We ordered the yellow plan and then found out a few days later that it was unavailable so they sent the red plan to us. We just received it and it has given us at least a basic amount of internet that we need to work from home. Customer support has been very helpful in dealing with questions as they come up. Hopefully the speeds will continue and it will give us freedom from the monopoly here in our location that charges crazy money to install.

Getting working internet can be a pain. These guys will bend over backwards to get it to you and always be super nice about it, even if you lose your temper. It's real. It works.

Realizing this is a relatively new company and we ordered during the Covid19 pandemic, it took some patience and time to get equipment and all the bugs worked out, but we were giving the BEST router to suit our needs, and the speeds are also perfect for what we use the internet for. We live in a rural area where all internet is capped/limited, this is SO worth it to have a good unlimited high-speed service, with no strings attached and with excellent one on one customer care. We are definitely referring this company to family and friends!! This is the real deal!

Customer service, especially from *** is really good. They have a good service and it's been working great. Definitly recommend!

Extremely easy to get set-up and running. Speed is fast enough for streaming, gaming, etc. Had one question on set-up and it was handled quickly through support.

I think there customer service is great and there prices are fair when my service went down jared from nomad got me back up and running took a few days for a new sim but it's working and iam a happy customer.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I requested help because my account wouldn't let me sign in. Didn't get help. been with out service for almost 3 weeks. I've asked for help no help given. I had to update payment info and couldn't sign in. Because
my account said it didn't exist. They finally sent a link to update my payment. Which didn't allow me in account. Only allowed me to update my payment info. Finally had I asked them to cancel my account ,and they refused saying I have to return hardware that I never received. They refused to cancel until I send it back, but they never sent me any hardware. All they sent was the sims I threw away. When They told me it didn't work . They would have to send me another. I told them cancel its been nothing but a headache. I am still arguing with them to cancel, and they won't. Now I have to go through the trouble of canceling all my cards they had on file, and have new ones sent. So they can't continue to charge for services I am not even using, because they don't work, and noone wants to make it right on their end.

We signed up for the red plan, and so far are very happy with it! They went out of their way to get the modem to us as we travel and don't have a permanent address. We received it, plugged it in per instructions. We contacted them and with some tweaking had it up and running in a very short time! The speeds are far greater than what we had. I hope the great service and support continues!

I recently had an issue with customer service. But they have since then contacted me and made the situation right. Nomad was the the right thing for me. But I would recommend it for your needs.

Customer service is horrible. The majority of them can't fix any issue and are adament that it isn't their problem when one person can fix it in a matter of minutes. Then they charged me extra, almost half of the service cost, and they can't get back to me on why it was charged.

I had the problem of ordering and paying and then finding out the blue plan was sold out so I upgraded to the red plan more money but ok I guess the only problem is they keep telling me I am at the top of the list but the next day I am number 15 again still heard nothing on when I am getting my system I cancelled my vacation for a week longer so I could get it to travel still nothing

I payed for a blue plan and before the router was even sent the monthly price shot up 20% then 5% more so I wrote an email explaining I wanted to cancel the order because of that. They wrote back my price was locked in and asked would I still like to cancel. I wrote back no I don't want to cancel. I responded quickly to all emails and so did they. So the next day I see an email from them stating my order was cancelled. I wrote to them to see why and was told sorry the plan was sold out.....

Nomad Internet is an amazing company excellent service. I ordered the SIM card and received it very fast. I’ve had several questions for Nomad Internet some technology questions and some general questions and they respond very fast . I am very impressed with the way this business runs. They also have a fabulous referral program ...I spoke via Email a few times with the CEO and he truly is a business man that cares about his customers. Approximately 1 week after starting service with Nomad the CEO E mailed me and asked how my service was going... Well I can tell you other businesses can learn from the way this gentleman runs his company

Nomad is not just an amazing company, they’re great providers. Providers of internet service all around cannot touch the compassion and reliability that Nomad produces. They truly strive for excellence and it showed from the time I placed my initial order. We went through 5 weeks of torture during the covid 19 shutdown with another company and ended up regretting that we did not make the switch sooner. We received our SIM card within 3 business days, the installation was quick and simple, and our card was already activated when we received it. Our speeds are extremely fast and we have not experienced lag. As a military family with two young kids, we rely on our internet through the entire day and having a family like nomad made that happen!

We live in a rural community with no access to broadband or cable internet services. We recently tried Nomad and it has been an absolute game changer for our lives!! Our kids are able to be online, I am able to work from home and the speeds are amazing. I originally chose Nomad due to the customer service. Even on the weekend and in the evening they were there to answer my questions and help me choose the service that was right for me. They were super friendly and even checked on us after we received our unit to make sure everything was going good. It was truly a plug and play unit with no set up on our end which was great. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing internet services!
