I have been contacting the seller ever since July 21 regarding the inquiry for our order status placed on 6/23. My husband thought she might have been impacted by coronavirus. I ended up clicking on the instagram at the bottom of the Noah's Boytique main webpage and learned that she had been actively doing her instagram, even posting pictures few hour ago at the time of my checking. I wanted to call the business but the webpage said phone is for information only; for inquiry, should contact via email.

We first emailed her 7/21 her gmail account replied as the order confirmation. No response. On 7/28, we emailed again as a reply to her order confirmation email of 6/23. No response. Lastly, we filled out the inquiry form on the website, plus emailed, using the email link on her instagram, which was a different account from the previously used one.

I have DMed through instagram.No response. I posted my DM content as a comment on her recent post/photo so I can ensure she checked my message but my message/comment was gone. I reposted, deleted again.

I have never had this kind of experience doing online shopping. All I want is get a response and get a refund.

Placed an order on June 3, 2020. Still have not received my merchandise and my attempts to email the business have gone unanswered. I’ve sent several emails since June 18.

Be prepared to WAIT WAIT WAIT. I ordered my sons FIRST birthday outfit from Noah's on 1/21, received confirmation and was charged right away. I sent NUMEROUS e-mails to the company to ensure I received it in time for his party. After SEVERAL attempts, Lindsay answered (on 2/6) stating they could get it to me by 2/14-no problem!
Days leading up to 2/14 I began to reach out AGAIN because I still had not received shipping notification. I finally got a response from "a friend" the DAY BEFORE the deadline stating the order had not been shipped and was offered a refund. I had to send several follows ups regarding the refund as well. It is now 2/28/20 and I JUST received the refund.
I wish I would have checked the Revdex.com website prior to ordering from this company, there are TWENTY FIVE customer complaints that sound quite like mine.
I had to find something for my son to wear for his first birthday party, two days beforehand and was so let down.

The worst company ever. Been almost a month and still no shipping email confirmation. Emailed the company multiple times asking when it is getting ship. After the 3rd email the owner finally emailed back but still dodging my questions. Wanted the onesie for Valentine’s Day so it’s been almost a month and still no shipping confirmation. At this point I’m not sure if it will ever come.

Email stated 7-10 business days to make garment and 15-21 days to arrive. I emailed n*** 9/13/19 with no response, emailed again on 9/23/19. I paid for my item and I would just like to receive it.
