I wish I could give this company minus 5 stars as they are nothing but BS at best. My wife and I thought we were dealing with an honest man and a reputable company. Boy were we wrong. 2 years and nothing, now no return phone calls from Clyde Masten nor Lyndsay Haas, a number that is no longer in service, a supposedly DEAD associate named Joy Colby, empty promise after empty promise, ect. The list of what they don't do is extensive. I noticed all of the really great reviews do not have dates. I think they are generated by No More Fees or by paid liars. I learned that they have an "F" rating by the BBB, and from other company reps I have spoken to about Timeshare exiting. I am in the process of reporting them to the Wisconsin Fraud Department as these people should be sharing time in a jail cell together. I would steer clear of these lying sacks of sheep dip

Not helping
They were nice in thestart but now been over 2 years and never call or update us we still get debt collectors calling us so dont think they are helping took all our money and doing nothing

No more timeshare fees
This company is trash. They claim that they can get me out of my timeshare, Clyde took my money and did absolutely nothing to help me out of my timeshare. Do not under any circumstances trust Clyde Masten and Lindsay. They are being investigated by the Better business bureau.

I want to express my appreciation to Clyde and Lindsay at No More Fees for their professionalism and honesty as they helped us finally get free from our timesharesI contacted Clyde after I had signed up with another company who promised to help me get out of my time shares for $They were unclear about their process, but stated they had people who would try to “help me with my credit rating” afterwardsI believe their plan was for us to stop paying the fees and then try to clean up the mess laterClyde contacted them on my behalf, with me on the phone and persuaded them to let me out of the contract and refund what I had paid themNo More Fees has already transferred one timeshare out of our name and we are looking forward to being totally timeshare free soonClyde saved me a lot of money and my credit rating! I think you are not telling the truth and that you were probably paid by Clyde and Lyndsay to say such wonderful things about them. They are phonies and liars and don't do as promised. They are a bogus company that preys on people already suffering from being taken advantage of by these timeshare companies

Thank you to Clyde for his consultation! We bought a property in Myrtle Beach and within 2 days found out about how the Timeshare market REALLY works. I contacted clyde and he got back to me fairly quickly. He told me I did not need his help and that I could resolve this issue on my own. So he gave me a free consultation over the phone and told me STEP BY STEP exactly what to do but offered his services if I needed/wanted them incase we wanted to go through him. His information was spot on. He knows how these sales guys work. This potentially saved us from a future hell hole. Thank you once again!

Hello, I am so grateful, thankful, happy, ecstatic, etc. so many feelings I cannot explain. What I can explain is how much I am so BLESSED to have found [redacted] after searching online to get help getting out of this nightmare of a reality called WYNDHAM VACATION RESORTS. I say nightmare of reality because it was not a dream. As I’m writing this right now my emotions are stirring, I want to cry tears of joy. I feel more BLESSED because I am one of the few lucky ones that found out about Wyndham’s scam within 3 months of them devouring my bank account. Of course I was skeptical of using a service that say they will help you get out of something this big, because you always feel like you will get scammed again especially when the first scam is so recent. My heart felt like it pumped a little faster as I listened to him explain the steps. I really believe that was GOD way of telling me this is the person I am sending to help you. After listening I called him, although it says sign up and he will get in contact with you, I just could not wait. I called, he listened and I followed every step I was told to do and when he say for a small fee he mean a small fee, and is such a patient and understanding person. To everyone that is skeptical as I was, look at it this way I would rather pay [redacted] fee than the $34,000+ and maintenance fees I would have to live with paying the rest of my life even after the timeshare is paid off, even after it’s paid off you will still pay more maintenance fees because they never go away and after my lifetime my children would have to deal with this dreadful situation because it will follow them as well. You must have gotten paid to lie through your teeth or you are not a real person or you are a computer generated review. Clyde Masten and Lyndsay Haas are dishonest scheming liars that belong behind bars. How much did they pay you to blow smoke up peoples behinds?

