I placed an order on May 13, 2019. I got the order confirmation and I waited. I needed the item for June 15 so I figured a month would be plenty of time. However I had not heard anything so I sent an email to follow up May 31. Again all my messages were ignored. June 6 I emailed her yet again as well as Facebook messaged and Instagram to ask to cancel my order as it was clear that it would not be arriving on time. Again I was ignored on all messages. June 14 I received an email saying my item was shipped. However today it is July 13. I still have not received the item and when I check the tracking information it still says that my item has not even left. It has been now exactly 2 months. And I was charged for an item I have never received.

It's been about a month and they haven't even replied to any of my emails, offered or even LET me get my money back. I Have also tried to call and the phone number on their website is disconnected. I am not sure what to do now. I don’t have much money; I saved for my sons birthday party and I am just distraught that a company can act like this. Please help in any way you can. I truly appreciate anything you can do. Thank you

They emailed me back with an auto populated response that did not address any of my concerns. I decided to give it a few more days. Nothing. I ordered an outfit for my son/s first St Patrick's Day from this shop on February 21, 2019. Noah's Boytique collected the money for this outfit the next day. I have called and emailed several times. The only response I received was via email on 3/13 stating that my package was "set to ship." It is now April 10, 2019 and I have not received the outfit nor a refund despite may phone calls and emails to this company requesting a refund for goods never received. They have not returned calls or emails to my requests either. I would like a refund from this company as they never provided the outfit that I paid for.

I am rejecting this response because:this “company” is lying. There are many reviews that this company never sent packages out. I am concerned that this company is a scam company. If they credited me the $22, I would like them to provide the date and the account they sent it back to as there is nothing in my bank account showing a refund. Yelp shows that this business is closed yet you can still order from the site and from amazon. Again, I am worried this is a scam company and I would like information as described above as to where they sent the refund.

I am rejecting this response because:this “company” is lying. There are many reviews that this company never sent packages out. I am concerned that this company is a scam company. I place an order from the company’s website noahsboytique.com on January 20, 2019 I contacted the company that evening regarding a mistake in my order to which I received no reply within 9 days. I emailed them again on January 29,2019 to ask if they had received my order correction they did reply to that email on January 31,2019. In the email from *** she stated that she did receive my email and had made a note on my order that she would get my order made as quickly as possible for me and hoped to have it ready to ship by that weekend. I was satisfied with this so I patiently waited for my order. When I still had not received any shipping information from the company by February 9,2019 I emailed them again requesting some form of shipping information from her. I waited again for a response. I did not receive on so I emailed again on February 15,2019 explaining the outfits were for my little guys birthday and I was looking for some shipping information. I waited again for a reply. I emailed again February 25,2019 asking for a time frame for when my order would be shipped and that my next step would be to contact ***. Being a young mother myself I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt so I waited for a reply again and then I emailed again on February 28, 2019 asking what the status of my order was I even said I understood emails can get lost but I would appreciate hearing back from her by the end of the business day on March 1,2019. I waited patiently for a reply hoping it was just a mistake and that my order was misplaced and that she would tell me it was on the way. I would have taken any explanation at this point. I did not hear back. I emailed her directly from her website using my husbands email address on March 2, 2019 thinking maybe she had my email blocked. My husband has not received any communication from the company whatsoever. At this point I would just like my money back which was $44.55 USD or $60.67 CAN because I truly don’t feel she ever planned on sending me my products and is just scamming people out of their money. Her website is still up and operational as of 3:30 PM my time this afternoon so she is still taking unsuspecting consumers money.

The customer has previously written to us and we sent screenshots showing where it clearly states this item is from our curated collection which are items shipped from partner vendors all across the United States. We list this right on the items as well as in our shipping information. In no way are these items listed as handmade on our website. The last we heard from her was on 11/16 which was still within the transit timeframe for her item to deliver as indicated on our website, our thank you email as well as the order confirmation. We have not heard from her since indicating her dress was not received from this vendor.

I am attaching a screenshot of the curated collection page where it specifically states these are not handmade and shipped from partner vendors right at the top of the page. We are more than happy to issue a refund if the item was not received from the partner which we have also done.

I either need a tracking number that shows my item was actually dropped off at the mail carrier or a full refund.

Customer was refunded for this order as this contained items which are shipped from a partner vendor not us directly as stated on our website. We are sorry our partner did not fulfill the items and a refund has been issued.

I placed an order on 12/13/2018 and got a confirmation email. On December 26th, I emailed asking for the status of my order with no response. I just emailed again tonight and I expect to get no response based on all these terrible reviews and complaints. I placed an order with Noah's Boytique on August 9, 2018 for two onesies. I was emailed on August 20th saying that the order was incomplete because I didn't specify any names for personalization. I replied saying that I didn't need them to be personalized and I asked when they would be arriving. I received no response. I emailed again on August 30th asking when I would receive my order and I included my order information in that email. I received no response. I emailed again on September 10, 2018 asking to cancel my order since I didn't get my order or an email of confirmation of shipment. ***, who I assume is the owner, emailed me back within minutes of that email saying that it had already shipped and that an shipping email with all of the shipping information was sent to me. It was not. I checked all of emails especially my Spam folder and had not received anything.

