*** *** has brought his vehicle to our dealership several time complaining about a vibration.We damaged his tire while servicing itWith out question we replaced the rim and the tireSince this eventhe has returned several times complaining about a vibration, we have repeatedly tried to assist him with his request.At this point we have deemed the truck and it has no vibration*** *** is welcome to have a second opinionand his truck is still under warranty at any Dodge Dealership.Sincerely?

To Whom It May Concern: MrM*** has two warranties on his vehicle.One is and extended warranty and one is a Factory warranty.The Factory warranty that came with his vehicle would coverthe power train For Lifetime so long as he had his vehicle inspected at anyChrysler Dodge or Jeep
Dealership on the year anniversary of his purchase datewhich is July **, MrM*** also admits to not having his vehicle inspected, whenwe found out it was not a covered repair and he had not been at any dealershipsfor this inspection For over monthsWe asked him to contact ChryslerCustomer Service to see if they would reinstate his lifetime power trainwarranty, they would not reinstate his power train warrantySteve then called MrM***to inform him that his transmission would need replacementMrM***reluctantly agreed to due this repairMrM***still has an extended warranty that covers certain repairs each one has to be verifiedand called in to confirm coverage

[Your Answer Here]The same price was posted on business website as well as third party website. The third party website is a link that directs you to the business official website. It was not corrected on the business website. I contacted business via e-mail and phone to confirm the price prior to arrival. Representative for the business confirmed the price listed on their website is the same as third party website. After driving 2hrs to business, the sales rep provide a print out from their system listing the vehicle as the same price as the third party website.  Business refuses to honor price even after discusing with sales rep and manager.

Their response was beyond inaccurate. I did not raise my voice, use any profanity, or engage in ANY disrespectful behavior with any of the staff. I can not speak clearly because of an operation on my throat. Therefore my voice is gruff ad strained which may be taken as shouting or forceful. In addition, I DID NOT receive ANY phone calls. I waited by the phone ( am homebound) for a response. It wasn't until numerous phone calls to the salesman (Mike M - who NEVER RETURNED MY calls), Lisa L - who returned a call after two weeks of speaking with the general manager, Marie C who was the only one to "resolve" the problem - after holding my money for 19 days!). I needed the money quickly. And when I spoke to Shawn, he said it was sent...... and a week later I still hadn't received it. I wrote letters to the dealership owner and this is why Keith (who I NEVER spoke to) is making this up. They are trying to make me out to be the bad guy. It wasn't until I was online with a robotic response chat :person" that I became abusive..... of which it was nothing anyone hadn't heard before anyway. In addition, I also let them know this is why car dealerships had such a slimy reputation. perhaps that is what Keith is referring to. In any case, I have received my $1000 back and do not have the fight to try and get the, now, $19 dollars interest they should give me. So the matter is closed as far as I'm concerned.

To Whom It May Concern,The customer must contact Chrysler should they want a full refund on the new vehicle they purchased.We completed repairs and the customer is  asking us to repurchase there vehicle.

Being that I bought the truck from Westbury Dodge/Ram I figured I would have better service, was wrong. Last visit in which the dealership says they deem normal condition was held at the dealership for two weeks without a loaner car to be told there's nothing wrong with it. Have made attempt to ask for a service person to take a ride with me in vehicle to prove trouble-no response. The vehicle still has vibration and feel unsafe driving it. Also after dealership did damage and said they fixed it, I drove to Florida with such a vibration that the seat was rubbing against the center console with I have videoed it proving it and when went to dealership in Florida they fixed the issue to come back to NY and replace rear rim that Westbury Dodge replaced, the trouble came back again

 Vehicle is still not fixed. Brought vehicle in for same trouble numerous times and still not fixed. Obviously balancing the tires and swapping the rear rims haven't fixed the issue.