Clyde was successfully instrumental in helping us get out of a terrible camping timeshare situation
I am grateful for his patience with my doubtfulness and even more grateful we were successful !

If I could have left 10 stars I would have done so. Great company to do business. All my calls and emails were answered promptly. But best of all I AM OUT OF MY TIMESHARE.

We contracted with the company on 3/22/19 to assist us in reselling our timeshare, and paid $975. This company in turn contracted with Timely Acquisitions to contact our timeshare resort to begin a resale transaction; we paid $1195 to Timely. On 7/25/19, Timely reported that our timeshare resort would not work with third parties; since they could not complete their contracted services, they immediately refunded our $1195 in full that week. Since that time, we have had numerous telephone and text conversations with *** at No More Fees, who indicated that we are due a full refund from them as well, but we have yet to receive (as of 8/25/19) money or any status update of when we might receive a refund.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

We have not had a conversation with Lindsey recently over the phone. We left several voicemails, without response. We received an email from her on 9/11/19, indicating that she acknowledges that we are owed a full refund, and can expect it. We received a text message from her on 9/18/19 indicating that as soon as another client pays them, she will refund our money.

She says that all is "good" but I will only consider this outcome to be "good" when we've actually received our refund, not just promises to send it. We have been getting promises to pay since late July, but so far, no action. If PayPal and Zelle are not working for her, I've suggested many times that she place a paper check in the mail; I don't know why she refuses this simple resolution. Therefore, we do not consider their response to be adequate.

In reference to complaint ID: we have had many promises from this company, so I will reserve judgment as to whether this fully resolves the matter until I actually receive a check. At this point, it has been two full months since we received a refund from the timeshare transfer company (Timely Acquisitions) and when No More Fees became aware that they would not be able to help us in transferring ownership of our timeshare. On 9/11/19, this company indicated that we are due a full refund; it has been nearly two weeks, and we have yet to see that refund. There has never been an adequate explanation of why it has taken so long to send a refund to us. We continue to hope to receive a refund, so this will be resolved.

We have an update to our outstanding complaint against No More Fees LLC. After telling you and us that a check had been placed in the mail on 9/28/19, we still have never received a check. However, after posting a negative review on the company’s Facebook page today, we received a refund in full via PayPal within ten minutes of posting! We finally found the effective way to promote action! Therefore, our complaint can be considered satisfied, however, the overall complaints of inaction, broken promises, and unresponsiveness still remain valid.Thank you for your assistance in this matter,*** and

– No More Fees – told us from the first that our credit would be protected during our timeshare dispute. He also told us that the entire dispute would be over in 3-4 months. Our credit has been adversely affected and our dispute in now going on 8 months. It is painfully obvious to us at this point that he exaggerated the quickness we would get to a conclusion and lied to us about our credit not taking a hit. We could have gotten a bad credit score all by ourselves – we didn’t need his help doing that. He knowingly gave us false information so that we would sign on with him. What can he do at this point? He can certainly provide us with a credit protection company – one who will block any future credit hits and clean up what we already have going on. This will be at HIS expense! We would never recommend him for anything!

David pass came through our marketing but we were unable to assist him. He was referred over to an affiliate out of Texas. Who is signed up with and paid. I have attached his agreement with them. We did not assist him in his timeshare Resolution, consumer champions did and they are the ones who offer the credit protection, not ***.

To all timeshare owners,
My wife and I were searching for a company who could help us get our timeshare gone. We even tried dealing with our resort and they wanted around $8000 to let us out!
Fortunately our friends who had the same ownership found a company and they got out of their ownership. This company we were referred to is NO More Fees LLC in Wisconsin. We are very relieved that we found a company that actually do the work.
I wanted to thank Clyde, owner of No More Fees LLC for his assistance. I am also a business owner and I respect high integrity which this company possesses.
