Review: Hi I purchased a product from this company I received the product I connected it to my computer it worked the problem is my eye sight isn't so good anymore this company has a return policy for any reason in including unsatisfied I'm not able to use it the buttons are very small and the lettering on the buttons are imposable to read, I have contacted the company for a RAN- return authorization number over for times and a live chat with them. They kept giving me a runaround over this have explained I could not use the device They kept asking what the problem was I kept telling them. they will not send me a RAN form so I can return the item as stated in there return policy I have tried and tried to get them to Honor there return policy and they wont,Desired Settlement: For them to send the RAN form so I can send them the product for a full refund Order #: [redacted]

Review: TODAY, 11/15/2013, I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM FROM N&K TRADING, INC. I NEVER RECEIEVED THE PROPER ITEM THAT I ORDER AND N&K TRADING SENT ME THE WRONG ITEM. Review: On June 17 2013 this company shipped me a cctv security camera I had ordered from them it was delivered on June 22 2013 and the package was crushed and when opened the camera was broken I E-Mailed them on June 22 and sent pictures of the camera they said they would send me a prepaid return label by E-Mail on June 25 after getting no label I E-Mailed them again and was told they would get it out right away well I never received anything from them as yet I want my money back or a good camera which I paid my money forDesired Settlement: I want my money refunded or a good camera shipped too me to replace the broken one

I am rejecting this response because: I got the shipping label and mailed the camera to them today but as of yet have not received another camera after I get a working camera then I will accept their offer.

Review: This company sent me a package of junk and is trying to get me to pay for it. I have NEVER done any business with this company and I DID NOT ORDER THIS JUNK. I want a full refund for $975 from the company and I want them to promise to stop sending me ANYTHING in the future.

Review: I purchased electronics from them and they said it shipped on January 24th and provided me with a tracking number. 2 months later the items never arrived and the tracking number does not work. They told me that the company they do business with to ship the items rarely updates the tracking information.

After the month of February, they stopped replying to my emails completely and they seem to be unreachable.Desired Settlement: Either send the items ASAP or give me my refund.

Review: I sent a package that had three items an they said they got two in it .it was a tablet a,keyboard

,male to usb adaptor. they say only two items came back but mow of couse

the most expensive item is missing im out 130.07 because some

didnot look gd enough. I PACK IT PERSNALLY.it. wieght was 2lbs .80 oz

where is the tablet. THAT WIEGHTS THE MOST WOULNT YOU THINK...