At this point, I just wanted the order canceled and my refund issued. She replied saying she was sorry and that she was looking into where my emails were and why they weren't responded to. She did not tell me that she would refund me my money. She completely stopped communication with me after I asked for my refund. I have emailed this company two more times on September 24th and November 24th asking for my refund and there has been no response. I even tried to reach out to them through their *** page.

I have not received ANY merchandise to this date of January 3, 2019. This is so unprofessional and I do not understand how this company does business.

After my initial complaint, I tried to reach out to Noah’s Boytique AGAIN personally. I sent them a message on *** and I publicly asked them on Twitter why they hadn’t responded to my various emails concerning my refund. That same day, I received a message on *** stating that my refund was issued along with screenshots from ***. However, after checking my bank account again, there was no refund issued. Needless to say, I was upset at the lengths I had to go to get this woman to respond to my emails. She proceeded to tell me that her company uses a third party credit card processor called Stripe and when she needs someone to be issued a refund, she just presses “refund” on her app and that’s it. I told her that a screenshot of the word “refunded” and pressing a button was not proof that my money was returned to me. She said that she does not process payments and the screenshots are the only way to know if someone has been refunded. She suggested I can call that company directly and ask about my refund which, in my opinion, was ridiculous because that’s the third party company she chose to work with. I’m dealing with YOU AND YOUR COMPANY. She ended that email saying that she would be contacting Stripe and explaining to them that a refund to me was still unpaid. *** created a case with Stripe stating that refund showing as “processed” was still not issued to me.Within 2 days, I had my refund. All I wanted from the beginning was that kind of attention and customer service. Respond to my emails, be diligent about refunding my money or finding out why my money wasn’t returned to me. But the way this company does business is very unprofessional. And from what I hear, they don’t respond to Revdex.com either. Only after I publicly asked them where my refund was on Twitter did they decide to answer me. Hoping that they have someone to answer emails promptly and process refunds accordingly in the future because this process was horrendous.Revdex.com Sacramento, thank you for trying to help me. I bought a toddler boy Christmas outfit and after almost two months of back and forth emails, I did not receive it and without even an apology, I received an email saying I would receive a refund but I have doubts that I will receive the funds in deed.
The following is a detail of the way everything happened.
11/06/18 - Order was placed and received a confirmation email that stated my order was handmade to order and would take 5-7 business days to complete.
11/11/18 - Received an email requesting me to review my purchase which of course I was not going to provide a review at that stage.
11/19/18 - I requested status of the order and the response was that their current production time was 10 business days and that the item was scheduled to ship after the Thanksgiving Holiday (11/22/18).
12/03/18 - I requested status again and no response from them.
12/06/18 (evening) - I requested status again and I was told by Lindsay that she would be glad to look into that when she got home from his son's school but she did not get back to me. Besides, as a customer I don't need to know if she is going to do it before or after taking his son from school. If she has children she needs to know how to manage her children and her business so none of them is affected but the customer does not need to hear this.
12/07/18 (morning) - I sent her an email requesting a refund if the item had not been shipped yet. Then she replied that my order was ready on 11/06/18 and it was now ready to be picked up with all other orders from the 6th.
11/18/18 (evening) - I sent an email requesting some sort of tracking information for the shipping since it was ready to be sent on the morning of 11/07/18 and 12 days later I still had not received it. Later that night, I received a refund notification email and a refund notification text message. She did not even apologize for all this hassle.
12/19/18 - The refund has not shown on my account yet. I'm giving it a couple of days but I have my doubts about this refund.
At the end, now I have to go out and buy another Christmas outfit for my sun so he can wear on this day because all this wasted time left me with no time to order anything online.
If after all this, you still think it is worth it to buy something from them, do it at your own risk.

I’ve placed an order from Noah’s Boytique on 11/26/18 I got an confirmation email stating that I placed the order and if it was a rush order to email them as soon as possible to make sure it would arrive when I needed it, I’ve emailed them the same day and no response was given, I emailed them again a couple days later and also no response, I’ve emailed them a total of 5 emails since 11/26/18 and as of today 12/5/18 have I yet to receive a response about my order.

I am rejecting this response because:I have checked my spam mail on multiple occasions waiting for a reply from Noah’s Boytique I find it very funny that when I take it to the Revdex.com that’s when I get my answer to my questions that I’ve asked on multiple occasions Now because she chose to answer barley on 12/6/18 my daughter dress will not be here on time I want a full refund plus what I paid extra for a rush shipment. If I was told that it would take 3-5 weeks to be shipped like she is stating she did which she didn’t I wouldn’t have ordered the dress.

I am rejecting this response because:I have checked my spam mail on multiple occasions waiting for a reply from Noah’s Boytique I find it very funny that when I take it to the Revdex.com that’s when I get my answer to my questions that I’ve asked on multiple occasions Now because she chose to answer barley on 12/6/18 my daughter dress will not be here on time I want a full refund plus what I paid extra for a rush shipment. If I was told that it would take 3-5 weeks to be shipped like she is stating she did which she didn’t I wouldn’t have ordered the dress.
