anything. It's quite frustrating and the only resolution, as they put it, that they offered was to calibrate the screen or to use a stylus. how does this help me. let me make this CLEARER. Review: I ordered a product from this company 3 weeks ago. The product was never delivered. When I did search via the company's website with the tracking information, the tracking info comes back that my shipment does not exist. I cannot find a phone number for the company (supposedly based out of Hong Kong). Upon doing a google search, the company gets very poor reviews and many reviewers claim the company is fraudulent, having never received their orders.

I am rejecting this response because:I eventually (after much resistance and repeated refusal from this company) got a refund. Just a few hours after I ordered, I tried to cancel the order. They said it was already shipped. Since I canceled late at night and they are only three hours ahead of me (in the east coast) this was untruthful. I said as much in an email. For weeks (literally several weeks) I requested a refund and for shipping to be paid: the package was unopened: sealed. It was the wrong size for my ipad. They told me to keep it anyway. The only way I was able to avoid paying $18 return shipping for a $40 ipad cover was after contacting the Revdex.com. Wow. From now on my online buying is from a reputable company or one with ratings on a site like Amazon.

Contacted T Mart and Chinese speaking people said bad connection and said they would contact later, they just kept giving me the run around. The violin I received has plastic fingerboard, tailpiece, and chin rest....

Review: On November 30th 2014 I purchased a Saxophone from N&k Trading inc. They provided tracing to me and FedEx was the carrier and it said it was delivered to my house on December 3rd. My husband was home all that day and a package was not delivered. I have tried contacting the seller and they refuse to answer back. I have contacted FedEx and they cannot locate the package. I would like to get a refund of $219.94 this is alot of money to put out and have not received merchandise. I have tried emailing them and calling and no response either way.

Review: The complaint is against a business named [redacted] and apparently they have another name N&K trading, in [redacted]. This is an internet based business with a very difficult way to communicate back to them or reach them by telephone

I ordered a replacement internal keyboard for a Laptop computer that was incorrect as delivered. The item I purchased on their web site clearly says it is for the model Laptop I own in the product description they post --- but it is not.

The mistake is in the advertising and the presentation of this keyboard product on their web site and they should be more accurate in the description of items on their web site.

They offer a photo that is very fuzzy and impossible to tell if it is the correct replacement for what I need. The keyboard is sized correctly -but- there are slight differences to the functions of the keys, which makes all the difference in the world -and- that is not something you could ever see in the photo they provide.

They then they blame me and remind me I should have looked at a photo that is so fuzzy that it is impossible to know of this problem until you have the item in your hands.Desired Settlement: Ideally I want only the correct keyboard but it appears this is not possible from this company.

I want a refund and for them to pay return shipping. It is a matter of principle as they should not advertise an item incorrectly on the internet and expect me to pay return shipping.

This problem was caused by a mistake on their web site - not my fault.

As a consumer I hear of more and more complaints about internet companies selling relatively low priced items that are not right. I feel that this matter should be looked in to because I get the feeling that I have been taken advantage of.

I would like the Revdex.com to take a closer look at [redacted] and N&K trading.

Review: I ordered a product a month and a half ago. (12/1). It was a Christmas present. I contacted live cat on 12/21, and they informed me my item was returned in customs (it shipped from hong-kong), so they had to ship it using an alternative method. I finally received it on 01/15. When I picked it up the bag was torn and damaged. The product was ripped out of the original container, damaged and not properly working. I looked from shipping or packaging material, but there was no shipping labels or information inside the bag. This shipment is TRASH. I asked for a refund by sending in this above message, and this is the response I received:

I took pictures, and she said they were not good enough. so I took more and she said she cant see anything defective with them (It is technology, cant tell it is defective from a picture!) after telling her I was contacting Revdex.com she said I could return it, but I would have to pay for it out of my pocket. Review: I purchases a violin from the company N&K Trading Inc (aka City-Green) via eBay. The violin was arrived on September 13th but was not as described/pictured and furthermore it arrived damaged. The bow was shredded. Per their request, I sent photos of the damage and advised them that I wished to return the violin for a full refund. Their refund policy guaranteed a full refund within 30 days of the customer receiving an item, upon the diligent return of that item.

They requested that I continue communicating with them via their g-mail address rather than through the eBay server. They thereby skirted the oversight of eBay when they requested the return of the item. I do, however, still have all communications both to and from them, via eBay or otherwise.

I returned the item to address they supplied to me via email:

USPS tracking receipts prove that they did receive the violin on October 10th, well within the 30-day refund period.

It has been 2 weeks since they received the violin and they have not processed any refund whatsoever. Additionally, they have not responded to nor sent any communication since they did receive the items that were sent back to them.

I want the full refund they promised me which is also guaranteed by their own return policy.

Review: Ordered items for Christmas with guarantee delivery by Christmas. Items showed shipped within 24 hours. ordered on 12/12/2013. On the 19th I contacted them via there chat system and they said all my items are on back order. When there items are out of stock it shows it is out of stock on there website. They were running a special on the items on the 19th and had a countdown timer for their sale. Still they said it is out of stock. I continued to submit inquires via there email system and never got a response. Here it is the 20th and the order shows, Payment Status: Completed Order Status: Held. I will not be purchasing anything else from tmart. I have been able to find several comparable sites by doing a search "like tmart". I have now requested a refund as there is no way I am going to get the items by Christmas. Still waiting to see how that goes.
