Nomad customer service is absolutely AMAZING! From the moment I found their site to me setting up my modem they were with me every step of the way making sure I had everything I needed and that everything was working correctly! I am just getting started with them but I can already tell you my connection says “very good” and my connection never even said that with my high speed internet at my old house so I am very pleased already!

I great customer service! I am a new customer who just started with Nomad. The first router I got worked great at first but after a few weeks developed an issue of lagging or disconnecting. Contacted Nomad and they worked out a plan for me to upgrade to a better wi/fi hotspot. Everyone was great and very responsive and addressed my issue.

I have been using my NomadInternet for about 30 days now. I live in a rural community with plans to becoming a Nomad and living in a travel trailer and traveling around this beautiful country of ours. When setting up the system, the paperwork that came folded in the packages stated that the default password was on the back of the device, well it wasn't. I contacted their customer support and was given a few options that did not work. While the rep was asking a supervisor, I read the book, which told me where the PW was. So, yes, the CS needs better training. My service has been great. I play MMO's and have had no issues in-game. I moved from cable to this, so was expecting some lag, none so far. Ordered after another company couldn't deliver reliable service. Got the sim card, installed it and couldn't connect. Did online support and they had me up and online within 3 minutes. Trouble shot low upload speed and they helped with that as well. Great job great responce.

Was billed for a monthly charge I was told I was not going to be billed for yet,and I returned a router, was told I would receive a refund in 3 to 5 business days and I have not, not any communication from the company.

and our company were able to resolve his issue as of July 9th.*** requested a return label and was provided one on June 30th. He returned his equipment and plan to us and it arrived at our location on July 3rd. Due to the holiday weekend, the process of the return was started on Monday, July 6th where billing was notified of a new return as a result of shipping scanning his items in to be processed. We process returns in 3 to 5 business days starting on the day the item is received at the facility, and a full refund of his initial setup fees and monthly membership fee was processed on July 9th. Promptly upon completing this we called *** and confirmed the same, where he thanked us and we were able to answer the customer's questions on the process. A prior explanation of the process was provided in a communication with the customer on June 30th as well.Concerning initial setup fees and monthly charges, an explanation of both was provided to the customer during that same June 30th communication with one of our team members and owner. *** and Nomad were able to quickly resolve the issue and we were able to reconcile the relationship at the end of our call on July 9th.

I signed up for internet service with Nomad Internet on May 29. They sent me a sim card that arrived June 1 but it never worked. I asked for support twice. I was told that a tech support ticket had been created but support never contacted me. Nomad advertised that if I canceled within 14 days I would be refunded. I canceled on June 3 and I was told on June 8 that the cancellation was being processed. I never received my refund. Today, on July 2 I was charged for another month of service. I did not authorize this charge.

and Nomad were able to resolve this concern on July 2, 2020. *** reached out to us by email on July 2nd at 9:39AM confirming that he had reached out about canceling his service and inquiring about a recent invoice that was billed to him that same day at 8:47AM.By 9:42AM Nomad had refunded his invoice from July 2nd, and refunded his original purchase cost for the order. He was promptly responded to by 9:43AM to confirm both of these charges had been refunded. The reason for the account not previously being closed was due to the equipment (a SIM card in this instance) not being returned, which we normally ask customers to return to us to cancel their subscription. In this instance we advised he did not need to return it and processed the cancellation for him internally. His account was closed as requested this same day.

However, I would like to clear up some inaccuracies from Nomad's last email. *** told me on June 8 that I did not need to return the defective sim card. My cancellation was not processed in a timely manner because I was charged again 30 days later. I believe Nomad would still be charging me if I had not complained. I wish this matter could have been resolved more quickly but I am satisfied that it was finally resolved.

I received my box a week ago, first plugged it in and had banging Internet I was so excited.. next day after that and on Iv had crap Internet from my router.. I have been asking Nomad for help for days now and nothing is getting resolved.. lately they have been viewing my messages and leaving me on read status.. not to thrilled about the customer service I am receiving

All my questions were answered quickly and the answers were easy to understand!
I hope this is a preview of what is to come, can't wait to start my service with Nomad. Mike made sure I knew the pros and cons of the plans.

Initially I had a few hiccups with equipment and service but after several trials and errors I believe my service is now good to go. I live in a very rural area and options here are extremely limited for reliable internet service. With teleworking I must have reliable service with no throttling. Jaden was very patient and helped to find the best solution for me. I would suggest that anyone interested in the service should go with the *** router. For me it is much more reliable than the other options.
Bottom line.....I would definitely recommend Nomad to anyone seeking reliable internet service in a rural area.

Just received my modem today. We had a small problem with my password which was quickly resolved by Joeeph C. Ive only been able to spend a few minutes on the internet, but so far I am thrilled. We've been suffering with *** for a year and a hakf. Couldn't stream anything. Quickly tried something on ***. Worked like a charm. Very happy at this time.

Nomad Internet service is by far the best internet service we have ever had.
The customer service is outstanding, very willing to work through the issues we were having. We live in an RV Motor home and sometimes very difficult to get service.
The issues were resolved after they were fixed. They helped a lot to get the service working.
I believe Nomad offers the finest customer service available. I highly recommend the company for internet service.

Totally solid internet connections available from a variety of plans and carriers. Extremely responsive to questions. As a voiceover talent I require solid upload speeds and my plan (with the *** router) serves us better than I expected BRAVO Nomad Internet

Nomad has been absolutely amazing since our first inquiry about their internet. Everyone has been so helpful. We received our modem today and the set up was the easiest ever. Our internet is amazing already!!

I inadvertently screwed up the programming of my router and Jaden assisted my within minutes of my initial contact. He resolved the issue and I'm back on track. Out here in the country the only high speed internet options I have are satellite interent, or using the hotspot on my phone. Both options have limits on data and throttle speeds too. This is the perfect remedy for us. I'll be telling my neighbors out here too! Next step, cancelling my satellite internet; finally!

I had a question about set up. I asked in a chat window and they were very quick to respond. I was able to get my internet up and running in a short period of time.
So far I'm very excited about having my internet through cellular. I think NomadWireless is doing a great job to fill the need of those of us in rural locations.

I had a technical issue at first but was contacted by the CEO of the company by phone. He personally took care of my issue, and the service is amazing. I can't speak highly enough about their customer service. Their tech support and online messaging is on point! They are fast to respond, quick to resolve, and consistently in communication to ensure satisfaction. I couldn't be more impressed. Totally worth the cost.

My lifelong dream of cruising on a sailboat while working wouldn't have been possible without Nomad. When the opportunity to work remotely arose, I called all the major cell plan carriers; the maximum amount of data I could purchase was 100GB! Zoom calls would blow through this, and there was no way it would work.
Then I found Nomad - their wifi router allows me to work from the sailboat the same way I would from home. I just finished my first day of Zoom calls, running multiple devices, and the service was flawless.
The icing on the cake is their customer service. When Covid disruptions threatened to push back delivery of my router past my drop dead departure date, Nomad's CEO himself stepped in to make arrangements and save the day for me! Try getting that kind of service from a major internet provider.
I am very happy I found Nomad, and would recommend doing business with them.
